17/02/2026: I'm never disappointed by this chain, where it's always possible to eat very well at reasonable prices in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. For example, this lunchtime, for barely 10 euros, I enjoyed a complimentary small salad, two delicious crusty rolls, a rare mince with vegetables, and a frozen yogurt with carnival candy (candy inside) and whipped cream—much more and much better than American fast food! My only minor complaints: the music is too loud (I'm very sensitive to that, not to mention that American music isn't really my thing) and the restrooms are upstairs (what about accessibility?).

The restaurant is well-located but the food is low-quality: miserable miso soup, incredibly fatty, cheap salmon, tasteless rice (I eat better at home, which is ridiculous), industrial drinks, and a lack of jasmine tea—surprising for an "Asian" restaurant. The only ingredient that slightly redeemed this bland meal was the thinly sliced ​​raw tuna, which was basic. Since it was supposedly an all-you-can-eat deal (actually served at the table with an incomprehensible order slip), I stayed. Otherwise, I would have fled after the first pseudo-sushi.

The dishes were delicious, generously portioned, and beautifully presented. The restaurant has a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing lunch for two. A truly wonderful experience that we can't wait to repeat!

28/02/2026: Highly recommended. We went as a group looking for a nice place to have dinner in Narbonne, and it truly exceeded our expectations. I tried one of the restaurant's suggestions: breaded chicken fillet with cheese and mushroom sauce, and it was delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the creamy sauce had a spectacular flavor. Definitely a great choice. My companions ordered pizzas and pasta dishes, and we all agreed: tasty food, well-prepared, and generous portions. It's clear they pay attention to both quality and presentation. In addition, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service was attentive and very friendly, which always enhances the experience.

18/01/2026: The welcome and service were cold, to say the least... icy 👎😡 However, the food was delicious 👍👍😁 Everything was homemade and flavorful. The spring rolls, beef samosas... For our main course, we chose the Pad Thai, a typical Thai dish. I found all the flavors of Thailand. A generous portion. Note: the photos already published on Google showing the menu prices are not up-to-date (the Pad Thai or Pad See Ew are not €10 but €13.50, for example). This restaurant would deserve 5 stars for value for money IF the friendliness of both the welcome and the service (already mentioned in published reviews) had been there.

For a €69 menu, and with wine pairings bringing the total to around €80, one would expect, at the very least, some consistency between the semi-gastronomic offering and the service. But that wasn't the case. Our plates were simply placed in front of us without any explanation (even though we knew what was on the menu). We would have expected at least some explanation of what was on our plates, or at the very least, a simple "enjoy your meal." The atmosphere was like a canteen, far from the promise such a menu should inspire.
