20/02/2026: The couscous may be just a humble dish but the rich flavour of the vegetable source is so comforting especially in winter time. The chilly source plus the raisin surprisingly added more layers to the flavour. The mint tea is made from fresh leaves and they are refillable. The place is cozy like a cottage and the owners are two old couples who are friendly just like a family

18/11/2025: The couscous is delicious. You will leave Pré Vert happy and full, believe me, and don't be put off by the owner's somewhat abrupt behavior; she is forgiven everything with dishes of such flavor.

02/03/2026: We booked for a Sunday evening, and the restaurant called us back because they weren't taking reservations that day, but they were offering catering. So we ordered, the service was impeccable, and the dishes were delicious, full of flavor, and especially very generous! We highly recommend it.

04/12/2024: Pub located on the first floor of the hostel There is a large electronic screen TV in the center, so it is good to enjoy watching soccer games or sports games. The hostel offers a free one-day class at this bar every evening at 8pm. If you book in advance, you can make and drink cocktails and it's free!!

11/09/2025: I celebrated my birthday in this restaurant with some friends, and it was amazing, nothing to complain about, we had the best time ever, the owner was super friendly and so was his team, we really liked the atmosphere of the Barometer and I will continue to return and I highly recommend this restaurant.

17/02/2026: I ordered millet couscous to eat in. It was delicious, but with only two tiny pieces of meat! Madam owner, your dish lacked generosity and didn't do justice to Senegalese hospitality, especially when you bring non-Senegalese people to try Senegalese cuisine! I urge you to serve the couscous properly, with a decent amount of meat, even if it means raising the price! It's truly shameful!

22/10/2025: This couscous is delicious. Probably the best I've had in the area. The atmosphere is friendly and the food is excellent. Now I'm wondering what's happening to the restaurant. I have the impression that it hasn't reopened since the summer holidays of 2025.

15/12/2024: The dishes were OK, but the cleanliness of the place was not the best. I'm not talking about filthy and broken toilets. The service is terrible, condescending and too abrupt. In short I wouldn't come back again, it's a shame it wasn't bad before and nicer.

The entire team is incredibly attentive and genuinely concerned about the well-being of their customers. The dishes are fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned; we were not disappointed. The cocktails are original and perfectly balanced, and the desserts provide a delightful finishing touch. The bill remained very reasonable considering the quality of the meal. A place with character, where you feel right at home. I will gladly return.

04/03/2026: The dishes are remarkable if you're looking for authentic Tunisian mezze, beautifully presented and delicious. The meats are excellent, and all the fruits and vegetables are of very high quality and always fresh daily. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and the welcome is always warm. It's the only restaurant where you can find that warm, old-fashioned atmosphere. Laetitia

11/02/2026: We ate several appetizers, main courses, and drinks, and everything was absolutely delicious. A real treat! People who criticize Sawa are truly strange. From the selection of flavors we chose, we enjoyed every single one.

27/10/2025: Honestly, it's a no-go. I went there and skipped the fish; it wasn't fresh at all, and the damn banana wasn't what it used to be. I feel like it was rushed and tasteless. The meat itself is too spicy. I find the dining room not welcoming at all; when you walked in, you could see them drinking. The two cooks were with men. Honestly, I should avoid it. I also contacted the Consumer Affairs department.

07/10/2025: ⚠️ What a disappointment! We had dinner for two: a choukouya dish, a fish captain, and a 75cl bottle to share. As soon as we arrived, there was no welcome, no hello, no seating. The cook was sitting at a customer's table, beer and glass in hand... The mood already set the tone. The first course arrived too quickly to be fresh, which clearly suggested it had been reheated in the microwave. Five minutes later, the second course arrived: completely dry and inedible fish. When we mentioned this, the cook calmly explained that the guidelines were to serve unsold food from the day before, or even longer. As a result, we both got sick. A report will be made to the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for the Coordination of Civil Protection), as this is unacceptable. No goodwill gesture, no apology. And to top it all off, we were simply told: "Next time, ask for fresh fish upon arrival." No comment... An experience to be avoided at all costs.

15/02/2026: We stopped by on a Sunday evening and were warmly welcomed and seated. The food was excellent; the dishes were very good and generous, so much so that we ended up getting takeout. The cocktails were a 10/10—delicious and well-made. The restaurant is quite small, but that has its charm. The only downside was the music being too loud. Later, they turned it down completely, so we could all hear each other talking. Ideally, there would be something in between, perhaps a little background music. But overall, we really enjoyed our visit.

13/03/2026: After a very disappointing first experience for an afternoon snack three years ago, we tried again on March 10th for lunch. We had a fantastic meal; it was delicious and flavorful. The decor was great and the staff were friendly.
