26/04/2026: We ordered a 280g rösti and, of course, the rösti was missing… making 280g rösti a bit pricey… And on top of that, we also ordered a Happy Meal and didn't even get the book, which is charged separately.
The staff was just chatting and laughing instead of focusing on the orders, and I should point out that it wasn't even busy… If they have to check even the sandwiches, that's unacceptable…
23/04/2026: The terrace has been given a makeover, all that's missing are a few plants and you can eat an ice cream or a meal outside under a huge parasol and on brand new tables.

25/10/2025: A charming hotel in an amazing location—I really enjoyed it.
The area is also incredible and beautiful. This establishment has its own history, and I love the woodwork.
07/10/2025: I arrived the last day before the hotel closed last week. We were 10 customers, almost all cyclists.
The hotel is located in a beautiful valley, it is really impressive. The service was good and nice, and the room was nice as well.
It would merit a 5 star, but the reason I give a 4 star is the price. It was too expensive for the quality it gave.
But I might come back to explore the valley.

18/04/2026: This McDonald's in Tournefeuille is cracking down on dog owners. I drove there yesterday, and while I was walking my dog in the parking lot, an employee stopped me and told me to leave with my dog. Whatever you do, don't go to this McDonald's; they don't even allow dogs in the parking lot. AVOID IT!!!
08/04/2026: I waited 20 minutes for 3 ice creams.

14/03/2026: We arrived on Sunday at 1:30 PM… we received a very warm welcome and two delicious salads that were no more expensive than elsewhere (€15 per salad) but of excellent quality and very generous portions. Absolutely no complaints. And the service was incredibly friendly!
24/02/2026: Very disappointed with what we ate... We found a metal filament in an amburger, probably from a metal sponge... 🤔 I question the hygiene. Especially since two of us got sick... This is all very unacceptable....

24/04/2026: They often make mistakes when you order from the drive-thru. Large fries were only half full. Considering the price of the meal for the size of the burgers, you might as well go to Burger et Terroir, which is much better. Even Burger King is better.

30/04/2026: The only time I didn't check my order, and sure enough, my potatoes and double cheddar fries were missing! It was 6 PM and there was nobody in McDonald's... it's really annoying!

This is the second time I've ordered a stuffed animal!
I received another order that wasn't mine... train your employees seriously. The ones who do their job best are the ones at the drive-thru taking orders. No problems with them! Incredibly kind and never forgetting anything...
