21/03/2026: We had a fantastic time at Mon Petit Thaï. The restaurant deserves a higher rating because it has everything going for it to be a benchmark for Asian cuisine. I've tried many pho restaurants in Lille, and this one particularly impressed me with its deep and complex flavor while still staying true to the original recipe. They also have plenty of vegetarian options, which is still all too rare these days. The staff was very efficient, quick, and friendly. I highly recommend it, and we'll be back.

13/03/2026: Mon Petit Thaï restaurant in Lille is a wonderful discovery for Thai food lovers. I particularly enjoyed the chicken pad thai, perfectly balanced between sweet and spicy flavors. The service was warm and welcoming, especially thanks to Nina, who was very attentive and smiling throughout the meal. The decor, with its Asian touches and colorful lanterns, creates a pleasant and exotic atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious and convivial experience.

22/03/2026: This is ridiculous! The restaurant is closed due to retirement, yet Google says it's open. Shameful for the loyal customers of many years, just a piece of paper on the door. No respect whatsoever!

25/02/2026: We have been customers for several years and, until now, we were satisfied with the service. However, we were charged €16.90 for a meal for a child who is barely 10 years old, even though the menu states €10.50 for children under 10 (he obviously doesn't eat like an adult). When we went to the till, we disputed the charge for our 10-year-old (we weren't worried about €6), but we argued that it was based on what was stated on their menu. Disputing the charge didn't sit well with the staff, who immediately switched to their native language and refused to give us a refund. As a matter of principle, we will no longer eat at this restaurant.

03/03/2026: I never give my opinion after leaving a restaurant, but this time, exceptionally, I only have one word: disgusting. Even the white rice wasn't good. If you're allergic to MSG, stay away. In any case, stay away; it's a disgrace to the restaurant industry.

02/03/2026: A pretty good restaurant. I started with a Thai cocktail (light with rum, mint syrup, and fruit juice) which I found a bit under-sweet (a shame) and rather uninspired for €6.50. For a starter, I had Thai shrimp soup (the broth was very mildly spiced and not very flavorful) for €9.50. For my main course, I had ginger beef (€13.50) with white rice (€2.50). The dish arrived beautifully presented and piping hot. The ginger was definitely present, with chunks of it, and the spice was just right, so it was quite good for €13.50 and still piping hot. For my drink, I had jasmine tea (made with leaves, so very good) which was rather bland but did the job for €3. The cutlery consisted of plastic chopsticks (a shame), a standard metal soup spoon (a shame), and a cloth napkin (very nice). In summary, I paid €35: I ate enough but it was a bit expensive (about €7 too much) for this evening meal without dessert.

17/02/2026: I came with my little girl, who loves this restaurant, and I must say the price is reasonable and the self-service buffet, although small, offers enough to satisfy everyone. However, after the perfectly acceptable starters, I was disappointed by the chicken with black mushrooms. The mushrooms were really tough and the chicken lacked flavor. On the other hand, my little girl thoroughly enjoyed the starters and the small apple fritters she asked for, which the cook kindly prepared for her. I must say that the lady who served me was smiling and very pleasant. That's why I'll come back another time so I don't let the black mushrooms, which disappointed me, put me off.

16/02/2026: Fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious: their lacquered meat is perfectly caramelized and melts in your mouth. As for the sautéed broccoli, it's simply the best I've ever eaten. I highly recommend it!

17/03/2026: We just got back from this restaurant where we celebrated my daughter's birthday. They made a fantastic dessert, fruit sculptures, and a little surprise—it was absolutely wonderful and so sweet! Thank you!

03/09/2024: I went for early dinner with a friend. As it was my first time in one of this restaurants, they told us not to touch the thermostat and that the waiter would take care of the meat on the bbq. We did what they asked us to do and the when everything was charcoal they told us it was our fault because we didn’t use the thermostat… in a nutshell, they told us they’d guide us, and they didn’t, we couldn’t eat our food and they said it was our fault, we asked for a commercial gesture, there was none. Service was awful, with even one waiter suggesting that smoked food was good and laughing at our situation. Absolutely unacceptable.

04/03/2026: For over three years now, since we've been in Lambesc, we've regularly ordered takeout, and we're very happy with what we get, whether it's sushi, kebabs, bo bun, spring rolls... (and coconut pearls 🤤☺️)... Everything is fresh and delicious. The owners are really very kind and professional.
