30/08/2026: The service was truly appalling. The food was cold, there was absolutely no customer service, and frankly, it was a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. Just 10 meters away, there's another Chinese takeaway; I highly recommend it over this one. Avoid this place.

23/08/2026: We ate at Hai Fa during our Paris vacation and were very satisfied. 😊 The Chinese food was delicious, and the prices are really reasonable for Paris. We especially appreciated being able to choose our own dishes and order the desired portion size. Prices are clearly displayed per 100g or per piece. We also thought it was a lovely touch that we received complimentary prawn crackers and a carafe of tap water. 👍 We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would definitely return on our next visit to Paris. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

14/07/2026: A typical "Asian restaurant in Europe." The food is decent (Chinese and Thai), but too heavily adapted to European tastes, which detracts from the richness of the flavors. There were no complaints about the service.

30/08/2026: A very good experience at this all-you-can-eat sushi place. The menu isn't huge, but it's enough for a varied meal. The sushi is good, and unlike most all-you-can-eat places, there's a decent amount of fish compared to rice. The service is friendly and efficient. Excellent value for money.

05/04/2026: My favorite restaurant in Grasse! All the appetizers and starters are simply divine. The dishes are heavenly, wonderfully executed. The staff is simply incredible: lovely, caring, always smiling, but above all, exceptionally kind. You can feel their genuine attention to the customers; they are always attentive and take the time for each person. We will miss this restaurant enormously, both for the exceptional quality of the food and for the wonderful people who make it happen.

12/03/2026: Run as far away from this place as possible. It's gone downhill in every way. They're closing permanently in a month and couldn't care less about their customers except taking their money. The food tastes frozen, tasteless, and the service is atrocious, rude, and inefficient (we're still waiting for our carafe of water). The table that arrived after us was served well before us. In short, a disaster!!! This review is here to save you from disappointment, unless you enjoy being mistreated and eating bad food (frozen + microwaved)!!!

11/08/2026: Honestly, a really great place. I tried this Vietnamese restaurant and had a really good meal. The dishes are delicious, the portions are decent, and above all, you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The flavors are well-defined without being overpowering. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the service was smooth, and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. We had a lovely time without feeling rushed. I really enjoyed the food; it's a nice change from the usual restaurants. Special mention goes to the Vietnamese dishes, which were perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. I recommend it if you like Vietnamese food or if you simply want to try something different. I will definitely be back to try other dishes.

02/07/2026: Total disappointment. Wednesdays are pizza only; admittedly, they're 12 CHF, but not great, and the sommelier was stressed and, consequently, stressful. We used to come here with pleasure, but now... I'm not sure I'll go back.

20/04/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars to be above the reviews. But otherwise, avoid it! It's too expensive, the portions are too small, and on top of that, it's all frozen food. Seriously, €3 for an iced tea, €25 for a set menu that's the size of a small starter. Seriously, avoid it!

25/08/2026: Very disappointed! We arrived very early and were the first customers. The welcome was just adequate and far from warm. Everything I ordered was cold, making me wonder if they'd eaten leftovers from the day before. There was practically nothing decent. It's a shame, but I won't be going back.

22/08/2026: "Limited selection" but good quality choices for a buffet much cheaper than most others! The staff is always pleasant on every visit, always with a kind word for the children. I recommend it.

05/07/2026: As a tourists we just wanted good soup place and we found this restaurant near by. We arrived 5 minutes before closing time. Thanks owner, she let us stay and have late lunch. Food was good and service was very friendly. We enjoyed our food. Highly recommend this restaurant. Surprisingly restaurant was very clean and atmosphere was pleasant. I hope someday I will come back again.

25/08/2026: I was warmly welcomed by a gentleman, the dishes were well-cooked and delicious, no complaints whatsoever. Update August 2026: I've been coming here for several years now, I travel a lot and I've eaten in many restaurants of this type, especially in all the ones in this shopping area, and I can tell you that this is the best in the area and a very good Asian buffet restaurant compared to others in the country. I'm very surprised by the very biased negative reviews. The service is excellent and the food is high quality. There will always be negative reviews, but for five people to gang up and give 1/5 stars because they never leave their homes and are incapable of appreciating a restaurant is pathetic. These people don't realize the harm they're doing to the people in the kitchen and the dining room who have worked hard for years to build a good reputation.

20/09/2026: Good restaurant that can accommodate large groups. It's mostly frequented by Asian customers. Large seafood platter, meat available, etc. It's quite noisy though. The food is decent.

13/08/2026: The food was alright, but I have to criticize the service – it was absolutely terrible. I've never seen such poor service in a restaurant. The owner had a black face the whole time, and their attitude towards their regular customers was completely different; you could clearly see it. They greeted us with a big smile as soon as we walked in, making us feel extremely discriminated against. I will never go to such a restaurant again. A truly awful dining experience! 🙁
