05/08/2026: We hired a caterer for our wedding and we absolutely do not regret our choice. The food was delicious, the service was perfect, and the staff was very accommodating. We will definitely use them again if the opportunity arises.

Everything was excellent: the spit-roasted pigs, the free-range chickens, the vegetable gratins, and the potatoes—a true delight. A truly professional and very friendly team. 19/08/2026: Honestly, it's always a pleasure to eat at Capadocce in Troyes! The kebab is absolutely delicious, the meat is perfectly seasoned, the portions are generous, and the service is top-notch. I've been going there for years and I've never been disappointed. We often get takeout because the restaurant is a bit small, but that's not a problem at all. On the contrary, when the weather is nice, you can eat it in the Place de la Préfecture; the setting is truly magnificent. For me, it's clearly one of the best kebabs in Troyes, I recommend it 100%!

30/08/2026: The terrace and service are very friendly. I ordered the veggie ramen; I found the price of €16 high for a dish that contained no protein. After checking the menu, it turned out that the tofu had been omitted from my dish. So, I was quite disappointed, especially since the portions are rather small for the price. The black sesame mousse was very good.

21/08/2026: Pleasant, flower-filled setting. The kebab wasn't tender, the scallops were okay, and the andouillette sausage had large chunks. The desserts were so-so! Service: minimal. Not a must-visit despite its particularly pleasant location.

14/06/2026: 3rd time of staying here en route to southern France. Location perfect - just off autoroute yes feels much more rural. Being able to park outside of room a plus. Rooms comfortable and represent value for money. No noise issues. The recent makeover of the main hotel area has really modernised it. Restaurant good, lots of options including 2 or 3 tasting menus or à la carte. Local champagne producers well represented on the wine list and fairly priced. Would recommend if looking for a good overnight stay.

Everything is very clean and newly renovated, and the staff is extremely friendly. We were able to park our car in a beautifully restored barn. The food in the restaurant was also delicious, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. If we're ever in this area again, we'll definitely stay here again.
