28/09/2026: Very pleasant staff! The starter, main course, and dessert were all excellent; I highly recommend this restaurant. Very affordable prices. I will definitely return.

16/10/2026: The burgers were cold, as were the fries, after a 30-minute wait... A piece of lettuce was found in the burger...

15/10/2026: I ordered a meal with mini burgers, and they arrived barely warm and as dry as a bone (all three of them). I also ordered waffle fries, which were equally dry. The only positive point was the dessert, which was thankfully ice cream, at least it was nice and cold. I do not recommend this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, especially hot dishes.

13/09/2026: Saturday evening with former Michelin colleagues, great service, meal, and atmosphere (Manon was fantastic, as was the waiter—I've forgotten his name). We'll definitely be back soon!

24/10/2026: A fantastic time at this iconic city restaurant. Traditional dishes, always top-notch, served by friendly and smiling staff.

23/10/2026: A lovely evening this Monday at this welcoming brasserie. Generous portions for every course, featuring fresh, perfectly cooked ingredients (whole herring fillet, potatoes in oil, kidneys in sauce, and perfectly caramelized baked potatoes). A true delight for the taste buds. Kudos to the chef and all the staff.

30/08/2026: The terrace and service are very friendly. I ordered the veggie ramen; I found the price of €16 high for a dish that contained no protein. After checking the menu, it turned out that the tofu had been omitted from my dish. So, I was quite disappointed, especially since the portions are rather small for the price. The black sesame mousse was very good.

21/08/2026: Pleasant, flower-filled setting. The kebab wasn't tender, the scallops were okay, and the andouillette sausage had large chunks. The desserts were so-so! Service: minimal. Not a must-visit despite its particularly pleasant location.

04/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! ☕🍵 At Arome et Gourmandise, you can enjoy both tea and coffee, and above all, benefit from truly expert advice to find what suits your palate and tastes. I bought the Mexican coffee, which I really enjoyed, as well as a tea whose name I unfortunately can't remember… but which was absolutely incredible! 😍 I wasn't particularly a big tea drinker before discovering this shop, and I now understand why some people are so passionate about it: the difference in quality is truly striking! I also greatly appreciated the warm welcome, the attentive service, the personalized advice, and Vanessa's professionalism. You can tell she knows her products perfectly and loves sharing her knowledge. An address I highly recommend, and which already makes me want to return to discover other teas and coffees! 🌿☕

12/09/2026: As soon as you step into the tea room, you're greeted with a smile. A young and dynamic team is there to pamper you and ensure you have a truly indulgent and relaxing experience. The drinks are very varied, and the homemade ice cream and pastries are delicious. I highly recommend this establishment.

01/10/2026: What a delightful surprise to stumble upon the Auberge de la Vanne, and that's no joke. We stopped by chance, and we weren't disappointed at all, quite the opposite. Delicious local produce, original dishes, and a refined yet unpretentious presentation of each course—bravo and thank you to the three people who go above and beyond for their guests. A warm and welcoming inn that's sure to grow, not to be missed.

26/09/2026: Great food and lovely service. Lights are too bright for me but if you want an authentic local French place to eat with beautiful service then come here. Food is great as is the champagne! And you can practice your French all you like! But they speak English too ☺️

18/09/2026: Frankly, Cappadocia has really changed since the business was passed down from the older generation to the younger one, and unfortunately, not for the better… The bread is far too thick, with an excessive amount of crumb, to the point where you can taste the bread more than the meat and everything else. The sandwich I got and ate straight away was cold, and the fries were undercooked. It's a shame, especially considering the quality that used to be there and that we were used to better. I really hope you'll reconsider all of this, because you risk losing many of your loyal customers. This is still constructive feedback, and I hope to see the quality return to what it was before soon.

08/10/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a wonderful little discovery! We stumbled upon La Coupole after getting lost in Troyes on our way home to London, and we’re so glad we did. Lovely coffee, a warm welcome and a charming, relaxed atmosphere. Exactly the sort of independent café we love finding when travelling. We only wish we’d discovered it sooner! We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Troyes and wish the owner every success. Highly recommended! ❤️

18/09/2026: I regularly get my lunch to go. Recently, the loyalty card, once expired, no longer offers a free meal but macarons. That's a real shame. So, this lunchtime, I found myself with a box of six macarons. There's no information on the box about the ingredients, whether the product is fresh or frozen... a mystery, and certainly no expiration date!

21/10/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant "Le Damier." That evening, we opted for the "Menu 3 Temps" with a perfectly paired wine and were absolutely delighted. From the amuse-bouche to the appetizers, main courses, and the crowning dessert, the dishes were flawlessly prepared and absolutely exquisite. Our sincere thanks go to the entire team, from the waitstaff to the chef, for a wonderful evening. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning the next time we're in Troyes! <> Tom

17/10/2026: We had a wonderful time at your establishment. The food was high quality and plentiful, which we truly appreciated. My only slight complaint is that the red wine was chilled, which bothered me a little. But this doesn't detract from the overall quality of the restaurant; it's just something I think could be improved.
