14/09/2024: Authentic French restaurant. Cosy, family. Cuisine is regional and surprising. You don't know what you are going to get and that makes it special. Relaxed atmosphere and nicely decorated. Recommended if you like typical French cuisine.

14/09/2024: It was a discovery while passing through Troyes. Charming welcome. Minimalist but very well thought out decoration. What can we say about the meal... It was a delight from starter to dessert.. Beautiful presentation.. Time to taste each dish... without having the impression that the rest is already ready... What can we say about the price... A low price... Which is very rare to be highlighted, especially with this quality. A big congratulations...

14/09/2024: During our visit to Troyes we had lunch here: 2* starters and 2* main course. We chose the daily recommendations (surprise) fish and meat and were not disappointed - the food was excellent. Everything was right in terms of price - rather cheap for the quality. The service was very nice and friendly. We also liked the bright and airy ambience - another highlight in Troyes.

04/09/2024: Ora di pranzo, percorriamo la strada, stiamo attenti a qualche insegna di ristorazione, eccola: l'Auberge de la Vanne, bene, c'è anche spazio per parcheggiare ed è l'ora giusta per il pranzo. Entriamo, bella sala, ci si avvicina una signora, ci indica la tavola ove accomodarci, anche se non avevano prenotato. Amo questi ristoranti ove il marito è in cucina, la moglie è in sala, ancora di più quando i cibi sono buoni. Di più: apprezzo moltissimo chi è come M.me Isabelle, ovvero la cordialità, il buonumore in persona. Scegliamo la formula piatto + dessert. Porco cotto lentamente, a bassa temperatura, con carota, tòcchi di patata, un pizzico di ratatouille, due foglie di insalata, saporito, tenerissimo, per nulla filaccioso, adagiato su una salsina che completava la squisitezza del piatto. il dessert: crema pistacchiata con fragole, anche questa ottima, che ben ha accompagnato il caffè. Conto: 53.20€. Un rimpianto: non avere questo ristorante sotto casa! Una stretta di mano, come al congedo, a M.me Isabelle e complimenti a M. Thierry Dubrulle, con la speranza di ripassare da voi, non solo per stringere la mano....

17/09/2024: Even though we were quite late for lunch, we still received a warm welcome. Delicious cuisine, quality without pretension, local ingredients and everything home-made. Absolutely recommended!

13/09/2024: Excellent address; even if the facade doesn't look like much, you have to go inside! Great vintage decor inside and pleasant shaded garden. There were 10 of us and we certainly tasted all the dishes!!! we had fun :) . Fresh, careful and tasty cuisine; warm and efficient welcome. We recommend

02/08/2024: A great discovery for us! We had a very pleasant time, cozy atmosphere, the service is really perfect and very professional, and the cuisine is refined, tasteful, and seasonal. Right down to the coffee appetizer, we were won over! We will be happy to share this good address and will definitely come back! What a pleasure !!! For a starter, main course and dessert menu at €29, congratulations to the team, congratulations!!!
