22/09/2024: Order two Big Macs without salad as usual my Big Macs are filled with salad! We take a box of nuggets x20, open the box, there are only 17! It's a shame this McDonald's is getting worse and worse

09/09/2024: We come several times. And we see the men's toilets, in several months. This will be the last one we come to. We don't see this among our neighbors abroad. No information on HS men's toilets, no repair time. Toilets open but tap broken. I ask an employee. He tells me to go to the women's room or go into the men's bathroom. I go into the toilet There is water everywhere! It's nonsense! Then the order. My friend orders a glass of orange juice. The glass is dirty with traces of chocolate! Cold goat cheese wrap. No interest in coming back.

02/09/2024: More than 25 minutes to be served when there are not many customers in the store and no ice cream possible inside more than through the drive I don't understand why the ice creams pass in front of me to go to the drive and I can't have any inside

01/09/2024: Waiting 45 minutes at the drive-thru only to be closed because, I quote, "overwhelmed by customers, not enough staff to serve". No action, just having to leave. Ashamed.

06/11/2024: Nous avons été servis par Jean-Claude et Adrien, qui ont été super aimables et sérieux, merci pour cet agréable moment, leur bonne humeur. C’est grâce à ce genre de personnes que l’on a envie de revenir dans un commerce ! Merci à eux (et merci pour leurs conseils car les cafés étaient incroyables)

19/08/2024: Fairly fast and friendly service, lots of places on the shaded terrace, but what a shame it is so dirty! Be careful of the wind, yes the papers fly away......... The people are dirty, it's lamentable! I know it's not the fault of the McDonald's team, but the manager should check his terrace more often and organize more cleaning rounds! It really doesn't look clean.... And thank you to people for picking up their trash, it would be even simpler!

08/12/2025: menu mcsmart is not that smart I guess they forgot to put a patty and vegetables in the cheeseburger 😭 I realized way too late when I was already way too far from the place

07/09/2025: Bathroom smells, receipts dont print right or dont print at all at self pay. Orders come slow and dry. To be honest, workers are funny and one of the only good things, even if some dont speak english.

16/09/2024: Taken Friday evening for 3 people and since then one sick person Saturday the other Sunday and one this morning is this a coincidence???? I don't think so

14/09/2024: Catastrophic! Team members in slow motion, 30 minutes before getting our order. Teammate next door who fills cartons of sauce instead of lending a hand... and they chat quietly in front of the exasperated customers. Is there a manager here? And frankly disgusting sandwich. Rotten salad bathed in way too much sauce, disgusting! Never tested such a bad and poorly managed fast food restaurant. Quick doomed to disappear? It’s deserved.

22/12/2023: Attente super longue pour recevoir le repas, il n y a pas de chevalet donc on doit attendre debout pendant 30 min pour recevoir la commande. Pour qu’au final ils aient oublié notre commande et ils ont du la refaire donc bien 35 min d’attente pour avoir un cheeseburger sans viande . Bref venez pas fuyez loin.

Room closed at 9:15 p.m. with all the employees on a smoke break on the bench outside on a Saturday evening, how is such an event possible on the most profitable evening of the week, McDo Rognac finished for me, heading to Fare les Oliviers from now on. Fed up with this McDonald's always having problems

27/09/2024: What a nice surprise this 12 p.m., a surprising welcome at the drive-thru, I almost believed it was a Relais et château, where I usually go, and yes the contrast MCDO and relay et château and even the starred ones . But after my order at the drive and this beautiful welcome I ask is it new? to be so well received? and yes a new manager (in training) who welcomes you, as long as it lasts, in any case well done because we like the MCDO or not but with this Welcome it's even better, we'll come back only for that
