29/09/2024: We were there on Sunday for 10 a.m. without reservation and were taken care of very quickly, the welcome was warm. Once the order was placed we didn't wait long to be served. The brunch was very generous and good, a little bonus on the homemade jam which was delicious!!! Too bad he didn't sell it...

02/09/2024: First visit to this establishment yesterday for a family meal and a great discovery for the 7 guests. The whole table ate the rock menu and everyone enjoyed the moment. Well thought-out dishes with fresh, seasonal products, perfect seasonings, respected and controlled cooking. Special mention for cooking perfectly pearly fish. Value for money on the podium of Trojan establishments. Congratulations also for the room team, friendly exchanges in good humor and this is becoming rare. So if you come to Troyes, don't hesitate to stray slightly from the heart of the city to visit the rock. Thanks to the chef for our exchange at the end of the meal, we feel the passion for cooking in local circuits, working with fresh and seasonal products. We will come back to discover new dishes

29/07/2024: Het eten was wat te vlak van smaak. Porties zijn klein. Bediening is niet erg accuraat. Geen enkel vegetarisch gerecht op de kaart. We zullen hier niet terugkomen.

21/08/2024: Very nice restaurant and very beautiful typical setting. The cuisine is excellent, the dishes are as good as they are plentiful. the only downside, the service was a little long, but apparently this is proof that everything is fresh and cooked to order. Plus, the restaurant was full, so that's understandable. I highly recommend.

14/08/2024: Ce n'est pas mauvais sans plus. L'accueil est moyen. La bière est très chère. 10 euros les 500 ml de pression ça n'a correspond pas aux critères de la région. De plus le patron ne cagnotte que sur ce qui est payé et pas sur les bons utilisés. Depuis plus d'un an que nous utilisons la carte etik ça ne nous est jamais arrivé.

14/08/2024: Tables too close on the terrace. Average reception. Very expensive beer. 10 euros for 500 ml of pressure. The boss doesn't take any money from the total bill for the etik card, something never seen before in over a year that we've been using it. Decent meal, nothing more.

07/09/2024: Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée et très bien dîné dans ce joli restaurant. La serveuse est adorable, les plats savoureux et le rapport qualité prix très correct. Réservation conseillée; ce samedi soir, beaucoup de personne se sont présentées et n'ont pas pu profiter d'un bon dîner au Jardin !

07/09/2024: A more than satisfying dinner. I opted for the €39 menu: everything was delicious, plentiful, without being “too much”. A perfect balance! Well-presented plates, pleasant to look at. Little extra for the starter: mimosa egg with its emulsion and chorizo ​​chips... A real delight! The waitresses were attentive, the decoration is lovely, in short… A very popular address.

19/09/2024: With reservations for three at 12noon on Wednesday, we were seated promptly upon arrival. Seating inside really didn't get full until around 12:45pm. Service was friendly and very good. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed in the quality of the pizzas served. My pizza had a very good taste; however, the pizza crust was a bit under-cooked and was quite oily. The Marguerite pizza was very disappointing with an oily cheese on top that was over-cooked and not at all tasty. For the prices paid, these less than average pizzas do not deserve more than three stars. We'll not be back.

14/09/2024: A really lovely pizzeria, full of chatty locals who make you feel welcome. Pizzas available in multiple sizes and delicious. Would recommend for a real rustic experience and an opportunity to meet friendly locals.

15/09/2024: Nous avons choisi ce restaurant pour notre mariage 🥰 que l on connaissait bien ☺️ nous n étions pas nombreux mais tout était parfait, la salle était comme j avais demandé toutes la décoration parfaite, les serveuses, le chef, le repas , tout était très bien nous avons passé une très bonne soirée. 06/09/2024: While passing through Troyes, we found this restaurant among the best rated. Everything was from start to finish. We recommend this place and it's a shame we didn't come to try the brazier (on certain weekday evenings). We will plan our return accordingly.

02/09/2024: Very pleasant service and privileged outdoor location for a city restaurant. On the other hand, a small downside on the “sissy” dish. A little too much cream. Which makes the dish a little disgusting for me. Otherwise I recommend this restaurant
