04/09/2024: Ora di pranzo, percorriamo la strada, stiamo attenti a qualche insegna di ristorazione, eccola: l'Auberge de la Vanne, bene, c'è anche spazio per parcheggiare ed è l'ora giusta per il pranzo. Entriamo, bella sala, ci si avvicina una signora, ci indica la tavola ove accomodarci, anche se non avevano prenotato. Amo questi ristoranti ove il marito è in cucina, la moglie è in sala, ancora di più quando i cibi sono buoni. Di più: apprezzo moltissimo chi è come M.me Isabelle, ovvero la cordialità, il buonumore in persona. Scegliamo la formula piatto + dessert. Porco cotto lentamente, a bassa temperatura, con carota, tòcchi di patata, un pizzico di ratatouille, due foglie di insalata, saporito, tenerissimo, per nulla filaccioso, adagiato su una salsina che completava la squisitezza del piatto. il dessert: crema pistacchiata con fragole, anche questa ottima, che ben ha accompagnato il caffè. Conto: 53.20€. Un rimpianto: non avere questo ristorante sotto casa! Una stretta di mano, come al congedo, a M.me Isabelle e complimenti a M. Thierry Dubrulle, con la speranza di ripassare da voi, non solo per stringere la mano....

30/08/2024: Un moment super… tout y était du plat au service c’était parfait. Un service à la perfection soucieux de vous, quelques petites blagues, mais pas trop dérangeant, pointilleux sur le service on vous recommande d’y aller vous serez pas déçu. Une jolie trouvaille ! Merci pour ce moment.

26/08/2024: Voilà un lieu ou il fait bon s'arrêter pour passer un excellent moment. Léquipe est vraiment sympa et trés professionnelle. Vous pouvez vous installer soit dans la salle décorée dand le thème, soit, quand le temps le permet, sur une trés agréable terrasse. Profitez alors des délicieuses planches variées accompagnées d'une séléction de vins impréssionante. Bref, ne manquez pas cet endroit!!!

Total change of scenery guaranteed A cuisine with more than fresh products. Young and pleasant staff. Very very fair price I recommend without hesitation We will come back next time.

The proposed dinner offers dishes with bold flavors and presentations. Sweetbreads like never before, a tuna steak and its accompaniment of red pesto. In short, a team totally dedicated to guests, a must-do.

14/09/2024: No matter what dish you have, vegetables (potatoes!) No time to settle down, you have to order aperitifs, no time to drink an aperitif, the dishes arrive..... The photos are not at all reality! Table of 12, aperitifs are served at the end of the table....... Where is that??? A trucker???! Not friendly at all and shipped at high speed To flee! Personally he will never see me again!

24/09/2024: Nous avons découvert ce restaurant voici une dizaine d’années et nous nous y arrêtons depuis chaque année à notre retour de vacances. Y faire halte, c’est d’ailleurs ce qui nous console de remonter dans le Nord. Comme je l’ai dit dans le titre tout y est parfait, l’accueil, les plats exquis, les desserts. Et le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

18/05/2024: Une cuisine de raffinée mais le service l'est beaucoup moins. Les serveuses sont très sympathiques et serviables mais les plats arrivent à toute vitesse, l'entrée est servie alors que nous n'avions pas fini l'apéritif. Et tous les plats suivants ont suivi le même rythme, c'est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir le temps de déguster la cuisine raffinée. Nous pensions prendre notre temps le weekend, le service s'apparentait plus à un routier en semaine. Bravo au chef qui n'est pas assez mis en valeur.
