22/09/2026: Terrible. It is a pity I didn't read the reviews first. A disaster there. Not a single table was clean, the toilets were dirty, and there was no soap available. The food was cold and the fries were not worthy of the name. We immediately returned the fries we were given. We received others that were even worse: cold and not even cooked through. McDonalds St. Gaudens, you don't need to send me a reply because I keep reading the same standard response. Please act on all that bad commentary and learn from it. Things run well at other McDonald's. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS MC. DONALDS.

19/09/2026: Ridiculous "best of" menu! Tiny sandwiches with the bare minimum: no cheddar, no bacon (because it's an extra charge!), no sauce for the fries (because... they're extra). Soon even the bread will be an extra charge. When I compare it to KFC, I wonder why they don't open more restaurants. As for McDonald's? That's it, I'm never going back. Expensive and stingy.

10/06/2026: The pastries, cookies, black olive rolls, focaccia, pizzas, and sandwiches are very good and made with quality meat ingredients (trout, chicken, ham, etc.), which is rare and worth noting. However, I'm always disappointed by the cakes, which, despite their tempting appearance, are often unbalanced, with unripe fruit, sliced ​​cream, frozen mousse, and marzipan as hard as cardboard. And today, there was a piece of wood in my sugar pie. Many small mistakes that spoil the experience.

20/08/2026: What a pleasant surprise! A restaurant that, at first glance, you wouldn't necessarily choose to sit down at. In the end, both the tapas and the main courses are very good, well-presented, and excellent value for money. Pleasant service. I recommend it.

20/08/2026: The address is unassuming, with a "terrace" along the sidewalk, but this minor inconvenience is quickly forgotten when the tapas arrive—simply delicious and beautifully presented. The main dishes are also very good—pork chop, burger—and the portions are generous. No great wines, but excellent value for money. In short, I recommend it for a pleasant evening in Luchon.

06/08/2026: In a nutshell guys, you're doing it wrong. 3 out of the 6 on tap are off tap. My fourth choice has no head... Not great for a craft brew IMHO.No ingredients for margaritas.It's no surprise we're the only customers.Disappointed 🫤 BUT, if you enjoy a stein of lime cordial-flavoured mojito this is the place for you... a very generous serve of it.

23/09/2026: We keep trying, but... There's always something missing. Today, the Minute Maid from the Happy Meal. The other day, a donut. It's so hard having to check every time. Especially when the order is large. (Comment from a year ago.) Still just as disappointed. Tonight I paid for two sundaes in my click and collect order and I only got two small sundaes, no dressing for my salad, and no cutlery, neither for the salad nor for the mini sundaes.

20/09/2026: 45 minutes on a Sunday evening between arriving at the drive-thru and receiving our order... Fast food... we're far, far from it. If this only happened once, we could understand, but it's a recurring problem. Perhaps the manager should look at the statistics. There are serious areas for improvement at this restaurant. Judging by the Google rating, they need to act quickly!

23/08/2026: Yes, it's a bar, but also and especially for local workers, a high-end lunch spot at unbeatable prices. The dishes are carefully prepared, original, constantly evolving, and seasonal. A resounding yes.

17/09/2026: I've been a regular here for several years, working nearby. The service is getting worse and worse. This Thursday, 6 PM, nobody in the bar. No one at the bar. I asked if they had any "sour" (a type of beer). The waiter replied aggressively: "There's a menu over there." Even though he wasn't serving anyone. Same thing twice, very closed off and unfriendly. This will be the last time.

21/09/2026: A very bad experience. I rarely go because I only go to treat the children. Every time, there's no sauce; we have to ask for it. The extras aren't included but are still charged and paid for. Whatever you do, don't order any extras if you go to this McDonald's! They take the sandwich back, rummage through it, and then try to force you to eat it. They're liars; they claim to have included the extras, but when you ask them about the size of the bacon or cheddar slices they added, they tell you two long pieces. I can guarantee that's false. It's very unpleasant to have to resort to the internet for this kind of negative feedback and the need to warn others. It would be much nicer to be able to write that the place is pleasant and that we can let our children go there with complete confidence, but that's not the case. Don't let your kids go to this McDonald's alone, because I was thinking that if it had been a 14-year-old, they would have had to take back their rummaged-through sandwich or simply not be able to say anything about the extras. The manager, who was trying to impress me with her title 🙄, then told me she would make me a new sandwich, cut it in half, and only give me half (you never know, maybe my hidden agenda was to get a free burger from her)...see the illustration of their service 😂🤣 They steal from you, and when confronted, they offer to cut the sandwich in half. I'm curious to know who would have been served the other half! They certainly would have eaten it 🙄. I told them they could do as they pleased, but that I would come and share my observations here. I finally received a full sandwich with real extras; it was a world apart from the first sandwich, after struggling for 30 minutes, which compromised my child's enjoyment of the meal. And what about the unnecessary waste? A burger destined for the bin just because they tried to skimp on the ingredients in this era of droughts and food waste reduction—it's appalling. I had nothing to gain by complaining, seeing this waste, and wasting my time and energy instead of enjoying my child, but I did it because it's the second time in a row this has happened. I won't be going back, especially knowing there's a McDonald's right next door, a 5-minute drive away in the Bernadet shopping center, with excellent service. I was at that one because my child had chosen it.
