08/08/2026: Very unpleasant experience – I do not recommend this place. I visited this restaurant in Nice with four friends, and unfortunately, the way we were treated by one of the waitresses left us extremely disappointed and upset. We came to the restaurant simply to have coffee. We happened to have some bread with us that we had purchased earlier, but none of us was eating it or intended to eat it inside the restaurant. As soon as we entered, the waitress approached us and, in a very rude and unfriendly manner, told us that we were not allowed to eat food we had brought with us. We completely understand that restaurants may have such rules, but the way she spoke to us was unacceptable — she was speaking loudly and in a very unpleasant tone. After we ordered our coffees, the same waitress was talking about us to customers sitting nearby, who were French. What was particularly striking was that she was extremely friendly and polite towards them, while treating us completely differently. When one of my friends went to use the toilet, the same waitress spoke to her in a commanding and disrespectful manner, simply pointing towards the toilet and giving her instructions as if she were being ordered around. When I asked for the bill, the waitress took a long time to bring it. Eventually, she came over and simply told us the amount we were supposed to pay, without presenting us with a bill or receipt. We were surprised and asked for a printed receipt. She reacted with obvious annoyance, and eventually another member of staff came over and brought us the bill. We left feeling extremely uncomfortable and offended by the way we had been treated. We felt discriminated against and disrespected, especially given the obvious difference in the waitress’s attitude towards us and towards the French customers sitting nearby. The issue was not that we were reminded that outside food was not allowed — that would have been completely understandable. The problem was the rude, arrogant and disrespectful way in which we were treated throughout our entire visit. And being asked to pay a specific amount without being shown a bill or receipt was, to us, particularly disturbing and gave us the impression that we were being treated improperly. We came simply to have a coffee and expected basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not what we experienced. A very disappointing experience. We definitely will not be coming back and cannot recommend this place. Ann

14/08/2026: Having worked in the area for a few years, I found this a nice place with very good food and a lovely, varied menu. The prices are reasonable and convenient for lunch. It was quite noisy inside, though. Outside, the setting is pleasant with a nice view.

14/08/2026: The waiter was friendly, attentive, and there was no pressure to order. The dishes had character, distinct flavors, were well-seasoned, and very fresh. Honestly, a great place!

17/08/2026: I didn't make a reservation, but I arrived right at opening time and was able to get in right away! The seating on the second floor is so pretty and clean. It was nice that the staff kept saying "thank you" in Korean. The paella is seriously, seriously, seriously delicious, but we ordered a 2-person portion for two people, and the quantity is just way too huge. It makes me wonder if it would be better to reduce the portion size and lower the price a bit... But it is so, so delicious, I highly recommend it..

09/03/2026: Great hotel in an excellent location. Rooms with sea views, breakfast was very good, staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and there was parking on site. We enjoyed our stay very, very much and will definitely book this hotel again.

10/08/2026: Chez Thérésa, a Nice institution since 1925, is a must-visit. It's not quite the same as it was in the beginning, but the charm remains, and the quality is still there. Also worth discovering is the Thérésa location at the market, surrounded by flowers and fruit – pure Niçois charm! Located on Cours Saleya, it's the charming spot surrounded by flowers and fruit.

10/08/2026: We ordered tomato tarts (quite spicy, though this wasn't specified), socca (very good), and bagnat sandwiches with Niçoise salad (the bread was rather dry). The wait was reasonable, and the service was also good.

17/07/2026: We ordered two pizzas last night and were quite disappointed. The dough was really hard: it was difficult to chew and even to cut or remove from the pizza. Unfortunately, that was the main negative point. As for my pizza, I found it rather bland and lacking in flavor. I had to add herbs and garlic to give it a bit more taste. It's a shame, because we were expecting a better experience. I hope this feedback will be helpful in improving the quality of the pizzas.

29/05/2026: Excellent pizzas in Nice West! The dough is delicious, the ingredients are high quality, and the pizzas always arrive piping hot. Special mention for the mezzo mezzo, a great idea for a change of pace. Don't forget to try the tiramisu! Fast delivery with Anthony, always polite and pleasant. The owner, Franck, is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

28/07/2026: I was really craving ice water, so as soon as I walked in, I asked if they had any. They kindly gave me a bottle of water and a small bucket filled with ice. I was shown to my seat right away, and as soon as I sat down, they came over to ask if I could speak English and explained the menu. Based on their recommendations, I ordered two main dishes and two drinks. I wanted an orangeade, but since the drinks we ordered were alcoholic, they suggested switching them to orange juice, which was great! I recommend it! The taste is so good, too.
