13/10/2025: The worst Moroccan food I've ever tasted. Totally disappointed! The tagines were so bland, no flavor, I felt like I was having broth with chicken cooked in hot water. In short, I will never order there again, I just spent €40 and ended up throwing everything away.

28/08/2025: August 2025 – From the outside, the place is very discreet... but once you step through the door, you feel like you've left the city behind and entered a warm and unique world. A welcoming smile and a friendly atmosphere. On the right side, a lovely, well-stocked garden; on the left, the restaurant with a swimming pool in its center. Around it, there are not only tables and chairs, but also a four-poster bed, sun loungers, benches... in short, plenty of cozy corners to enjoy a pleasant moment. The decor, the atmosphere, and the menu, of course, are reminiscent of the owner's home country: Ivory Coast. There were five of us. We started by tasting the house cocktails: original, fruity, delicious, with or without alcohol. We shared all the starters to discover everything, then tried the chicken mafé... a delight! This restaurant/B&B was a wonderful surprise, where we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!

07/03/2026: I had a wonderful time at La Medina in Pont-Audemer. The welcome is warm and the staff are incredibly friendly; you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are delicious and very generous, with authentic flavors that truly transport you. The couscous is simply incredible: tender meat, perfectly cooked vegetables, and light semolina. The restaurant has a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for spending quality time with family or friends. It's definitely a place I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who loves Moroccan cuisine or wants to discover new flavors. I'll gladly return!

28/02/2026: The owner was particularly unpleasant during our visit with a The Fork promotion. He immediately informed us that we were required to order a starter and a main course (supposedly as indicated on The Fork, which wasn't the case...). The dishes were very spicy, even though we had asked for level 1. "We can't make it any less spicy." We saw a good bun at the next table and were told, "Ah, for you, it won't be like that because you have a promotion." Indeed, the most appealing part of the dish was missing. When the bill arrived, there was no discount on the rice or dessert. "That's just how it is." In conclusion: the food was good, but the owner was dreadful and didn't honor his The Fork commitment. We wonder why he advertises a promotion on the site. We won't be returning, promotion or not. Not recommended.

26/12/2025: My guest was determined to eat authentic African food. We ordered two dishes with sides to take away because we had other plans for the evening. The restaurant doesn't look like much at first glance, but the service was very friendly. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the generous portions, and the reasonable price. I therefore wholeheartedly recommend this authentic restaurant.
