15/09/2024: I don't know what l' Cassoulet will be like in other places but I thought this was spectacular, it's the first time we tried it and we loved it, very very delicious. It also has the merit of Nuno, its owner and only employee who runs everything alone, and made communication easier for us because he speaks Spanish and several other languages.
His secret “cooking with a lot of love” is incredible

A very gastronomic restaurant, very good and warm. The room was beautiful, luxurious, spacious and there were even rose petals for our arrival 😍
The staff is smiling, professional and very kind, we were entitled to congratulations from the staff but also from the other people present for our wedding, a very good atmosphere. Large and secure parking.
A very good breakfast (14€/pers) served as you wish! In short, a stay forever marked in our lives, thank you! ❤️

Homemade cassoulet for me, roasted camembert for my lady, more than generous portions, impeccable quality and taste, without forgetting that everything is homemade.
This is clearly the address not to be missed when you are passing through Catelnaudary.
A quality/price ratio that the competition cannot fight against.
We will definitely return on future visits to your magnificent city.
09/09/2024: We arrived by bike on Wednesday September 4 at 2:30 p.m. and were very well received.
The hearty meal was excellent, homemade with fresh produce and a very very reasonable price. Marie France and Jean, the boss, are adorable and extremely kind.
We left at 4:30 p.m. Marie France and Jean gave us plenty of time.
We really recommend this restaurant

Traditional local cuisine prepared by the very friendly, experienced cook Germaine, always in the kitchen.
Restaurant with a cassoulet specialty on the menu.
Very reasonable prices and well-prepared homemade dishes with regional products.
Downside on the service of the day of our lunch, a little long and with an order error, but excused because the waitress was alone in the room and overwhelmed.
Restaurant to try without problem.

It is no longer Mr. Visentin who is in charge of the kitchen and who offered an extraordinary 100% homemade cassoulet. Now, the MT workshop subcontracts a cassoulet from Maison Escudier (according to the waitress). If this remains correct, we are far from what we tasted at Tirou; it's just good but far from exceptional... The house has lost its charm, the animals have left the garden. It's a shame, it was a nice stopover on the way to the holidays, I will look for another house during my next visit to Castelnaudary.

Je regrette la qualité de la viande, j ai demandé un faux filet saignant, la viande était à point et dure, dommage.
L entrecôte et le Burger bien appréciés.

01/09/2024: Taken for home delivery. Two bottles of pink instead of white. Nothing serious so far. Ask for more merguez, that's ok but I asked for an extra egg and I'm still looking for it... 1.70 euros per egg hurts. On the other hand, the service is great and always fast. I tried to call them to tell them but no answer. 4 calls between 9:38 p.m. and 10:10 p.m.

29/08/2024: It's pretty good. But I've already eaten better.
Fair value for money.
Very good red wines at €20 on the menu.
Menus at fair prices.
The dishes are quite generous and the crème brûlée was very good.
The service was good.
We were lucky to be on the right side of the terrace where the waiter was smiling and smelling good.
There is one, unfortunately, who must have forgotten to put on deodorant. It was quite hard 😩
