Hygiene is catastrophic from the room to the kitchen, it needs to be reviewed (going from the cash register to the kitchen without washing your hands is not normal). As for the dish, very disappointed too, without flavors and filled with water…

25/09/2024: Great Chinese dumpling restaurant. A varied menu with different specialties. Everything is homemade. The service is great, pleasant, with very good advice. The specialties are excellent. Little extra for the rice and fried chicken. I highly recommend.
Reserve just in case because the place is small and fills up quickly.
22/09/2024: The Xiao long bao is surprisingly tasty and yummy, especially when I drink the soup inside of it.

The outside lighting is a bit poor, but that may change. still. Pleasant audience. Will definitely come back on our next visit to Strasbourg.

03/11/2024: Excellents plats, mais jamais nous n’avons été aussi mal accueilli. Une serveuse dans un très mauvais jour. L entrée servie avec l apéritif, et le reste du repas vite expédié car elle avait besoin de la table.

12/11/2024: J'y suis allé pour un cours de cuisine asiatique. J'ai appris en une demi-journée autant qu'en un an de tutos internet.
Je suis reparti avec trois plats délicieux (Lapp de saumon, poulet curry, nigili aux fruits) que je vais m'évertuer à reproduire.
J'ajoute que Sacharanin, en plus d'être une hôtesse attentionnée, maitrise parfaitement son sujet qu'elle dispense avec une grande pédagogie.
