29/08/2026: While passing through Troyes, we discovered this restaurant. It's a shame we can't award it more stars because the welcome, the service, and the quality of the food are all outstanding. We highly recommend this establishment. We will gladly return.

09/07/2026: We had a fantastic dinner at this lovely wine bar/shop and restaurant. The food was outstanding and excellent value. Really inventive dishes (e.g. strawberry and tomato gazpacho for dessert with basil ice cream) that were perfectly made. It was during a heatwave and there was air conditioning inside but we chose to sit out in the lovely square. The service was fantastic, so kind and friendly. I am coeliac and there were naturally gluten free mains and desserts in the menu and the staff understood my allergy and double checked details with the kitchen which was very reassuring. Would highly recommend for an excellent dinner in Troyes.

17/09/2026: A huge thank you to Stéphane and his entire team for our wedding. From start to finish, everything was perfect. They provided excellent advice, were very professional, and their management and organization ensured everything ran smoothly on the big day! We received many compliments from our guests, who were delighted with the service and the quality of the food. They also loved the interactive workshops during the cocktail hour. We also thank them for the warm welcome, the service, and the quality of the food at the restaurant. We took our two daughters (2 and 7 years old) there, and they loved it.

05/09/2026: What a wonderful rediscovery in a truly beautiful setting! We had a fantastic meal, and the quality and price were excellent. €33 for a non-alcoholic aperitif, starter, main course, and dessert. My only complaint was the music and the fact that we were served our aperitifs after everyone else, even though we arrived first and there were only two of us.

05/09/2026: Nice little restaurant next to the Saint Phal railbike, a set menu for €19: Buffet with several starters, 4 daily specials, and the same for desserts. Would gladly return.
