25/02/2026: I went to order and saw the blonde girl barista reading something under the computer. I stood there smiling hoping she would notice that there was a customer, since it seemed like she saw me in her peripheral vision. I thought she was just finishing checking something, so i waited about 30–40 seconds, then i said “Bonjour” and she finally responded. I ordered a Mocha Blanc Frappuccino with almond milk and caramel drizzle on top. I also asked if she could make it very icy and not too liquid, like with a lot of ice. She smiled and said yes and proceeded to say something to the barista which i cant understand what. Mind you, i always order this exact drink everywhere i go and it’s usually good. But this time, it tasted extremely sweet, like pure sugar syrup. It honestly felt like the milk and espresso were missing. On top of that, it wasn’t even an extra icy Frappuccino texture i asked her to make at all, it was completely liquid. So i paid over 9€ and ended up throwing away half of it because it was too sweet and not enjoyable. (My husband drank most of it because he didn’t want to waste a 9€ drink, but I told him it was really unhealthy since it was unbelievably sweet.) Worst. Never leave a bad rating at a Starbucks before. This is my first.

15/02/2026: Cold, no welcome, I really don't recommend it, especially the blonde manager who was very unprofessional and had a terrible welcome.

24/03/2026: Another order error tonight. I ordered two double fish for takeout and only received two single fish. I expect some kind of compensation from the restaurant. Thank you!

18/03/2026: We often order takeout for four people, and at least one item is missing 90% of the time. This doesn't happen when we order from another McDonald's. I'd have to check the contents of the bags every time, but it's not normal to have to do that.

27/04/2026: I ordered the famous 280 rösti and a McExtreme rösti from the drive-thru. I checked that I had everything, and I did. HOWEVER, when I got home, I opened my two burgers and I did indeed have a 280 rösti, but WITHOUT the meat, and a McExtreme, but WITHOUT the rösti. What a rip-off!

25/04/2026: Honestly, not disappointed with this McDonald's. We went there at midnight because we couldn't find anything else. We thought we'd run into some weird people, but no, nothing to report. The room was clean, and the service was quick and efficient.

09/12/2024: Friendliness not expected from a brunette waitress. To get a smile that leaves something to be desired. Also regarding the 2 other waitresses. We see that he doesn't like customers to flee!!! And what's more, this long-haired brunette waitress takes customers on high without ever seeing them. And the other waitress with glasses blows to give the dishes to the customer.. and a blonde at the cash register and totally unpleasant she just said to her colleague I'm hungry, hello or nothing!!!! To flee, to flee!!! I recommend Columbus Vitrolles!!!!

07/12/2024: I am posting this review following my visit with my mother who is visually impaired. While my mother was taking her order as she usually does in other stores without worry, here, an employee (or even the manager, I don't know) took the liberty of waving his hand in front of my mother's eyes. mother to make her “react”, rather than just ask her nicely what to do next. The service and welcome there are deplorable. I think that some people should be better trained in customer service because regardless of the person, disabled or not, you don't wave your hand like that...it's neither professional nor civilized and all the more hurtful in our case . 04/04/2026: This McDonald's in Salon-de-Provence has a 2.9 rating on Google… No wonder! I definitely should have checked the reviews before going; it would have saved me from throwing my money away. Honestly, what a disappointment today. My daughter went there to get a McFlurry and a milkshake. The result: half-empty orders. Not just a little underfilled, literally half. We called to find out what was going on, and the manager's response was: internal policy, "the portion size," following feedback from management. So basically, they're serving less… and they're owning up to it, unbelievable. So let's be clear: it's not about "portion size," it's about honesty. When you pay for a product, you expect to receive what's shown, especially when the marketing visuals show full, generous, appetizing items overflowing the images. Here, it was the complete opposite. We're not talking about a minor discrepancy, but a glaring difference between what's advertised and what's actually served. At this point, it clearly amounts to deceptive practices. It's incomprehensible and frankly unacceptable for a company of this size. This kind of approach clearly gives the impression that they're taking customers for fools. And it's even more shocking that this is admitted to without any shame or embarrassment over the phone. A minimum of transparency and respect for the customer would be the bare minimum. Here, we're nowhere near that. I sincerely hope this kind of practice will be corrected quickly, because it's simply unworthy of the trust customers place in the brand. Of course, we won't be setting foot in there again: at this point, it's not just a disappointment, it's outright theft.
