18/09/2024: 2 ème fois que j y vais et c était encore excellent. Ce midi c était hachi parmentier avec une salade. Le dessert... Un gâteau ( Amélie) au chocolat avec des fruits rouges miam miam ! Les employés sont très sympathiques et souriant. Bonne continuation et bon appétit

06/09/2024: I went to Café Mozart yesterday afternoon and ended up leaving the establishment before even placing my order. I was sitting near two ladies who came for a snack, and the service they received was frankly deplorable. The waitress was not only unpleasant, but also unprofessional, with errors on the order and on the billing. Although I didn't follow the entire interaction, the customers had reason to be unhappy. Faced with this atmosphere and this lack of skills, I preferred to leave. I do not recommend this place and will not return.

18/08/2024: At the price of the pizza we would expect mozzarella and not low-end gruyere, a shame because it spoils the taste of the pizza. The dough is good that said but that’s it… once not twice very disappointed

22/08/2024: Really great, I had a bretz'burger, and I tried several in Haut-Rhin, but Issenheim is the best for me. Plus the team is really super nice. Everything was really perfect. It's true that I don't go there often because it's really close to where I live, but that's a mistake, in terms of value for money it's really great.

25/09/2024: I have been a customer of theirs for many years. Aware that during peak hours management is more complex, however, a service which tends to lose quality, each time you visit a product is missing (sandwich from the menu, sauce, drink) or there is an error. During my last visit to you, I waited exactly 55 minutes to receive my order which, for a fast food restaurant, is not correct. Upon receiving my order, I stand to the side and check it: an item was missing from my order and the drink was wrong. I hasten to report this because the waiting time was already... long enough for my liking. And the manager, in black, took the liberty of reprimanding the employee who was serving me, “He’s being served! You take the next orders.” So I explain to the manager that yes, served, but wrong order. She huffed, tossing me the sandwich in the bag with a hypocritical smile. I only came to order a meal, in a fast food restaurant, for my family and did not criticize, raise my voice or comment on the work of the team. For me, this service is deplorable, certainly due to failed management. It was better to order pizzas at home as some people say or even to go to McDonald's in Wittenheim. It will be even faster even if it is further. And more competent team!

25/09/2024: 40 minutes of waiting for a happy MEAL and a simple menu, so that in the end, mistake on the drink and missing the dessert in the happy MEAL. “Fast food”, “= fast food”… not at all. I am served more quickly by ordering pizzas delivered to my home.

There is also Anna and Sarah, to assist Fatiha, who are also at listening to the customer, and taking you on a journey to the four corners of the planet, with coffees, teas or herbal teas from all over the world, served on site. I love this place, I like its old-fashioned decor, the The atmosphere, the people, and of course the quality of the products served. My name is Dominique and I am speaking to the Management of this small chain of Stores: you can really be proud of your Staff, Rue du Sauvage and the Exemplary behavior of this Establishment, if you don't tell them, I will I say: your employees are exceptionally professional. I don't know of two places in Mulhouse like this, and can only recommend it to those who read me. Don't change anything 🤟😎🤟

18/07/2024: A store with an outstanding manager! While staying in Mulhouse, we decided to stop by and see the coffee machines in preparation for a future purchase! We came across Fathia, a warm saleswoman, passionate about her job, who offered to take us up to the shoo rom to give us a complete debriefing on the machines. Delighted, we are distributed with our machine under our arms! Thanks again to you Fathia, to your professionalism, for your shared passion! And thank you also for the little tasting the next day! 15/08/2024: Lors d'une grosse CDE pour un anniversaire de mariage. Des lunettes de soleil ont étés oubliés ,nous avons rappelés sur place le jpur même ,on nous informe que les lunettes ont étés retrouvées et seront jointes lors de la récupération de la CDE. Lors de la récupération de la CDE le jour J, lunette introuvable (avis de recherche sur les jours suivants chez Poulaillon ) passage quelques jours suivants a deux reprises, lunette toujours introuvable ne perdez rien chez Poullailon , vous n'êtes pas sur de le revoir ou sont passées ces lunettes??????????

16/09/2024: Frankly, the meat is just excellent, however the homemade bread is not great (in my opinion, a little hard) plus the person at the cash register was not clear with me about the menus in the end I had the I have the impression of having been a loser... because there is a story about a menu with fries without fries with a drink without a drink and in the end you might as well take a menu but when you ask the question it is not so clear that it should be...

11/09/2024: I ordered it yesterday after eating it I had horrible pain in my stomach then afterwards I vomited all night I understood this morning

20/08/2024: Friendly and professional staff. Not convinced by some products. The marbled cake and the crottin were not refined enough for my taste for the brand. However, certain pastries such as the Black Forest for example are very good. I'm also less of a fan of the layout of this Jacques boutique compared to others.

15/09/2024: A little expensive for the rolls for what they are. For less money there is much better. It must be the proximity of the border. Otherwise the place is good for a coffee in the sun.

14/09/2024: My husband and I have been going to this pizzeria for years now. It's not just pizza. There are also daily specials. Very friendly and warm welcome. Products always fresh and very well prepared. Quite hearty. Very reasonable price. You have to make the detour, it's worth it.

11/09/2024: Hearty and family cuisine, however the burger lacks rawness making everything a little dry. The service was excellent though!

13/09/2024: The guy at the counter is disrespectful, he is really in a hurry to go home. I arrived at half past closing time and it wasn't warm when I got to the table. This is the last time I set foot in this snack bar

09/08/2024: Two of us came to have an aperitif and eat. The cocktails are very good and well presented. For the meal we took the large planchette for €28. The price is worth the quality of the products on the board. The terrace is really beautiful and quiet. Very friendly and smiling waitresses.
