07/12/2024: More than service, pure kindness.. Saturday afternoon, after my shopping, I pick up a baguette, I pay for it and leave without... I get in my car, I drive into the parking lot and there I see the saleswoman who stops me to give me my baguette while well outside it's raining, it's cold, but she's out.. it's really nice THANKS !!!

28/12/2024: Twice I have eaten there, two disappointments. The sourness and nastiness of the employees, the quality of the breads which are very clearly those of yesterday. When I kindly and politely ask for the bread to be fresh, I am greeted with incredible rudeness by the employee who seems to be a manager. No need to think too much, this is the worst fast food restaurant in Colmar and the worst Subway I have ever eaten at. I will never come back again. You don't need to be haughty and mean, we spend our money here. A restaurant should be a place where you eat in peace and good humor, not a nest of anxiety and stress from the staff taking out on the customers. 0/20.

10/12/2024: We ate really well! The sandwiches are generous and very good, good value for money. The place is clean, the staff is welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a good time eating quality sandwiches at reasonable prices.

25/09/2024: 40 minutes of waiting for a happy MEAL and a simple menu, so that in the end, mistake on the drink and missing the dessert in the happy MEAL. “Fast food”, “= fast food”… not at all. I am served more quickly by ordering pizzas delivered to my home.

25/09/2024: I have been a customer of theirs for many years. Aware that during peak hours management is more complex, however, a service which tends to lose quality, each time you visit a product is missing (sandwich from the menu, sauce, drink) or there is an error. During my last visit to you, I waited exactly 55 minutes to receive my order which, for a fast food restaurant, is not correct. Upon receiving my order, I stand to the side and check it: an item was missing from my order and the drink was wrong. I hasten to report this because the waiting time was already... long enough for my liking. And the manager, in black, took the liberty of reprimanding the employee who was serving me, “He’s being served! You take the next orders.” So I explain to the manager that yes, served, but wrong order. She huffed, tossing me the sandwich in the bag with a hypocritical smile. I only came to order a meal, in a fast food restaurant, for my family and did not criticize, raise my voice or comment on the work of the team. For me, this service is deplorable, certainly due to failed management. It was better to order pizzas at home as some people say or even to go to McDonald's in Wittenheim. It will be even faster even if it is further. And more competent team!
