30/03/2024: The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere. Neither too chic nor too casual. The right balance where I felt good. Raj, the waiter is very welcoming, smiling and professional. A pleasure to see him work. Twice I've been there, twice without mistakes. The dishes are good, the express formula is perfect. I am very happy with the place for working meals or romantic meals or with friends. I recommend this place close to the city center. Parking is free, you just have to cross a small bridge to go to the restaurant. It's quite funny, we can see the canal and the hotel next to the mill restaurant. Whenever I get the chance, I'm happy to eat there again. I recommend the place. Sylvie

04/04/2024: We had lunch 3 weeks ago at Georges Blanc in Vonnas 3* Michelin. Well here for a 1* Bravo!!! Everything was perfect, the weekday lunch menu at €49 with 2 glasses of wine, mineral water and coffee, it's exceptional value/quality!!! I recommend ! And the top staff at top, special mention to the sommelier...👌

03/04/2024: We just ate here and the truth is I'm a little disconcerted. We have gone at a time when it has lost its Michelin star, although I have always thought that it has absolutely nothing to do with providing good service. We wanted to try the signature menu but it seems that this is served at night, something that is not explained when making the reservation on their website. So we ordered the menu of the day, since it seemed more interesting to us than the more expensive option, for the simple fact of being able to taste a greater variety of dishes. They have offered us a tasting of bread with oil. They offered us two drinks as an aperitif, without explaining to us that they are not included in the price, with two small tapas (which were correct). The dishes had a beautiful presentation but did not justify the price, both due to their size and the raw material (the haddock, for example, could have been replaced by hake or cod and the price would have made more sense). With the desserts more of the same. The wines on the menu are correct too. Throughout the meal they have only offered each diner a piece of bread. Only another small piece of bread has been replaced by those who have ordered cheese for dessert. In short, we left hungry. The service is a little slow, that is, at least I counted 5 waiters and a waiter, and they made us wait about 20 minutes between courses. The truth is that I am sad to say that I would not return nor do I recommend it having other options in the city. A shame

30/03/2024: A restaurant that deserves a star! The cuisine is exceptional, a big thank you to the chef. The welcome with a smile, the service is perfect, thank you very much to the waitresses. Don't go to Carcassonne without stopping at this restaurant. We will gladly come back !

24/03/2024: What a desappointment ! I had lunch at this restaurant two years ago and it was great. Now it's a disaster! The cassoulet is very fatty and without any flavor. The restaurant has become soulless. The service is cold and fast. And prices have skyrocketed!!! And a special mention for the toilets, ridiculously small and with a very low ceiling. One might wonder how this restaurant got a star... In short, a very bad experience, I won't come back.

04/04/2024: We come here often, the meal on the back terrace is really pleasant, we are always happy to come, we have never been disappointed! Even if there is a bit of a wait, we enjoy ourselves every time, we indulge ourselves with beautiful platters, the products are very fresh, the waitresses are very nice, and do their job perfectly! Little more, dogs are welcome! We love ! Thanks to the whole team I highly recommend

02/04/2024: The first time we went to Leucate to try the famous oysters. We didn't have any specific place to have them and I chose this restaurant through the internet. One of my good decisions. Spectacular food, professional and very attentive and friendly service and a charming place. We will surely return to Leucate and without hesitation we will choose Le Petit Bigorneau without having to look for another. Thank you very much for making us have a pleasant meal

01/04/2024: A very good option if you visit La Cité Carcassonne. The menu has a good price for the area (€16.50). The service is good and some waiters speak Spanish, which makes communication easier. The portion of the chicken with mushrooms is small but with the garnishes it is enough. The desserts are good but not the best. My recommendation is the Cassoulet.

However, with unparalleled courtesy, I was invited to wait on the terrace, where I was generously offered appetizers, thus testifying, in a way, to their gratitude for my spontaneity. After a few moments, I was warmly invited to join the restaurant, where I was comfortably seated in a quiet corner. This is where an extraordinary culinary experience began, masterfully orchestrated by an attentive, efficient, courteous and precise team. It would be superfluous to praise here the exceptional quality of the products served, the almost arrogant expertise in making perfect pizza dough, as well as the subtle balance of flavors. Of course, the meal ends like the rest, with a team as attentive as ever, a chef who takes the time to greet each guest, thus ensuring that their experience is as pleasant as possible.
