Some of the staff aren't friendly, but others are really nice, like Camille and her colleague, always smiling, always in a good mood, even though the job isn't always easy. It's truly amazing. 11/03/2026: The service was impeccable, thankfully, but we were truly disappointed. The chef has plenty of good ideas but absolutely doesn't know how to execute them properly; there was a real lack of balance in the flavors. Too much of everything... the Christmas spices made our dish almost inedible. The scallop tartlet as a starter was good, but if you're going to use scallops, you should at least be able to taste them rather than overpowering them. The pandan granita was just too much! The supreme was bland and dry with overly strong side dishes that were barely edible, and the endives were bitter beyond belief. Judging by the reviews, I think we were just unlucky, but between cooking issues, problems with the proportions and balance, I remain very ambivalent. Best of luck in the future, though; it's a close call.

Beyond all that, you can easily discuss dietary restrictions with the owners (which isn't something you see everywhere!). They are very attentive and genuinely care about their customers' well-being; they will make sure you're happy, and believe me, they mean it... I salute them and thank them from the bottom of my heart for allowing my wife to enjoy going out again.

10/03/2026: Fantastic experience at Salon de Thé Dussourd in Colmar! The restaurant is lovely, with a warm atmosphere and a perfect location in the heart of the city. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and served quickly. The staff is very welcoming and friendly; you really feel at home. Special mention for the pastries, which are excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant; I will definitely be back. Colmar is worth a visit, and so is this restaurant! 😋🍰

27/02/2026: We were there again for lunch today: the "plat du jour" of pollock with risotto and chorizo ​​sauce was delicious, and the omelet with spaetzle and salad was also excellent... the service (Tristan) was very friendly, and the complimentary "Arabica" dessert tart and cappuccino were a perfect ending.
