Delivery is a major issue, as it always shows as "closed" or "busy," whether on Uber Eats or Deliveroo, making it inaccessible. But honestly, the food is delicious. However, the chicken isn't exactly top quality. These aren't criticisms, but rather points for improvement, as good restaurants are rare in Béziers, especially for those of island origin.

The real highlight of Talamira is the chef, who passionately shares the history of his culture and culinary traditions. His explanations are captivating and demonstrate a remarkable knowledge of his origins. This adds a human and authentic dimension to the meal, going far beyond simple tasting. It's a place where you come as much for the quality of the food as for the cultural experience. I highly recommend it!

I've never eaten such a delicious couscous; everything was sublime: the meat was cooked perfectly, the semolina was delicate, the vegetables were perfect, and the flavors and spices were exquisite. Even the service and the staff's kindness were exceptional. An example for other restaurateurs! Congratulations to the chef; a true delight!
