20/07/2024: We were received by samba and picco Exceptional service. My colleagues discovered African cuisine, they loved the accras and the sweet potato fries. We will come back.

16/07/2024: First discovery of Ivorian cuisine and it was a pleasant surprise. A starter, main course and dessert menu at a reasonable price allowing you to discover local specialties, in particular by taking the Zomamazo which was very good, although the beans were spicy. I particularly enjoyed the Choukouya and the Alokos! Very pleasant service in a very charming African decor.

14/07/2024: Small restaurant with African decor where you eat very well (the dishes have flavor thanks to the many spices. Some are spicy but this is not the case for all and the chili does not overpower the palate) for a price reasonable with a starter + main course + dessert + wine menu at €32.50. Pleasant and commercial service since our cocktails have been included in the price of the menu in substitution for wine. The two entries we took: Beef with onions and spices and the crab were really delicious. The cocktails are strong but balanced and very good. Quite simple but effective desserts.

29/06/2024: Found this place as we wandered around Montmartre and I’m glad we decided to stop and eat. This was some of the best food I had in Paris hands down. I didn’t even take pictures of it because I was too busy savoring every bite. The staff were super friendly and were patient with me as I struggled to order in French. Food came out pretty quick and left nothing to be desired. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Paris!

20/06/2024: Le Marrakech is located in the lovely 11th arrondissement of Paris, nearby Place de Nation. When travelling I miss the food of my homeland and to my surprise I found Le Marrakech opposite my hotel. On entering, I was greeted warmly by the owner, Brahiem. I opted for the 'zaalouk' (eggplant tapenade) and the 'tajine of chicken, olives and potatoes', two classic dishes that remind me of home. Brahim gave me a mint tea from the house, made sure I took with me my bottle of mineralwater and reminded me that if I need anything while in Paris he would be there. Wherever I go, I love Moroccan hospitality and this is what I found in Le Marrakech. By the way, I was full from the tajine so I didn't try the cookies, but I hear they are delicious, so until my next visit! Thank you so much Brahiem I can't wait to send my friends and family to eat at Le Marrakech!

25/07/2024: C'était vraiment bon et frais. Le serveur était gentil et de bons conseils. Le service était rapide, j'ai beaucoup aimé le Ndolé au bœuf et le flan coco! Nous y étions un midi donc l'ambiance était calme. Une adresse que je recommande vivement

09/07/2024: I sat at a table on a half-empty terrace, waiting for the waiter to serve me... He came and marked a post-it on my table telling me that it was reserved. I'm not rating the cuisine, which I didn't try because I obviously didn't stay... only the friendliness of the service. A calamity, I have rarely seen that. To avoid.

16/07/2024: discovered completely by chance and frankly no regrets everything is very good: the setting, the size of the room, the tasty and fresh dishes this restaurant is what you could call a gem don't hesitate to go there

10/07/2024: I wish this was a bigger spot...maybe it would have gotten more traction. The food was very good. Maybe the only good thing I've tasted in Paris. They hosted us well. I haven't had Senegalese food for 20 years now since my NYC days. Brought back memories. Visit this cute little spot. They won't disappoint. Appetizers was great.

05/07/2024: We had reserved for two seats and when we arrived we received a less than warm welcome. The waiter forced us to sit on the terrace without us being informed when booking and the temperature was not particularly favorable at the end of the evening. No worries about welcoming us. We leave the restaurant without the waiter even paying attention to our needs. Too bad, no desire to care and please customers.
