06/09/2024: J'avais été prévenu, j'ai voulu tester. C'est une caricature de Fast Food dans le sens le plus péjoratif. En plus c'est pas bon!!! Inutile d'entrer dans les détails... Il n'y a même pas de moutarde si on veut accompagner ses frites. C'est cher : presque le double d'une célèbre enseigne qui a standardisé la nourriture.

This was a pleasant surprise. The tables are all clean. Quiet environment. Clean toilets. Ideal location.

17/12/2024: I am a regular customer, and every time I visit this cafe, an employee takes the liberty of shouting at me for no good reason. This behavior is unacceptable and very unpleasant. Every time I ask to see the manager to report the situation, she refuses and tells me I'm the one in charge, I'm not the only one who complains, it's a girl. I have already reported this issue several times, but no action has been taken so far. I am seriously considering filing a police report as such behavior towards customers should not be tolerated.

14/12/2024: Unacceptable treatment for its customers. A long-time customer, I went on Friday at 4:40 p.m. to get my usual coffee. Unfortunately, the credit card machine was out of service, and not having any cash on me, I was unable to pay for my coffee. So far, an understandable inconvenience. However, when I politely asked to use the toilets before leaving, the person at the cashier refused me access, telling me that they were “for customers only”. A real humiliation given that I had come to consume in the first place! When I tried to explain the grotesque situation to the barista, the manager intervened... to drive the point home with disconcerting condescension! What nerve is what proof of discernment on the part of this manager! Result: not only did this contemptuous attitude shock me, but it was enough to convince me to never set foot here again, neither for a coffee, nor for my future lunches... Congratulations to the team for having managed to lose a customer faithful in record time

12/08/2024: Waited more than 15 minutes in the room, even though there were no crowds and the servers were not busy. No one came to ask me to place an order. I left without having been served.

12/09/2024: Well, I didn't have the best experience with this restaurant, for my part. I don't endorse their burgers, but that doesn't mean their food is bad.

17/08/2024: Restaurant to avoid. Go to my do instead even if I'm not a fan. Quality is not what it used to be. The burgers have lost their flavor, taste and quality. Taste them first perhaps before sending to customers. Then let's talk about the fries which are infamous and made us vomit because they were overcooked, too greasy and with an unknown sauce. To be renamed to vomit sauce (since that's what happened). Impossible to recognize and on the second sauce missing which allowed us to see that the problem is not just the sauce but the fries.
