01/07/2026: A small, unpretentious restaurant, but absolutely EXTRAORDINARY for everything on the plate!!!! Inventive and absolutely delicious, from appetizer to dessert!!! It rivals overpriced gourmet restaurants, but with much more generous portions. Plus, the waitress and the chef are lovely.

11/08/2026: The best couscous we've had in the Pas-de-Calais region (thanks to my brother for the recommendation). The staff were charming and helpful, always smiling. We also appreciated the owner coming around to greet the customers. From the meat to the semolina, and even the desserts, everything was wonderful. The decor is sublime. The sculpted chairs, the wall decorations—you travel both through the food and the atmosphere. I hope they'll be there for a very long time.

16/07/2026: I recently visited Le Berbère in Lamorlaye and had a really enjoyable meal. I ordered the couscous with meat skewers, and it was absolutely delicious. The couscous was light, flavourful, and perfectly complemented the tender, well-seasoned meat skewers. The combination of flavours was excellent, and the portion was both generous and satisfying. The restaurant had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a lovely place to enjoy a relaxed meal. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Le Berbère if you’re in Lamorlaye and looking for delicious Moroccan cuisine.

The cuisine is of excellent quality, generous, and bursting with flavor. Each dish is a true surprise, with combinations of spices and tastes that awaken the taste buds. A wonderful invitation to discover a rich and often overlooked gastronomy. The service is equally remarkable. The team takes the time to explain the dishes, the culinary traditions, and shares numerous anecdotes about Ethiopian history and culture. This educational approach makes the experience even more enriching and gives the feeling of traveling for the duration of a meal. A must-visit for anyone who wants to experience much more than just dinner: a true cultural immersion. Thank you for this wonderful moment; we will gladly return!

24/07/2026: Frankly, we were a bit disappointed. The service was rather distracted, as the waiter kept trying to fix a problem with the TV. We had come specifically with friends to watch the French national team's match, but in the end, we only saw bits and pieces because of the technical issue. On top of that, we had to ask for our drinks several times before they arrived. And outside, where we were sitting, there were quite a few flies and mosquitoes, which wasn't very pleasant at all. It's a shame, because we had come to have a nice evening with friends watching the match.

06/07/2026: Stumbled across this restaurant and so glad we chose it! The menu à partager was perfect for 2 people and pretty good value for money. We got the beef, pork and lamb dumplings and you can choose if you want them steamed or fried. I liked both but I think the fried ones are better. One of the best things is that they have this chilli sauce on the table which was absolutely amazing with the starters and the dumplings, it’s quite spicy so be careful if you don’t handle spice well, but it’s so good that even if you find it spicy you can’t stop eating it, would love to know what’s in it that gives it such a good flavour! Slight downside is that the toilets in the basement are a bit disgusting and there’s not much space in terms of tables so we had to share a table with another couple which was a bit inconvenient. Overall we were really impressed with this place and would definitely recommend.

29/07/2026: A delicious meal from start to finish, flavors brimming with nostalgia for those too far from their island... I recommend it 100%! I loved the swordfish carpaccio; the chili flakes elevated the dish!
