05/06/2025: Stopped at this great restaurant/bar for a drink after the magnificent Saturday market. Very warm welcome, super friendly staff. A great discovery! We will definitely be back!

08/05/2025: Very good food, but I had to do a staring battle with the waitress to get the bread. Too bad my relationship with the friends I ate with wasn't as good as the tartare, otherwise it would have been perfect, but that's not the bacchus's fault...

04/02/2026: I was frankly disappointed with this McDonald's McCrispy I ordered today. The chicken had a huge bone inside. I complained to the manager, who had the audacity to tell me it was normal for chicken to have bones. She didn't even have the professionalism to say, "I'm sorry, Madam, for this inconvenience; we'll make you a new one right away." Shame on this manager!

20/02/2026: You have to face the facts: at this McDonald's, they don't know how to make a milkshake. It's water, it's undrinkable. We've tried a few times. Nothing works. And when you get the small size, it's tiny, espresso-sized... watery as hell. Not to mention the cashier who's about as friendly as a prison guard.

16/02/2026: Every time I eat at McDonald's, it's a disaster: it's frankly awful. I wanted to give them one last chance by ordering through Uber Eats… huge disappointment. Soggy fries, melted ice cream, ridiculously small portions. Really disappointing.

04/02/2026: Ate two chicken wraps for lunch, got terribly sick that same evening, definitely food poisoning. Vomiting, diarrhea, nausea.

09/12/2024: Friendliness not expected from a brunette waitress. To get a smile that leaves something to be desired. Also regarding the 2 other waitresses. We see that he doesn't like customers to flee!!! And what's more, this long-haired brunette waitress takes customers on high without ever seeing them. And the other waitress with glasses blows to give the dishes to the customer.. and a blonde at the cash register and totally unpleasant she just said to her colleague I'm hungry, hello or nothing!!!! To flee, to flee!!! I recommend Columbus Vitrolles!!!!

07/12/2024: I am posting this review following my visit with my mother who is visually impaired. While my mother was taking her order as she usually does in other stores without worry, here, an employee (or even the manager, I don't know) took the liberty of waving his hand in front of my mother's eyes. mother to make her “react”, rather than just ask her nicely what to do next. The service and welcome there are deplorable. I think that some people should be better trained in customer service because regardless of the person, disabled or not, you don't wave your hand like that...it's neither professional nor civilized and all the more hurtful in our case . 18/02/2026: The waiter pressured one of our guests to order something, even though there were three of us and only two of us ordered, otherwise he'd kick us out. This is unacceptable. And then, at €4.50 for an iced tea, I would have expected to be served with a bit more politeness and respect.

31/01/2026: Is it legal to stop serving simple coffees after 3pm? The prices are outrageous for the quality, setting and service.

18/01/2026: We came today and ordered several meals, including a Best Of with fries, which was served with the small fries from the Happy Meal kids' menu. I explained this to the woman in charge, who came to our table and told us that was the correct size. Except that we had a large, a medium, and a small Happy Meal fries on our table, so it was easy to compare. Basically, this McDonald's is a disaster. They acted like nothing was wrong, treating us like idiots, even though we were paying. I will absolutely never go back. The manager didn't even offer to change the fries. I told her, "Fine, you'll get a nice commission since the McDonald's belongs to her father."

10/01/2026: The person taking orders at the drive-thru told us to wait; we waited 10 minutes, and he still had the nerve to make unpleasant remarks to us.

08/12/2025: Absolutely filthy. Nobody cleans the tables. The floor is a disgusting pigsty. But apparently, the staff don't care!

07/12/2025: I can confirm, the toilets are truly awful every time we come to this McDonald's; they're already dirty even before service starts, so I don't think they even clean them, not to mention the rest...

11/12/2025: The server told me they were "no longer putting bacon" in the fries. They wouldn't tell me if it was by choice or because they were out of stock. It felt a bit unprofessional, so I canceled my order and left. Strange atmosphere at this McDonald's.

02/02/2026: There isn't a single order that isn't complete.

23/01/2026: A clear drop in quality; the young man at the drive-thru didn't say a word and just threw bags around. Not even a Happy Meal. Closed, while everything else was open.

18/01/2026: This is the large fries from a Maxi meal. The fries don't even go past the front edge of the large fry box. It's a shame we can't post a photo, but I'm keeping it just in case 🙄 At the price of the Maxi meal, this is unacceptable.

18/01/2026: We came here expecting a completely awful sandwich: a menu item lacking cheese, cold, and utterly poorly made. It's strange coming from a chain restaurant with a well-planned menu... an incomplete sandwich! And increasingly expensive!

18/01/2026: 8 self-service kiosks in the store, only 3 working at 2 PM. It's shameful to have to wait almost 15-20 minutes just to place an order... Getting worse and worse...
