Like us, you will be able to witness an impeccable mastery of the tempo and find the reason for the trip to taste dishes created by the chef providing high-level emotions in a wonderful walk where the taste buds and the mind absolutely merge. Umami is there at the bend of the road, have a good trip. See you soon

03/04/2024: I would like to share my opinion, because when I arrived there was a queue that went all the way outside, being 8 months pregnant I couldn't afford to wait so long standing, and I didn't want to disappoint my children who I was accompanying, so I went to the checkout where I asked if it was possible to take my order because I couldn't wait that long. I would like to thank Julien and Marina who took my order and were very responsive and friendly.
It's nice to see that there are good people like that, and all with a smile👍👍 thanks to them

30/03/2024: Paid a return visit to our favourite restaurant in Carcassonne. We have been coming here for many years and have appreciated the freshness and originality of the menu as well as the excellent service. The service is still excellent but alas something has changed with the kitchen. There is nothing to distinguish from other restaurant menus any longer. My husband enjoyed his main course (sauté beef) but none of the other dishes were noteworthy. The decor inside has also changed and the lovely concept store where you could spy things to buy while eating seems to have gone. Such a great pity!
