05/04/2024: Coming this evening with children closes the games at 9 p.m. on a Friday evening if we come to McDonald's it is also for the games for the children and not to mention that they forgot a box of 4 nuggets and came to check on my tray at the table to see if I scrape more nuggets pfff it's getting worse and worse this McDonald's
03/04/2024: Nothing to complain about this restaurant, burger impeccable reception service, However only one downside and not the least, coming accompanied by a person with reduced mobility with a large electric wheelchair, and already obliged to eat inside because on the terrace impossible to get to the height level in the chair, but worst of all the toilet for the disabled impossible to access the sink with the chair therefore impossible to wash your hands. I find this very regrettable for such a brand.

01/04/2024: A very safe option to eat, the price is within the range offered by other restaurants in the city, in my case I ordered menu 2 (€29.50) and a glass of white wine (€5) the starter (salmon salad smoked) very good, adequate portion, fresh, cassoulet dish with sausage and duck leg, tasty and filling, a little dry for my taste, but well prepared, cremebrulet for dessert.
31/03/2024: The €22 menu is first, second and dessert. The first we had goat salad and it was not bad (although I have tried better) and sausage salad (the same thing). For the second entrecôte with pepper sauce and it was good and the cassolet (a typical dish from here, it didn't kill me at all. The chicken was very burnt. For desserts we both ordered the same chocolate mousse with cream (the homemade mousse was not bad but the spray cream, a negative point for the dessert. The wine was €3 a glass (acceptable). The waiters Friendly and pleasant place. In short, the food needs improvement.

01/04/2024: To be avoided like the plague, 1h15 wait for a plate of fries then our dishes arrive cold, tasteless, clearly industrial products. Rude staff. The restaurant will attract people thanks to its location.

02/04/2024: It is a proper restaurant typical of a maritime area with the port in front. There is no need to look for great luxuries or the tranquility of a good restaurant. The food is good, the quality and quantity of the dishes more than correct and the service is very polite and eager to help. We had a good time, no more and no less than we expected.

03/04/2024: Ended up on the terrace of Le Trouvere during a walk through beautiful Carcassonne. Nice place, great food. Unfortunately, the toilet was not fresh and the man behind the counter was very disinterested. Shame.
01/04/2024: I have been going to this restaurant for years but over the years the welcome and general quality has deteriorated.
Last visit on Easter weekend with a terrible welcome since the owner makes NO effort - if you don't take a table the next ones will. Don't even think about a reservation - you had to stand 40~45 minutes in front of the door waiting. Morality she wanted to make us eat outside in the open wind and God knows if there are any in Carcassonne instead of giving us a table of 2 and one of 4. I'm skipping to sketch because of the dog which wasn't even the welcome outside (seeing eye dog). In short, we found better elsewhere without forcing…

04/04/2024: Our lunch was far better than we anticipated being in such a tourist area. We tried the three course lunch. Spectacular. Auberge de Dame Carcas serves a great cassoulet. Our salads were fresh. The pate was terrific. We had very nice service even during a frenetic lunch rush. Both the patio and dining room are nice. Totally enjoyed it.

On the other hand, the service is very urgent, the plates and forks are taken away from us without us having really finished.
Then we are told that our chairs are being taken away… we find ourselves with our consos still standing at our table. And 20 minutes later, the table was completely removed from us. It wasn't even 11 p.m. We should greatly review the “welcome” dimension that this place prides itself on.
We left disgusted.
14/09/2023: Great atmosphere, tasty cuisine, very friendly service and original decor! The beach at your fingertips...what more could you ask for??!!!

30/03/2024: No interest. Tourist trap. A frankly average burger. Cold, dry bread. Undercooked chicken. Mussy frozen fries. So we didn't even try dessert or coffee.
Our server was quite pleasant. The only positive point is that it looks more like a mediocre canteen than a restaurant, especially since the prices are high compared to the quality served at the table.
