17/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! Saigon, located on the banks of the Sorgue River in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, offers a magnificent, calm, and relaxing setting, ideal for a truly excellent experience. The dishes were absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable: welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about; everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

17/07/2026: Lunch at Saigon is like savoring a suspended moment. The dishes were delicious, prepared with care, and the gentle flow of the Sorgue River creates a unique atmosphere. I enjoyed the moment so much that I forgot to photograph the plates: a testament to how excellent everything was. A bucolic, peaceful place where you literally dine by the water's edge. An experience to be repeated.

08/07/2026: Heads up, this restaurant's got Champions League football on it! 🏆 The chandelier at the entrance was so stunning I almost forgot to eat. The buffet was so generous that I had to make room in my stomach before going back twice (at least). Spotlessly clean, very reasonable prices, friendly service: in short, both my wallet and my stomach left happy. Euro d'Asie, we'll be back, we promise.

04/10/2025: Never been to this restaurant. Tried it on Monday evening, August 4, 2025, and it was a complete disaster. There were four adults and two children. The children were served food they usually like and order. Each of us had to choose items that looked edible while trying to vary our choices to try different things. Personally, I like to start with fish, shellfish, and crustaceans with a little something on the side. I ordered some fish, a few shrimp, and two mussels, but without any side dishes because none were available. The fish and shrimp were good, but I'm glad I only ordered two mussels because they were completely tasteless. They must have been steamed or boiled with nothing else, so no salt, no pepper, nothing... I then ordered some charcuterie. "Little" meant very little choice and very few side dishes. I moved on to the main courses where I didn't find the variety usually offered in this type of restaurant, and the same went for the side dishes. I don't usually go for dessert, but given how little I'd eaten, I went to help myself, to, as they say, "fill my empty stomach." Well, I left with an empty stomach. The other three adults were just as disappointed and critical as I was. In short, WE understood why it wasn't crowded. Add to that the fact that the staff lacked everything a restaurant staff should be, and you'll understand our criticism. The reason I gave it two out of five stars is to get a reaction from you. Only the aperitif was good.

17/04/2026: I'm a big fan of Asian cuisine, and I have to say this was a very pleasant surprise. I had pho bo as a starter: simpler than a traditional pho (for example, no meatballs or tendons), but the broth was delicious. In short, I loved it! Then I had beef in spicy sauce, and again, excellent, with perfectly cooked rice. This restaurant serves very good food—simple, efficient, and excellent value for money. Definitely worth discovering!

09/05/2026: An unusual place to discover incredibly delicious dishes in a very friendly atmosphere. Set menus (starter, main course, dessert) at very affordable prices will introduce you to Tibetan cuisine. Dare to try the salted tea—it's surprisingly good!

04/04/2026: We had two barley flour-based soups, then a kind of stew with vegetables. The meat might have been a good cut, but it was tough and dry. It didn't fit in with the rest of the dish. That's a no for me. Maybe we didn't order the right things. Good service, friendly staff, quiet place.
