28/08/2024: Deplorable welcome. Obviously the boss has no desire to serve his customers. Prohibitive price: a bottle of water completely degassed after a very prolonged stay in the fridge: €8! Two scoops of industrial water ice cream: €5 When leaving I ask that we fill our bottles with fresh water for the rest of the journey (it's 35°): categorical refusal! We drank at his place for €18 and he sent us to refill our bottles at the public fountain. Honestly a place to avoid

12/09/2024: It’s not Alissas’ Macdonald’s, it’s the Alissas circus and its clown team. People on the team will recognize me, because yes, my visit was more than noticed. We notice a mother screaming with her 2-year-old child in her arms, who has just made a 30-minute round trip, however, we fail to notice that there are several order screens, receipts and order numbers, where everything is relatively well written and detailed to be able to complete an order correctly. Indeed, at Macdonald's in Alissas, the team thinks that 1 Bigmac, 4 nuggest and a McDonald's croque are in reality 3 macfish. My rather aggressive arrival I grant you which earned me "calm down" also extremely aggressive and a lack of professionalism on the part of the person who received me was rather poorly received from my part because I have remained calm for a long time in the face of this fast restaurant which shows no skills over time. Always a shortage of orders, slow service and then I'm asked to calm down. I asked for my order to be completely redone but the young girl decided that given my behavior (it feels like I was in college), I just deserved a refund. Now this was not my request, but perhaps they would not have been able to do it correctly a second time since the first failed miserably. So in conclusion, at Macdonald's in Alissas, the team does not know how to prepare an order correctly, does not know how to manage the anger of its loyal customers due perhaps to a lack of managerial skills, and does not know how to respond to a clear and precise. My message will be sent higher up in your hierarchy, which will, I hope, have less difficulty understanding and managing a delicate situation. And given the poor overall rating of this Macdonald's and the rather poor customer reviews on a recurring basis, I think that the person who should question themselves in all of this is this restaurant and not me who pays for a service consistently dismal. Special mention for the young girl at the counter. When I tell you I'm pregnant and I just went back and forth. Don't come and tell me that you are pregnant too, because you are not holding your two-year-old baby in your arms and have not just been on the road hungry and so is your child. You are at your workplace and therefore have to do your job, I am not your girlfriend who wants to know about your life.

15/09/2024: l'endroit est calme, magnifique, avec les arbres qui protègent du soleil et de la chaleur ou du vent . Quant au repas : une Merveille , digne d'un étoilé , belle présentation, cuisson parfaite . les serveuses sont aimables et à l'écoute. Bref je le recommande vivement

13/08/2024: Cadre idyllique avec une terrasse ombragée au bord de La Beaume. Repas très correct et quelques découvertes. Les prix sont trop élevés pour les types de produits utilisés et pas de choix pour le menu enfant. Le patron ne prend pas les chèques déjeuner en vous expliquant qu’il y a 3% de frais (soit 75 centimes avec le plafond de 25€ par jour 🧐)

08/09/2024: While roaming the Dolcia Via, we stopped for 1 night. Spacious pitches. Magnificent setting in the middle of the forest. Bird songs when you wake up. Warm welcome. Super generous portion of fries. Very clean and well appointed sanitary facilities (shower curtain, toilet paper, soap, hairdryer). Remember to book in advance for the restaurant or fries! One of our best campsites!

05/09/2024: Great stay at this campsite! The pitches are great, spacious and really well located. Valérie's welcome is super warm, you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Special mention also for Jean-Francois' catering, good little dishes, simple and tasty. Honestly, only positives, it’s the perfect place to relax and eat well. I recommend without hesitation!

17/09/2024: Very good place to eat pizza or a dish of the day, friendly staff, beautiful view of the Ardèche, well-stocked plate, a place not to be missed during a visit to this village

04/09/2024: Ardèche salad.. a joke 3yout small toast as hard as a rock a lot of salad leaves frankly not good and not very professional....and if I said nothing on the spot it was because I was in a hurry to leave.. . toilet also needs to be reviewed because not very clean
