I found eggshells in my so-called caramel port, it's a shame, hoping not to get sick tomorrow, first and last order for us. Leaving a restaurant like tel open should be prohibited. The mirage as well as M san piG on uber eat are the same. Not to mention the person I spoke to on the phone... just one thing to say, run away

23/07/2024: I just got attacked by the saleswoman, odious behavior! She yelled at me and insulted me when I had just bought her bread and pastries, all because I asked for a bag to carry. We are walking on our heads, some people really don’t deserve to have a job.

Plat sans goût,pas bon.cuisine surgelés et industriel.
Entre et sushi plastique.
Les plat chaud vraiment pas bon ,on a rien manger.
Et le ponpon on nous a fait payer un surplus car on ne manger pas tous nos assiettes.
On a expliqué que c etait immangeable, mais il faut finir quand même d après eux.
C est un gage ce truc qui ce dit restaurant.

05/12/2024: Detailed review of the restaurant: a nuanced experience
Ah, this restaurant, an experience which, let’s say it, deserves to be dissected with care. As soon as I arrived, I let myself be carried away by an atmosphere oscillating between a warm "welcome" and a slight coldness, subtle but palpable, which I will detail later.
Let's start with the basics: the food. The chopped staek, at first glance, seemed promising – left a strange taste in my mouth, as if the effort was there but without the expected little extra soul. Certainly, the sauce, a culinary creation that I would describe as daring, came to play the heroine with surprising vivacity. She had that “je ne sais quoi” that warms the taste buds and saves the plate from a culinary disaster. A great feat of this sauce which “put a stop in the shoulder”, to use your words, and which, in itself, did the job.
However, all was not rosy. There was this indefinable “something was missing”. Perhaps a touch of spice, slightly more precise cooking, or simply that little grain of love that we expect in a dish worthy of the name. Do you see what I mean? A detail. But this detail was missing.
Let's talk about fries, these popular queens of plates. Potatoes, let's say it bluntly, they were indeed. And this is where the subtlety of this criticism lies: "potatoes" in the sense that they proudly carried their potato essence, but, alas, a little too much. Too soft, too simple, they seemed to have abandoned all hope of crispness. A real disappointment for me, a fan of fries that crunch to the bite.
As for the welcome… Ah, the welcome! A mixture, a patchwork of attitudes, where each waiter seemed to play his own role in a play of changing moods. Special mention to the bald gentleman, whose kindness seemed to have taken leave that day. There was an undeniable, almost contagious sourness in his eyes and in his gestures. However, it would be unfair to generalize. Not everyone was so... bitter, to use the right word. Some employees, although rare, showed sincere kindness, creating a strange duality in the general atmosphere.
In conclusion, this restaurant gave me a mixed experience to say the least. We cannot deny that the kitchen tries things, that efforts exist, but certain essential aspects lack finesse or consistency. And reception, that crucial first and last impression, would greatly need collective alignment. For this reason I can only give it three stars. A rating that reflects an experience that is neither disastrous nor memorable, but simply... correct.
16/11/2024: I'm surprised, even if it's not a fresh kebab, it's really good, even though there isn't much rawness it doesn't bother me, it's the same kebab that I ate when I I was younger, I enjoyed myself thank you

13/09/2024: We had been customers for years and it was Asian cuisine that we loved, whatever the dish...
We have tried it twice since then, I imagine the change of owner, and it no longer has anything... in terms of taste and quality. It is so disappointing compared to what we had experienced. We no longer find it good so we won't go back...

Reception: deplorable, the only thing that comes out of the waitress's mouth "ensuite? Next?" so that you quickly announce your choice and the price once the order has been placed.
The dishes are reheated in the microwave.
We are trying to settle down, all the tables are dirty with leftovers and unfinished plates. (this should have alerted us since you pay by weight!)
Sticky floors.
We said to ourselves, the waitress is overwhelmed, they need to recruit staff:
Not calm, the waitress sat on her phone instead of clearing the pile of rubbish.
- Spring rolls: not fresh, but really not!
- Tempura shrimp: inedible
- Spring rolls: indescribable flavor, fatty and soft texture.
- Thai Rice: taste of before BEFORE yesterday (it's anything but Thai rice)
- Fried noodles: same, not fresh, overcooked. (Usually in the noodles there are small, finely cut vegetables, but they are non-existent, after all, the recipe may not be revisited)
- Inedible Thai or caramelized chicken.
- Crispy chicken: this is the only dish that was "correct" even if the freshness is clearly doubtful.
You don't need to have a very refined palate to realize the obvious: it's carnage.
Customer relations: zero
Value for money: disproportionately expensive price for what you serve.
Hygiene seriously needs to be reviewed.
And I point out we don't know what your kitchens are like...
In short, if you are looking for an Asian restaurant to enjoy, skip your turn for today.
I hope that the managers will see my criticism which I hope is constructive.
Sorry to say, you are not honoring Asian culture.

19/09/2024: Icy reception. The customers' plates not cleared on the tables should have alerted me, because some still contained food, although we pay by weight.
Disgusting tempura reheats in the microwave, no difference between pork and shrimp spring rolls.
Rancid Thai rice, poor quality meat for the various dishes, abominable overall.
When I left, the plates were still not cleared.

To respond to your request via Uber Eats on July 22, 2024, regarding my dissatisfaction with my last order, I agree to provide you with more details. Indeed, I was very disappointed by Sushi Shop Bourges because the quantities were very mediocre: the sashimi was for some cut very very thin, to the point that pieces separated when grabbed with the chopsticks. The same goes for the sushi, some of which had a very thin, very short slice of fish that didn't even cover the rice.
Added to this is the rather mediocre quality: the sushi rice was dry, the sashimi cut irregularly (with most of the slices very very thin), a bone was present in one sashimi.
No sauce (sweet or savory) is provided but must be added separately and is payable (a savory sauce which did not allow me to accompany all the sashimi and sushi given the quantity again).
The only thing acceptable was the quality of the fish.
All this for more than €40 per person… that doesn’t make you want to order more.

04/07/2024: The service was great, the gentleman was very kind and pleasant, but it's a shame because the food really had no taste! I had some bites of shrimp and some spicy rice, neither had any taste, it was very bland, far from the Asian flavors I was looking for! I was very disappointed for the 8€... It nourished me, but it didn't delight me.
05/06/2024: This is the 2nd time I order I said to myself maybe they have improved but not at all already everything was cold the shrimp noodles with 2 small shrimps not a good taste the dry shrimp rice with mini shrimp the soft spring rolls not good I don't recommend at all!
