06/02/2026: Very bad experience. I bought a "Fiji" sandwich and found a significant amount of dirt/mud inside, visible on the lettuce leaves. I've attached photos as proof. I returned to the store to report the problem and request a refund. I was told that this can happen with lettuce, which I find completely unacceptable given the amount present. I am very disappointed and disgusted, especially as a loyal customer who used to appreciate this chain. Such a lack of hygiene is unacceptable.

While we were having lunch, I noticed one of the saleswomen putting the manalas back in the display case, touching them directly with her hands. Another one, while we were paying, was on her phone next to the cook (by the way, there was only one person in front of us, several behind the counter, and we waited and waited...). Finally, going to the restroom before leaving, great, there was a cleaning notice... except the last date was November 22nd, even though it was already the following week! As soon as I find the credit card receipt I kept, I'll add it as proof. *** UPDATE following the store's response: forgetting to sign the form for a week is a big deal. "At least you have a form," you might say. "The order tablet is a possibility." Perhaps I was biased, given the cumulative effect. As for handling the manalas with your hands, no, your argument isn't convincing. I'm not saying they need gloves, because the gloves you use to pick up the baguette, then press the cash register buttons and take the change aren't any better. There are something called tongs, which are left in the display cases and washed daily. It's economical and hygienic. Not using your hands directly, which I doubt are regularly washed and dried with disposable paper towels, not some old rag lying around.

27/02/2026: Surprised by the extremely low temperature in the dining area. The air conditioning isn't set up for a comfortable dining experience. The strong drafts of cold air are unpleasant. A jacket is essential for comfort. (Note added February 27th) I also note that the temperature in the dining room is still freezing. Furthermore, it's very unpleasant that a door is left stuck open, making it even colder. Incomprehensible!

26/01/2026: This place is a disgrace! The sales staff were incredibly unfriendly. I came with my daughter to order a Nutella crepe, and they charged me an extra €1 because I ordered it there. That's already shameful, but paying €4.50 for a crepe with hardly any Nutella in it is outrageous! I politely asked if we could have a little more, and the response was, "Well, what do you expect for that price?!" Is that normal? Absolutely not. The toilets are in a deplorable state. Honestly, fire your new hires and close this place down. Leave the one in the Fnac shopping center open; there, they serve you properly. Here, it's just pathetic. Your sales staff are as polite as prison guards.
