I've been coming here for years and I've known Hay for almost 30 years—a true icon of the neighborhood and the Vietnamese community in Paris. As soon as you walk in, you're enveloped in the authentic aromas of Vietnam: fresh herbs, simmering broth, and the simple, lively atmosphere of great Asian eateries. The pho is excellent, rich, fragrant, and full of flavor—just like in Vietnam. The nem cuốn (spring rolls) are fresh, generous, and perfectly balanced. The bánh xèo is crispy and comes with a beautiful plate of herbs and salad, as tradition dictates. The sharing platters are hearty and bursting with flavor. What I particularly appreciate here: • Authentic Vietnamese cuisine • Fresh ingredients and plenty of herbs • Generous portions • A lively, casual atmosphere • Consistency for decades In a Paris where many restaurants change or become standardized, Pho 13 remains true to itself. It's my go-to Vietnamese spot in Paris. If you want to discover real Vietnamese cuisine in the 13th arrondissement, this is a must-try.

29/12/2025: A fantastic find! It's a shame it's so small, so it gets cold quickly and the seats aren't very comfortable. But the food is really good and the service is perfect; I'll definitely be back. The chicken is Halal.

01/03/2026: A place I frequent. The menu is extensive and the food is very good. The quantity, quality, and price are excellent. We also went there during Chinese New Year. The menu was more limited (probably due to the crowds), but the set menus were still plentiful and varied. The service is quick and efficient. I highly recommend this excellent restaurant! 👍

Set menus are €12.90 at lunchtime and €16.90 in the evening for a starter, main course, and dessert—highly recommended!

08/03/2026: We had lunch there by chance and what a discovery! The spring rolls and stir-fried noodles with vegetables were delicious, and the steamed shrimp dumplings were very good. We had a very pleasant time; the lady was truly welcoming and friendly. The value for money is unbeatable for such a central location in Rennes. We will gladly return soon.

24/02/2026: An excellent restaurant that I highly recommend! The welcome is always warm and attentive. The food is delicious, generous, and prepared with great care. The stuffed crab in its ceramic shell 😉 is always a hit. Special mention also goes to the ginger prawns, bursting with flavor, and the tender and fragrant duck with mushrooms and bamboo. The friendly interactions with the hostess add a much-appreciated and personal touch, making the experience even more enjoyable. A truly delightful experience from beginning to end.

10/03/2026: A wonderful family lunch. We all thoroughly enjoyed it! As always. The restaurant isn't very large inside, so it's best to book in advance during the winter months. In the summer, it has a lovely, green, and shady outdoor area that's very pleasant. Never disappointed, I recommend it 100%!

The wakame salad with vegetable and tofu noodles was a delight—flavorful and well-balanced (my stomach is still thanking me 👏). The service was excellent, quick, and friendly, even when you're dining alone. I'll definitely be keeping this address in mind for my next lunch break! 😄
