Everything looks homemade and it's absolutely delicious for the bargain price of €16 for the set lunch menu (main course and dessert).
I highly recommend it and I'll be back to try the rest of the menu.

Cooked over a wood fire, expertly executed.
Generous and delicious dishes. Definitely worth the trip.
30/01/2026: The staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant is excellent, especially the wood-fired grilled meats, which are cooked to perfection.
However, it's a shame to serve tasteless mustard sauces in unopenable sticks! With a ribeye steak, it really makes it seem like a highway rest stop, which it isn't!
Please correct this.

It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary.
Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away!
The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child.
The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm.
And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors!
A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet.
I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!
28/10/2025: We had booked a lunch table and received confirmation from the manager. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We waited for over 15 minutes beyond our reservation time, but there was no sign that it would open.
I do not recommend it.

04/02/2026: My partner was disappointed with the cassoulet; the beans weren't very good. The service was far too fast; we didn't even have time to finish our aperitif before our main course arrived.
02/02/2026: The service was excellent, the waiter and waitress were fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed a delicious cassoulet before heading to a match at the Stadium in Toulouse. I highly recommend it and will definitely tell everyone I know. Thank you!

20/02/2026: What a disappointment this McDonald's experience in Castelnaudary was! Not only was the wait interminable (20 minutes for two sandwiches is unacceptable for a drive-thru), but I also saw other customers who arrived after me being served before me. To top it all off, I had to ask for my order myself, otherwise the wait would have been even longer! And to make matters worse, the sandwiches were barely lukewarm. A real lack of respect and organization that completely ruined my meal. Avoid at all costs!
16/02/2026: Still as long as ever, but thanks to Anthony for his joy and good humor! Finally, a pleasant person at this McDonald's! I'm asking for a raise right now!!!!

27/12/2025: "Excellent pizza." I'm a huge fan of the Hot Chicken: a flavorful pizza, always perfectly made, that makes me want to come back again and again. Once you've tasted it here, it's hard to eat pizza anywhere else.
28/11/2025: Very disappointed this evening. We ordered three pizzas, including the one of the month. I had to call to say they didn't have mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella, and this woman took it upon herself to insult my last name. I will never order pizza from them again; respect is dead.

21/11/2025: I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED
I placed an order on Uber Eats
Including beef lok lak, fried rice, and pork spring rolls.
When I received the order, I was very disappointed because the quantity in the beef lok lak container was only 1/3 of the box, and the price I paid for this dish was €15.60!! That's expensive for a few slices of meat, carrots, and peppers.
Since it was late, I didn't want to make a fuss until I took a piece of meat and saw a cockroach!

01/09/2024: Taken for home delivery. Two bottles of pink instead of white. Nothing serious so far. Ask for more merguez, that's ok but I asked for an extra egg and I'm still looking for it... 1.70 euros per egg hurts. On the other hand, the service is great and always fast. I tried to call them to tell them but no answer. 4 calls between 9:38 p.m. and 10:10 p.m.
29/08/2024: Took the Koloss pizza, really good and plentiful thin pasta.
