Plateau de fruits de mer, charcuteries, foie gras, coin Rôtisserie, plats de brasserie *tête de veau; daube, etc);sans parler des fromages ou des desserts
Les vins sont vevdus au prix caviste et le choix est important. Malgré la fréquentation importante on peut néanmoins se parler à table sans crier
03/05/2024: Malgré le monde, on arrive à se mettre dans une bulle et à profiter du moment. Et le service est excellent avec un caviste, et un chef de rang qui se présent e à vous et sont là de votre arrivé à votre départ c’est toujours eux qui sont là pour vous répondre. Possibilité d’acheter le même vin que bu a table et leur eau en bouteille en très bonne aussi provenant d’une source catalane. Vraiment à faire au moins une fois dans sa vie.

14/04/2024: Déçu du service. Nous avons eu les aperos après avoir été servi des entrées. Le plat, brochette de poulet avec une viande pas cuite, on le fait remarquer à la serveuse sa réponse "je ne suis pas cuistot". Et pour finir le vin rouge en pichet avec un arrière goût pas bon, nous n'avons pas pu le boire.
Vraiment déçu pour un restaurant au cœur de la cité de carcassonne.
13/04/2024: Very good while slightly frustrating. On the plus side they offer good quality food at a fair price in the middle of the walled city where you might not expect either. On the other hand I'd looked through countless reviews going years back and was unsurprised to find my cod overcooked and served on a cold plate. It seems to be a tradition, but both issues are so easy to fix. My wife's cassoulet was excellent and my son's steak decent. Lovely French onion soup too, and good service.

01/04/2024: Excellent meal, Blonde beer, Beef Black Angus and chocolate Meringue dessert. Good service, busy place, ideal to make a reservation. It's not the cheapest.

01/01/2024: The salads are very present and very good and the pizzas are very good, the honey goat's cheese pizza is incredible with the right amount of honey. The desserts are also very present and very good. The fries are very good. A space very pleasant games for children, large inflatable games and a small treetop adventure course for the little ones, there are even three small tunnels to go from one game to another to avoid going around. The toilets are clean. I highly recommend! For birthdays there is a candle that does not go out instantly on the dessert you have chosen and the waiters sing happy birthday. The decor is very warm, the wooden tables are clean and very beautiful, with a very beautiful little stream
