10/05/2026: We went to this excellent restaurant on Sunday evening. The dining room was deserted, like the center of Vitré on a Sunday night... But on the other hand, the food was really very good and the waitress was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

27/08/2026: An all-you-can-eat restaurant with amazing variety! They offer fresh seafood, meats, sushi, desserts, and a live wok/grill station. The place is super clean and well-maintained. Sitting on the terrace while dining offers breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc mountain range. Friendly service and incredible value—for the price of just one single main dish elsewhere, you get a full feast here. Perfectly located on the way to Chamonix! Highly recommended!

17/08/2026: Bland, poorly stocked buffet, leftovers from lunch because the fried food was dry... we were regulars and really enjoyed this restaurant, but now we have absolutely no desire to go back. €22 per person for this is unacceptable...

21/07/2026: My whole family liked their food. from fried rice, noddle, to beef slices, and pork kebabs. Its also easy to customize as everything is a la carta, you order what you want, how much you want and pay it by weight. If you don't order their shrimp (also delicious but a bit expensive), per capita expense should be between euro 5 to 10.

10/09/2026: I went there with friends for the first time on the evening of the street fair. I appreciated the decor and the friendly staff, especially the cooks. The selection seemed reasonable. The quality and freshness were excellent. It's a shame there wasn't any non-alcoholic beer and only one men's restroom, which justifies a 4-star rating instead of 5.

11/09/2026: The owner was pleasant. However, the woman who took my order (for takeout) made a mistake: she didn't put in the fried rice I had ordered (and since I don't like shrimp, I was in for a surprise!), and she put in a container of plain rice, which I hadn't ordered. I thought the bill was a bit expensive, but I didn't check it; lesson learned!

25/08/2026: A huge disappointment. I think I've only left three reviews in my life, but honestly, I had to write one for such a terrible caramel pork. €75 for a meal of frankly mediocre quality. The caramel pork had absolutely no caramel flavor, and the meat itself was poor quality. The almond chicken was just as disappointing, tasteless, and truly unpleasant to eat. The spring rolls were okay, nothing special. But at €6.90 for three spring rolls, again, you really expect much better. We were disappointed by almost everything we ordered. At this price point, I expected at least tasty and properly prepared dishes. That was clearly not the case. €75 extremely wasted. I absolutely do not recommend it. I used to go there when they were on Avenue Marquisat; it was decent. Now it's just tasteless. I don't know which chef is cooking this garbage, but they urgently need to change. I can't believe all the positive reviews. It's as if they've never been to a decent Asian restaurant…

10/05/2026: An absolute gem in Paris! We had an incredible dining experience at Choy. The Japanese food was exceptionally fresh and flavorful – honestly, some of the best I have ever had. What made the visit even more special was the service; the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. If you are looking for authentic and high-quality Japanese cuisine in the 9th arrondissement, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

21/08/2026: Not worth the price. The food isn't very good and clearly lacks flavor. The kimchi was far too salty, and the dishes give more the impression of a simple assembly of ingredients than genuine culinary artistry. It's edible enough, but the quality doesn't justify a price of €20, which is similar to that of many Asian restaurants in the area. To avoid any misunderstanding, I should mention that I know Asia and its cuisine very well: part of my family lives there, and I've spent more than a month of vacation there every year for over twenty years.

01/07/2026: I ate there for three consecutive days during a meeting, as it was the only convenient restaurant at lunchtime. The service is truly awful. The older waitress (without glasses) is unpleasant, unfriendly, and clearly seems fed up with being there. I had barely sat down, while I was still looking at the menu, when she came over to ask me what I wanted, in a rushed and irritated tone. She came back three times in just a few minutes to take my order again, even though I hadn't finished choosing. It's clear she's being rushed out. She's cold, curt, and disrespectful. The food is very inconsistent: - Bland pho - Inedible beef satay rice noodles: almost no meat, dry and tasteless - Very good Vietnamese crepe - Very good lemon beef bobun, no complaints there - Tasteless red bean and coconut milk dessert, hard beans In short, it's a quick lunch option, but definitely not a place where you'll eat well or want to return. The quality and overall experience are very inconsistent. Only the young waitress is pleasant and smiling; she slightly improves the service.
