Restaurant Baan Thai
Strasbourg
12/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Strasbourg. We had a very pleasant time at this restaurant.
Each dish was beautifully presented. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, especially the small, precisely cut carrots that accompanied the dishes. It's a thoughtful touch that makes all the difference.
The quality is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from beginning to end and will gladly return to try other dishes on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant.
09/08/2026: For me, the best Thai restaurant in Strasbourg. The food is authentic and consistently delicious. I've known this place for about thirty years. We introduced it to our children, and they were thrilled! 🤩 🙏🏽

Le Siam

07/09/2026: I can confidently say that this Sichuan restaurant is on par with over 95% of Sichuan restaurants in China. I went two days in a row. The spicy hot pot, rice noodles, and spicy chicken were all excellent.

Thai Vien 2
Maison-Blanche, Paris
30/08/2026: I've been going there once or twice a week for months: even though there's a lot of choice, all the dishes are cooked with great care; the sauces, the cooking, the ingredients—everything is excellent. The best pad thai I've ever had, the beef and salmon salads are superb, and the curries and Thai basil sauces are also very good, for example. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
15/08/2026: The beef dish was too fatty and the salad too acidic. The taste was mediocre compared to other restaurants in the area. I do not recommend this place.

Yile Ramen
Porte-Saint-Martin, Paris
24/07/2026: Delicious, very kind manager. For the first time in my life, when I asked to remove an item I didn't like, I was immediately offered to replace it with something else, at no extra cost.
16/07/2026: Tried it on a sweltering day, so it wasn't very busy.
The basic ramen menu ranges from €13 to €16 and includes meat and a Tamago egg, which is quite affordable compared to other ramen places. The meat is incredibly tender.
The ramen itself is fairly true to what you'd find in Japan. The broth has a rather strong flavor, which might be surprising.
Overall, it's good ramen, but not my favorite. The service is excellent, and it's simply amazing that everything is managed by a single person.

Viet Pho
Epinettes, Paris
12/09/2026: I stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance on a friend's recommendation and had a wonderful time: warm and impeccable service, delicious yet very light dishes! A friendly and refined atmosphere… In short, I recommend it not only to locals but also to anyone wanting to discover Vietnamese cuisine in Paris. And there's also a wide selection of vegetarian options!
25/08/2026: A warm welcome from the owner, who clearly cares about customer satisfaction. Great care is taken with the aromatic herbs, which are plentiful. A very good experience.

24/07/2026: Great place: perfect service, delicious food, reasonable prices!!
I highly recommend it! :)
31/05/2026: A restaurant that doesn't look particularly flashy, with a discreet, even austere, facade, but the Asian cuisine is incredibly good, fragrant, and refined—a hundred times better than all-you-can-eat buffets—and very reasonably priced. A must for true Vietnamese food lovers. The service is very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend it.

29/04/2026: The food is very good and the portions are generous.
13/03/2026: Incredibly delicious! I'm surprised it wasn't busy, but I was glad because we were able to enjoy the authentic flavors of Chinese cuisine from appetizer to dessert 🙏 and the imperial spring rolls 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 divine.
Thank you so much for these wonderful dishes. I will definitely be back with my loved ones because I'm sure they will love this restaurant as much as I do. I give it a 1000/10 and an infinite number of thanks for these unique flavors 🙏🙏
