29/08/2026: We've been to this restaurant twice in the last ten years, most recently three years ago. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly. Our portion of Bresse chicken had considerably more bone than meat; while the chicken itself tasted good, the quality of the side dishes was rather average. There was no response to our complaint about the chicken, even though we clearly expressed our concerns in French. The price-performance ratio is therefore no longer acceptable. The excellent and friendly service and the wonderful ambiance with a direct view of the Brou Abbey can hardly compensate for the declining food quality. A real shame! Making a table reservation by email also failed. It only worked after a phone call. Incidentally, several new and supposedly quite good restaurants have opened on the same street in the last two to three years.

16/08/2026: The meal was very good, the portions generous. The welcome was warm and the service excellent. The only problem, and it's a significant one, is the lack of air conditioning; it's very hot and not comfortable for eating and relaxing.

15/06/2026: The hotel is pleasant and the atmosphere is friendly. The room I stayed in was clean and well air-conditioned, although a bit small. However, I found the elevator to be extremely slow, to the point where taking the stairs would have been faster. Despite this minor inconvenience, the stay was generally satisfactory.

12/06/2026: I went to the hotel to attend a friend's leaving party. He had enjoyed the hotel's outdoor terrace. The place was clean, very pretty, well-maintained, and welcoming.

05/09/2026: Thank you to the team and to Fanny for this excellent experience. The sea bream ceviche with passion fruit and ginger was very fresh, and the cod with aioli was delicious. 01/09/2026: We came to eat expecting to find Georges Blanc's cuisine… a disaster… €23 for a slice of pâté en croûte half a centimeter thick… a veal liver that was rather good but swimming in butter, I couldn't finish it, a crème brûlée full of lumps, and I think the poultry served with blinis was the grand finale, a Georges Blanc recipe according to the waiter… I'd like him to taste them because I seriously doubt it 😂 both the taste and, above all, what was it doing as a side dish? No decoration on the plates, not even a sprig of parsley… no vegetables… exorbitant prices for food that was really not very good… the waiter was excellent though, kudos to them

22/08/2026: Hello, we had a snack at your place. However, two rats snuck in from the side, and there were several others. The hygiene is appalling. Please take care. We will never go back there.

27/09/2026: No one at the drive-thru and hardly anyone in the dining area. They took our order (drive-thru) and after a 20-minute wait, still no one to pay us. No one speaks in this McDonald's. We signaled to a server to find out more... and he just laughed with his colleague, completely ignoring the customers right in front of them. Simply shameful. Tip: drive 2 minutes to the one in Viriat; there's no comparison.

25/09/2026: I've been waiting 40 minutes for my order, I find that unacceptable. If he's going to pay for my ice cream, maybe I could just forget about it.

22/08/2026: A very bad experience. The fries were so brownish that it was clear the oil hadn't been changed in ages. The water carafe was served in rosé wine bottles, with the labels still attached. Honestly, I felt like I was in a school cafeteria or at home, definitely not in a restaurant. The glass was completely cluttered with mustard and ketchup packets, as well as small hand sanitizer sachets. The salt and pepper shakers also gave an impression of dirt and neglect. The whole place was really lacking in care. And considering the price of the food, it's frankly not worth it. The only real advantage of this place is its location. People clearly go there, but they really deserve to eat something decent elsewhere!

20/08/2026: Lunch alone on August 20th, I chose the dish of the day, waited 35 minutes, and the waitress offered no apology for this unacceptable delay. Disappointed with this experience.
