30/03/2026: This was definitely the most amazing restaurant my boyfriend and I visited in Nice, and we'll definitely go back. A three-course meal for dinner Monday through Thursday is only €31, which is incredibly affordable. If you want to upgrade to a soufflé for dessert, there's a slight extra charge. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent value for the price. The only minor disappointment that day was that the sardines had some bones that were a little difficult to remove, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. (It seems they change their three-course menu every week.)

At Tell Un Ange, there's no unnecessary theatrics: an intimate dining room, a warm welcome, and above all, honest, straightforward cuisine. The ingredients are fresh, the menu changes with the seasons, and this is evident in every bite. Special mention goes to the focaccia, pissaladière-style, as indulgent as it is elegant, and to the superb piece of beef accompanied by a perfectly balanced foie gras and porcini mushroom sauce, rich in flavor but never heavy. The ratatouille had that home-cooked aroma that instantly evokes childhood memories. Finally, the dark chocolate fondant was a unanimous hit at the table, while the Gariguette strawberry sabayon was wonderfully fresh. Add to that impeccable, attentive service full of thoughtful touches, and you have one of the best surprises in Nice right now. A remarkable value for money and an address to discover before it becomes Nice's worst-kept secret.

Just a human-scale dining room, a warm atmosphere, and cuisine that speaks from the heart. Tell Un Ange belongs to this increasingly rare category: restaurants where you return for what's on your plate. Two visits a few weeks apart were enough to confirm this impression. Here, the ingredients are fresh, the menus evolve with the seasons, and each dish seems to tell a sincere story, without artifice. From the very first bite, a focaccia reimagined as a pissaladière sets the tone. A marvel of balance between indulgence and finesse, where Mediterranean generosity meets perfectly executed technique. The beef, topped with a foie gras and porcini mushroom sauce, could have easily become a show of force. But it doesn't. The sauce, rich and flavorful, maintains a remarkable lightness that complements the meat without ever overpowering it. The side dishes are not relegated to the background: a special mention goes to the perfectly balanced ratatouille, which instantly evokes the familiar flavors of Sunday meals and grandmother's recipes. As for dessert, the family consensus was immediate. The dark chocolate fondant won over both my children and my mother, bringing three generations together in shared enjoyment. For my part, I was captivated by a delicate Gariguette strawberry sabayon, where the freshness of the fruit met the richness of the cream in perfect harmony. But the experience doesn't end with the food. The service also deserves praise. Professional, attentive, and precise without ever being intrusive, it is punctuated by those little touches that make all the difference and remind us that hospitality is an art in itself. In an era where bills often skyrocket faster than the quality of the food, Tell Un Ange offers simply remarkable value for money. A genuine, generous, and deeply charming place. 10/06/2026: Asked if they were still serving breakfast was a large party with 2 young children. Was told it was served till noon. At 11:35 shortly after seating us the waiter came to take our order we asked for a few more minutes to decide and ordered a bunch of drinks. At 11:40 we were told we can't order breakfast any more and they only serve lunch at noon. Was extremely rude about it. See rude waiter in photo.

09/06/2026: We had breakfast here and everything was delicious! We tried the quiche (Jamon and cheese), croissant, pain au chocolat, and cappuccinos, everything was delicious and fresh! I recommend stopping here for breakfast if you’re around. The staff is very friendly, too! We had breakfast outside enjoying the sun with our dog 🐕

31/05/2026: Great family run cafe, their food offerings were great. We were in Nice for 7 days and visited their cafe thrice. The mother and daughter were very friendly and welcoming. I wish I had taken pics of their food and the location. The chocolate eclairs and chocolate croissants were my kids favourite from all of nice ☺️.

29/05/2026: Super delicious! The menu isn't huge, but every dish looks unique. The flavors are incredibly refreshing. The pork is very tender, and the lobster noodles are perfectly chewy. It's the best restaurant I had in Nice. No exaggeration, it's a Chinese person's recommendation. Remember to make a reservation!

It's a real meeting place, frequented by smiling regulars who appreciate the homemade cuisine made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu, written on a chalkboard, seems to change regularly. Many know the place well and make sure to greet the chef at the stove while chatting with the owner. We opted for the full experience – starter, main course, and dessert. We truly tasted the love in every dish; each one was bursting with flavor while maintaining a traditional Niçoise character. The service was friendly and efficient. We wish we had discovered this bistro sooner – a must-try!

01/04/2026: First time I came here was with my mom. We had focaccia for dtarters then had the pasta of the day and moules it was great. Since then I bring my parents here every time they come to visit. Great food reasonable prices. I would recommend to everyone!!!

29/06/2026: No one here will wait for you to finish your dinner. If the staff's working hours are over, they will pull up chairs around you and do everything to make you leave. The food is not bad, but I won't come back again.
