30/08/2024: Don’t hesitate to open the door of this very friendly restaurant, excellent cuisine with burgers that are different from the ordinary! Not forgetting the fast service and very attentive staff!
29/08/2024: Not like before...
We took away, same price as on site €17.90 (super expensive!)
No more homemade chips, instead we had Doritos... The transport bags are of poor quality, it's all open, the fries on the floor.
Too bad we love the old version... I'll give it one last chance when we go to eat there (because the burgers are good)

07/07/2025: Unpleasant boss, we arrive with my wife and our children, he looks at us sideways, mutters, then throws our cards rudely on the table, saying "we're closing soon". For a restaurant that closes soon, we waited 45 minutes for our dishes while the restaurant was empty. Despite the wait, the dishes arrived almost cold, just like the boss who served us. This restaurant owner clearly doesn't like having customers. The prices also need to be reviewed, it ruined our vacation. In addition, dog hair ended up on the children's pizzas, a dog in a restaurant, never seen before. Impossible to have a quiet meal with the dog barking at passers-by, don't expect to leave with a good experience, next time we'll go elsewhere.
07/07/2025: Where to start, so we ask if the children can eat while we have an aperitif, it was not possible but there is a way of saying it, the food because we cannot call it food was frankly disgusting, to help us chase away the green flies, we were sprayed with white vinegar on our feet and in bowls on the table which caught us in the nose, and to finish their dog almost bit my granddaughter

No explanation of the menus and the welcome drink which is chargeable in the end ????
Not cool for silver members
One more comment and I won't come back
01/09/2024: Aging hotel which does not meet expected standards (poor value for money). The breakfast is really below the average of the chain's hotels (even lower end): dry/not fresh bread and brioche, tasteless fruit (not ripe), the price (18€ still per person) is not could not even be justified by variety. Poor, choose another establishment

01/09/2024: Good restaurant with a menu perhaps too limited in choice but well-prepared and well-executed dishes. Attentive and prompt service. Account in the norm and in line with what you receive. It doesn't disappoint.
17/08/2024: I had an excellent time at the Brasserie "Place Bernard", thanks in particular to the warm welcome and professionalism of Anaïs and Sandy! :)
I invited my parents, and they were delighted with the experience.
In the kitchen, Bertrand is simply incredible, and his dishes have delighted our taste buds.
Well done to the whole team.
As for Jérôme, the head waiter, he manages the establishment with exemplary mastery.
A big thank you to the whole team for this memorable moment!

12/08/2024: Very disappointed.
Go to an institute for leg hair removal, and it's not my surprise when I return to work to notice huge black and sticky traces of remaining wax all over my legs (not the first time).
But when I ask for a day cream with an SPF included, working in direct sunlight every day and having skin already damaged by acne, and once I get home, I notice that no sun protection is indicated on the cream sold.... I am clearly disappointed and annoyed!
I don't understand how in a beauty salon we can let a client leave with marks like that!
Big doubt about my return to this institute

What a great discovery, impeccable service, plus a smile.
As for the cuisine, it’s very beautiful and very good, well done!

08/09/2024: A brasserie with a beautiful terrace in the center of Bourg en Bresse. The service is continuous and quality. The staff is available and friendly.
We enjoyed two Canadian burgers, original and delicious.
The setting of the terrace is very well seen with reeds and a green decor that reminds us of the islands 🏝️
Definitely worth knowing!

Se restaurant était une très bonne adresse avant.. depuis sa reprise, elle ne fait que diminuer en qualité..
J'avais pris le plat du jour, veau en sauce avec des pâtes et du gratin .

17/10/2024: Pizza delivered which has nothing to do with what I ordered, rotten pizza with fries, it has to be done.
22/09/2024: Run away! Dry pizza, tasteless, very few ingredients on it. I'm still looking for the cheese to melt. Even the children didn't like it. Too bad we can't give zero stars, it didn't deserve one! Next time I'll have a sodebo, I would have eaten better.

26/09/2024: I ate a 200g fillet of beef and it was very tender, accompanied with french fries and a small plate of salad. A glass of red wine and for dessert a chocolate cake on a bed of cream. All good. The price maybe a little high but all in all the food was good. For a stop for lunch or dinner, for me it's worth the stop.
21/09/2024: We had reservations and when we arrived, our table wasn't even ready. Then we saw on the menu outside that there were frog legs then when ordering there were more, apparently stolen even though there were 3 tables used in the room.
In short, the meat chosen in the end was good even if the wait was long for such an empty room.
