17/07/2026: I went today around 8 PM for a takeaway bobun and received one with leftover beef curry or something similar, the origin of which I don't want to know. It was nothing like what I've eaten there before: a terrible rating for a terrible meal. Sure, it was served in under 5 minutes, but it was clearly recycled food and it wasn't good. I don't recommend it.

09/06/2026: I agree with the comments about the unpleasant staff; I was actually yelled at for a takeaway order because I don't speak the language, it's unbelievable.

23/05/2026: Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've ever had in an Asian restaurant. The food was simply disgusting, and at best, completely tasteless. The sushi was inedible: dry, hard, and mushy rice, crudely cut fish, and clearly questionable quality. It really felt like everything had been prepared hours beforehand. The worst part was the completely melted ice cream at the buffet. I pointed it out to the staff, and they left it as is despite the warning. In terms of hygiene and respect for customers, this is extremely worrying. The buffet was poorly maintained, the food looked like it had been sitting around for ages, the staff didn't react at all, and the quality was catastrophic from beginning to end. I strongly advise against going there. I wouldn't set foot in there again, even for free.

07/06/2026: A frosty welcome and terrible food. I'm more used to Chinese takeout, and all the competitors within a kilometer radius offer better value for money. As for the service, not a hello, not a smile. We asked to eat in, and they gave us pre-packaged containers. We had to ask for plates, cutlery, and water.

28/01/2026: I strongly advise against going there. The chicken had a gelatinous, greasy texture and no taste, the shrimp were the same, and the rice wasn't good either. In short, we threw everything away! I saw the delivery, and everything arrives in boxes from China, including the Peking duck. Frankly, it wasn't appetizing at all. Last time I'll ever set foot in there. The service was terrible. Avoid at all costs.

13/07/2026: Disastrous value for money: size, filling, etc. Please make larger sushi with more filling. The fish is a letdown, with barely any fish on the plate. Otherwise, lower the price. Finally, there are several options.

12/02/2026: I had the chicken pho - the broth was good and the noodles cooked perfectly but the chicken was ver low quality of mostly skin and fat. Edible but not good.

03/08/2026: We stopped over during our cycling trip and received an excellent welcome, delicious pastries (the éclairs) and snacks!

30/07/2026: The owner was very unfriendly. I wanted to buy bread and pastries while picking up a package, but when I pointed out that a package that had arrived two days prior could only be collected in four days, that her package scanner was down, and that the bakery wouldn't be delivering packages the day after that, things got complicated. She became unpleasant and ignored me, taking the next customer. It's not a big deal for me, as I'll continue to go to artisanal bakeries where the bread is of equal quality to the service, which is to say, excellent. I hope that at La Pétrie, the bread is of the same quality as the service. I can't judge.

21/02/2026: I've been a regular customer for several years now. Since the change of ownership, the quality has unfortunately dropped considerably. The receptionist is still very nice. However, I don't even want to order a wok dish anymore because the cook is so unpleasant and rude; a simple "hello" is the bare minimum... The desserts are awful; they shouldn't even bother making them. As for the rest of the food, my opinion is mixed; sometimes it's okay, sometimes not. I'm keeping my rating low to allow you to improve, but thank you for taking customer feedback into account.

18/04/2026: Johnny absolutely set this place on fire. I came to Cannes with my girlfriend for her birthday and this was one of those rare experiences that actually exceeds expectations. From the moment we walked in, the energy was on another level. The team went above and beyond — they surprised her with a custom T-shirt signed by everyone who works there, which was not only thoughtful but genuinely beautiful. That kind of detail says everything about the culture behind the concept. The food is excellent, the setting is unreal (the trees, the atmosphere, everything just flows), and the vibe is exactly what hospitality should feel like — alive, intentional, and memorable. I’ve worked in hospitality for 10 years, so I don’t say this lightly: this is a 10/10 experience. Truly one of those places that reminds you what great service and great energy can do when they come together properly. I only wish this concept existed in more cities. If you’re in Cannes, don’t miss this.

26/07/2026: Frankly, it's become way too expensive for what's offered, and often there are lots of empty trays if you're not there right when it opens, like sushi, maki, shrimp, grilled salmon, shrimp fritters. It's annoying on an all-you-can-eat buffet, so we're restricted, especially since we don't eat meat there. And the service isn't great lately; we used to come 3 or 4 times a year, but now we're done.

15/07/2026: Best restaurant in Alsace (in my opinion). There's a lot of choice and it can accommodate a huge number of people. It's just in a hidden location, so if you don't know Mulhouse and the surrounding area, you'll need GPS. (Note from June 14, 2026: I think it's a real shame that it's closed, but it's just being renovated (supposedly)). Note from July 15, 2026: I went to look at some reviews of the restaurant, so I don't know if it's because I always went there on weekends, but compared to what I said and thought, it's a different story.

17/07/2026: A very bad experience at this bakery. I am very disappointed by the service and the lack of respect I felt towards customers. During my visits, I felt that foreign customers were not always treated with the same consideration. The attitude of some of the saleswomen seemed cold and disrespectful. When you simply ask for a bag to carry your purchases, the response is unpleasant, as if such a simple request were inconvenient. The refusal to accept cash payments for amounts less than 2 euros is also very inconvenient, especially for a simple baguette purchase. Furthermore, the products are only wrapped in a scrap of paper, without a proper bag, which becomes a real problem when it rains. I particularly regret the behavior of a round-faced blonde saleswoman, whose attitude and lack of friendliness were especially disappointing.
