31/08/2026: The staff are extremely unpleasant. They don't respect Uber Eats delivery drivers and are rude and aggressive towards them. Avoid this place at all costs. The internet never forgets!

22/08/2026: They don't even bother to say hello. The staff is very unpleasant and there's a nauseating smell in the restaurant. Avoid at all costs!!!

16/08/2026: Dinner on Sunday, August 16th. The service was friendly, but lacked professionalism and training. They rushed us through our appetizers and main courses. We asked for things in several portions (an appetizer, a sauce), and they seemed overwhelmed. The beer was lukewarm, as was the tap water, and there was no ice. The €28 ribeye steak was poor quality, tough, and very sinewy. The fries were good, and the vegetables were fresh, but the portions were small. However, being a good sport, they offered to offer us a coffee.

16/08/2026: Very warm welcome, ideally located. The dishes were very generous and of high quality. Excellent service.

19/08/2026: Just don't go there. Rude and disrespectful staff.

18/08/2026: We tried this place for dinner; they were out of beer and salmon (as an ingredient in a crepe). The savory crepes could be improved. The sweet crepes were good. The prices were a bit high (they also ask for a tip, which you can opt out of).

16/08/2026: I visited him today. Even at the reception, before we could enter the restaurant, a burly person approached us and said in a very rude tone: "No dessert, no drinks, only lunch." We immediately decided to leave the restaurant. As we were leaving, the person said to us in an ironic tone: "Bye, bye, bye."

06/08/2026: Friendly staff, excellent food. And what's more, it's right next to one of the entrances to the Palace of Versailles.

09/09/2026: The lemongrass beef banh mi is really very good and generous. I highly recommend it.

08/09/2026: The food was excellent and delicious. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

20/08/2026: Very welcoming. Plenty of choice. The cocktails are excellent. The dishes are delicious, and the portions are generous. One small drawback: the onions and peppers were a little raw.

20/05/2026: A friend and I stopped at this place during a cycling trip to recharge. The chef was fantastic, and the food was delicious. Many thanks to the chef and the waitress, who were both very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed a generous meal. Highly recommended!

15/08/2026: Passing through for our vacation, we arrived at 9 pm and what can I say about the welcome… if we're bothering you, please don't hesitate to tell us! The manager, perhaps?, was at the counter on her tablet and answered with a certain politeness… we're from Brittany, so maybe that's how customers are treated here, but frankly, it doesn't make us want to come back! We ordered three spritzes and what can I say… having owned a restaurant myself, this is clearly not one! It's a mixture of Aperol and sparkling water… I'll share the recipe with you: 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, and 1 part sparkling water. There you go, that might be useful for next time 😉 but if your regulars like it, then no need to change your mind! With that, we'll continue the evening elsewhere and certainly won't let this bad impression ruin our vacation!

06/08/2026: EXCELLENT!!! Everything is delicious. The ingredients are fresh and well-prepared. The lunch menus are excellent value for money. Reservations are essential to guarantee a table. The waiter provides attentive and friendly service. A MUST-RESERVE!!!!

28/07/2026: The food was mediocre and overly salty, expensive, and the owner was unpleasant. I do not recommend this establishment.

27/08/2026: Good bistro, but they serve dirty glasses with lipstick stains.

30/08/2026: The O'Paris pub, always the same great atmosphere, however there are a few things to correct: firstly, there are no speakers on the dance floor, so the music playlist should be at least 40 years old.

27/08/2026: A very good evening, everything was perfect, both the atmosphere and the service.

08/08/2026: Never ending waiting line… even there were a lots of empty spaces without reservations... It was very annoying. 😑

07/08/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ A very disappointing experience. The treatment we received was degrading and the service was very poor. We were in the outdoor area and the bees were constantly bothering us, to the point that we couldn't eat in peace. For an establishment located in such an iconic place as the Park of Versailles, I consider this situation, and especially the treatment we received, completely unacceptable. We expected much more, both in terms of service and customer care.

12/06/2026: It was closed when it should have been open.

27/05/2026: My husband and I went on our honeymoon to Versailles. Immediately upon entry, the staff let us know “No Anglaise”. Despite that, she was so incredibly helpful and even brought out a book to show us what fish were on the menu. It was the most incredible meal of our entire trip to France and she had the cutest pup behind the counter. We will be learning more French and going back!! Don’t be discouraged by the language barrier, just be ready to have the best scallops of your life.

27/08/2026: A wonderful experience at Bistrot de la Place! The dishes were absolutely delicious and very flavorful. We also greatly appreciated the warm welcome and excellent service. A big thank you to Amit, who was very kind, polite, and friendly throughout our meal. His warm welcome made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Bistrot de la Place and will gladly return! ❤️🇫🇷
