12/12/2025: Amazing experience at the Carlton Cannes ice rink!
Just wow: the decor is magnificent, the place magical. We enjoyed a fantastic offer with sweet and savory treats (the signature Carlton Rolls 😍) and mulled wine. Everything was delicious.
A huge thank you to Laura and Enzo for their excellent service and for this very enjoyable time.

28/08/2024: Wir kamen durch Zufall in das Restaurant. Die Wirtin war sehr freundlich. Wir bestellten einmal das Menü und einmal die Spezialität des Tages eine gemischte Meeresfrüchtegrillplatte. Das Essen war hervorragend, handwerklich top zubereitet und sehr lecker. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
27/08/2024: Authentic, home-cooked French food, served with a smile. A wonderful experience not to be missed. Scallops perfectly seared, beef fillet Rossini absolutely divine, oven-cooked Camembert that oozes onto your bread. Everything perfect.

07/12/2024: Excelente servicio con Kateryna, Yannick y Alberto en la terraza durante la hora del almuerzo. Isabelle también era una gran anfitriona. Ella nos ayudó mucho a gestionar un asiento cómodo a pesar de la renovación crítica y ruidosa del muelle. Finalmente disfrutamos de la playa del hotel y un almuerzo agradable con personal muy atento y equipo sonriente. Un pequeño detalle se refiere al servicio de vinos: por favor, pida siempre probar el vino antes de servir las copas de vino. Mis dos invitados se sintieron un poco avergonzados...

The server wasn't very friendly, nor were the others, for that matter. A warmer welcome is needed...
It's a shame because the setting is truly beautiful!
I got food poisoning from the prawn risotto.
It was good, but maybe the food or sauces aren't properly preserved.
This is the first time I've been sick in a restaurant in Cannes, and during the holidays, we go there every day...
We won't be going back...

03/10/2024: Fun experience. Food is not the reason for a visit, the venue and the music are. The service from the majority of staff was below standards of a 100€+ restaurant for two candidate reasons (1) we may have been categorized as low(er) willingness to pay people or (2) restaurant is understaffed and they are overworked. All in all, I really enjoyed the experience and with a slightly more dedicated staff it would have been a perfect one!

2 minutes from the Croisette and rue d'Antibes!
11/12/2024: Lovely little spot to get coffee. Perfect spot to sit outside especially in autumn/spring weather. Their croque madame is okay, I've had better, but their is fine. Fries are good. Asked for ice coffee and they're willing to make it but it taste very watery, my fault, just get hot coffee here. But the service is great. And the quiet location is a plus too.

10/09/2024: The ice creams are good but the owner manages to make you balls of ice cream at the economy, that is to say balls of ice cream but which are not whole, round on the top and flat on the bottom! At some point you have to stop making fun of the customer; paying a lot is one thing, but at least we put in the quantity necessary to make correct balls.

05/11/2025: Very good kebab, and I had given it 5 stars before, but the staff never answers the phone. It's a shame, as I work nearby and have a short break, and it would allow me to get my kebab without waiting. I hope the owner sees this and asks them to answer the phone; I would then give it 5 stars again.
15/09/2025: It looks delicious in customer photos, but I was there to buy three fries. They came in a tiny container, and the fries were soggy because they were wrapped in aluminum foil, lol!
And they were €3 each. And they're really frugal with the sauce! Three tiny containers of sauce; I ordered three fries.
Ridiculous, I'll go to the market! For a great pair of fries.

We arrived one hour early because our hotel apartment was not ready. So we borrowed the chairs outside.
We were warmly welcomed by the staff 30 minutes later. We ordered a delicious evening meal. 3 different choices as we all have our preferences. Everything fresh. Meat, noodles and rice. I got extra 🌶️ chili. Strong and fresh.
After a long day driving more than 500 km this was like being treated in an expensive restaurant. The difference is that this is an affordable eating place with healthy food.
Later in the week I tried alternative places on same street. No comparison in the way I enjoyed Pagoda.
2023:
We tried two other nearby eating places for variation, but this is the only place where I feel good after eating. We had soup, wok and rice. Thank you for healthy and delicious food.
2022:
This place deserves a Michelin star. I would have liked to give it 6 Google stars.
We had soup, noodles and chicken with a touch of Thai curry.
The family running this business since 1999 are very friendly and helpful to advice.
The food ingredients are fresh and cooked by professionals. Healthy cooking with vegetables and not too much oils.
Thanks to this place I got to eat wok with noodles with a unique taste.
A couple of hours later my stomach was in a good shape. It had suffered from nearby fast food since the weekend.

In the evening we could not resist. We bought takeaway beef and shrimps. Cooked rice in hotel apartment. Yet another perfect meal. Amazing.
Next evening we also came back to eat Ramen and Phou soup. Ordered Sushi to eat in the hotel balcony. The gentleman serving gave me extra fresh chili as I like 🔥 food.
Conclusion: We live like kings in Pagoda Restaurant.

20/09/2024: I stopped by by chance one morning for a coffee and was very pleasantly welcomed and then served. Although the raisin bread was a frozen raisin bread. He was good.
But what struck me the most was what I saw in the kitchen where the ingredients for lunch were being prepared. WE PEELED FRESH VEGETABLES THERE, let me tell you, I was surprised in this little bistro, at a time when it was profitable and quick!!!
I promised to go back to taste their completely homemade dishes and will not fail to tell you what it is.
