07/09/2026: Fast service, very friendly staff

07/09/2026: I only ordered a Happy Meal. They gave me a carton of juice without a straw and they forgot the fries. Knowing that I was getting takeout to eat elsewhere, I was very disappointed.

28/09/2026: Excellent staff, attentive to requests

28/09/2026: The waitress in the jacket was great, quick and friendly, and it was very good!

12/09/2026: On Saturday, September 12th, there was no more toilet paper, the toilet smelled strongly of urine, and there was a layer of blackish residue at the bottom of the hand dryer.

06/09/2026: And once again, the McDonald's in Grenade is making a mess of things. It's not the first time. Another disappointment tonight. Order error. Wrap ordered, small pack of nuggets received. Once home, I only realized the mistake. Too far to go back. So one of us didn't get a sandwich, and therefore no meal. I'm not thanking you. The wrap was paid for, and compared to a pack of four nuggets, the difference is enormous. 😡 I sincerely hope they'll return the order for the inconvenience. Be sure to double-check your order when using the drive-thru. Another bad experience recently. 😡

19/09/2026: A 45-minute wait at the kiosk, even though we had ordered in advance, only to end up complaining and realizing that the order had never even been placed! Terrible service... it's the same thing every time, but despite your awful reviews, apparently no one is questioning their approach because it's been like this for years!

18/09/2026: A 20-minute wait for two small drinks and a small fries; the fries arrived cold and hard—it's outrageous. Furthermore, the tables are all dirty, with stains on the walls that look like they've been there since the Stone Age. (McDonald's Rouffiac-Tolosan)

25/07/2026: What can you say when you point out two minutes later that the sandwich is cold and the so-called cook flies off the handle, saying no, it's not cold… That's customer service for you…

23/07/2026: What a disaster this McDonald's was! We went Wednesday evening; it wasn't very busy, yet the wait was endless. The state of the tables, the floor, and the restrooms was unacceptable, and the seventh time our order arrived, everything was cold and the glasses were dirty. I didn't have the energy to complain and wait any longer, but for us, that was the last time we'd ever go to that restaurant. The management absolutely needs to be reviewed; the poor staff seemed completely lost.

18/09/2026: Great restaurant! Excellent and generous portions, super friendly chef. You can go there without hesitation. I'll definitely be back! 😋

09/09/2026: A very friendly welcome; despite our late arrival, we were served quickly. The portions were generous and the meal was very good.

22/07/2026: Everything is very good, the prices are affordable, and the service is friendly. I recommend it!

21/07/2026: We ordered several sandwiches and pastries: everything was excellent and high quality. The service was also perfect—friendly, helpful, and full of humor. The bakery itself is also very beautiful. Honestly, congratulations to the whole team!

13/09/2026: Good food, I like the interior design and the playground is nice

12/09/2026: Very good McDonald's, I recommend it!

21/09/2026: Another McDonald's blunder. Ordered: 1 Chicken Caesar at the drive-thru. Received: 1 Chicken Caesar WITHOUT chicken. To err is human, but at the drive-thru, it's impossible to check the ingredients of your salad and impossible to go back, especially after the time already wasted. McDonald's, you need to improve your quality control... because the price paid doesn't match the meal ordered. McDonald's is always more expensive with less service... Profit... profit... profit. Arrive... as you are... leave like suckers! Just a few meters away, there's Burger King with a Chicken Caesar + drink = €9.90. More varied salads and less expensive. Faster drive-thru and rarely mistakes on the order.

20/09/2026: Kylian is the best waiter, really very friendly.

19/07/2026: Excellent little caterer! Fresh products, delicious dishes prepared with care. The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and you can feel the passion behind every dish. A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. I will definitely be back!

03/07/2026: A spread to die for! Jams that are more delicious than the next, with flavors that remind us of our childhood, and finally, addictive canistrelli biscuits – it's hard to resist Sandra's excellent creations!

01/10/2026: Excellent service from Nathan who went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible service.

30/09/2026: Welcoming team, very fast and high-quality service!

04/07/2026: While passing through Toulouse, I discovered this charming little gay bar, open for 41 years. The owner is welcoming and friendly.

23/06/2026: Patrick is great! A nice bar with a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the warm welcome.

17/09/2026: Excellent welcome and service at this restaurant. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your experience unique and enjoyable. I'll be back in a few days :)

17/09/2026: Very friendly staff, fast service

22/09/2026: Terrible. It is a pity I didn't read the reviews first. A disaster there. Not a single table was clean, the toilets were dirty, and there was no soap available. The food was cold and the fries were not worthy of the name. We immediately returned the fries we were given. We received others that were even worse: cold and not even cooked through. McDonalds St. Gaudens, you don't need to send me a reply because I keep reading the same standard response. Please act on all that bad commentary and learn from it. Things run well at other McDonald's. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS MC. DONALDS.

19/09/2026: Ridiculous "best of" menu! Tiny sandwiches with the bare minimum: no cheddar, no bacon (because it's an extra charge!), no sauce for the fries (because... they're extra). Soon even the bread will be an extra charge. When I compare it to KFC, I wonder why they don't open more restaurants. As for McDonald's? That's it, I'm never going back. Expensive and stingy.

30/09/2026: KFC is so good, I recommend you go, they have the best menu there

28/09/2026: Despite the current difficulties in the profession, they give it their all, thank you, it was very good.
