11/08/2024: Très belle découverte de ce restaurant thaï à 2 pas du Trocadéro. Nous avons été très bien reçu le soir de l'ouverture des jeux olympiques. 😉 Je me suis régalé du début jusqu'à la fin. Je reviendrai pour prendre le temps de choisir les autres mets.

26/08/2024: Original Ciotadens and like every year we come for dinner with the family, this year to celebrate the baccalaureate and certificate. There were 7 of us on Saturday August 24. The service was deplorable, lackadaisical, with an obvious lack of professionalism. Dish ordered and tea forgotten, we had to ask for them several times, 1h30 wait between the children's dishes and their dessert, once served their ice cream arrived half melted and it was not the flavor ordered, the hot towels offered at certain tables but not ours. 2h30 sitting on site to eat a single dish for adults When paying the bill I take the liberty of noting the points raised, without any animosity. A lip service apology, no commercial gesture We go to the restaurant to be served with respect and to spend a sweet moment with family, this was not the case, I will no longer set foot in this restaurant

26/08/2024: Ciotadens d'origine et comme tous les ans nous venons dîner en famille, cette année pour fêter bac et brevet. Nous étions 7 samedi 24 août. Le service a été déplorable, nonchalant, avec un manque de professionnalisme évident. Plat commandé et thé oubliés, il a fallu les réclamer a plusieurs reprises, 1h30 d'attente entre les plats des enfants et leur dessert, une fois servies leurs glaces arrivent a moitié fondues et ce n'est pas le parfum commandé, les serviettes chaudes proposées a certaines tables mais pas la nôtre. 2h30 assis sur place pour manger un seul plat pour les adultes Au moment de régler l'addition je me permets de noter les points évoqués, sans aucune animosité. Des excuses du bout des lèvres, aucun geste commercial Nous allons au restaurant pour être servis avec égard et passer un doux moment en famille, cela n'a pas été le cas, je ne mettrai plus les pieds dans ce restaurant

18/01/2025: Extremely disappointed sold by a tic toceur (the world of choi) And very very bad meal, no taste I took from the caterer spicy Thai rice ginger fish; through salt and pepper; Vietnamese brioche. Nothing had any taste. I really don't recommend

18/01/2025: The banh mi is good. The rotisserie is OK although I prefer the tang gourmet one. On the other hand, the lady who manages the cash register is unpleasant and I will not return. She sold us 3kg instead of the requested 2kg of lacquered pork, there's just a 25 euro difference but OK 🧐 and she's not happy when we ask for 2 plastic bags even though it doesn't take much time in itself.. We are nice when we repeat our order for her but we also expect the service to be provided in the other direction. Damage.

29/06/2025: Are you extremely hungry? Are you looking for a place to eat? I advise you to avoid this restaurant as much as possible. I won't even mention the disgusting food. I can assure you that inside this snack bar, someone said to me, "Hello, I have a question, please?" I happily said yes. I thought he was going to ask me to buy him a meal... But he said, "If you don't mind," and I replied again, "No, tell me what you want?" He approached me and asked, "Are you looking for cocaine?" I was shocked. My family and I took our order, which we obviously threw away, and I'll never go back to this place again. Be careful ⚠️. The person taking orders is an Asian guy with tattoos on his arms... I think he's the only one who does everything, so he only offers takeaway, let's not even talk about hygiene...

28/06/2025: I came by today to order 40 euros (I'm putting the amount so he can recognize me). I ordered a homemade veal kebab. I made sure to ask if it was the one of the day, and of course, he confirmed it. I also specified that my children were going to eat it. I saw him with my own eyes take a spit from the day before, almost finished, put it in the sink next to the dishes, and that's the one we probably got: Dry, overcooked, and burnt meat. It's shameful! I'll never come back again, I plan to go and complain there too.

01/09/2024: All-you-can-eat buffet meals. Excellent sushi, fish and meat to cook with very complete accompaniments and excellent dessert as well. For an all-you-can-eat buffet, this is ranked among the best. Very competent service. Smiling staff. A big thank you to the gentleman at the entrance (security guard) who I hope will read my post. He spoke at length with my 13 year old son and throughout the evening he was extraordinary, thank you sir. I will return there when I return to Toulouse.

30/08/2024: I discovered this restaurant 4 years ago. Since then we have been coming with my friend or with my two children. Never on it! Always a rich choice of fish, good cooking, excellent taste. Several Chinese dishes, cheeses, desserts, salads... Everything is appetizing and brings great satisfaction to the visit. Sushi is always fresh

28/08/2024: Je suis allé dans ce restaurant et la nourriture n'est pas bonne, l'atmosphère n'est pas agréable, les responsables se parlent de manière très brusque. Le service est bon, mais il y a des araignées à l'intérieur du grillade Ce n'est pas acceptable.

10/12/2024: The buffet has been reduced considerably....The quality too...The seafood is nothing to dream of!! Dishes not always very clean... The cart with the dirty plates and the trash can for leftovers left in the middle of the room... A wok where food is cooked on the plancha then put on the plate....I don't call it a wok!!! It's not what it was a few years ago... I wouldn't go back!!!
