21/02/2026: The restaurant is great, the food is really good. They handle after-work drinks and farewell parties really well. The staff is very kind and helpful. I'm deducting one star because, precisely because the staff is so friendly, we prefer talking to them rather than using the order kiosks ;) even though I understand it's necessary when it's busy (and I hope that happens as often as possible :)).

05/04/2026: On April 5, 2026, at 7:30 PM, we ordered: - a Big Mac meal, - a Chicken Caesar Salad meal, - a Cheeseburger meal. It could have been okay overall, except there was no chicken in the Caesar salad! Disgusted ☹️ It seems unbelievable to forget the chicken when there's a chicken label on it. Only lettuce, croutons, and cheese in the so-called Chicken Caesar Salad... We didn't complain because we'd already waited quite a while to get our order...

30/03/2026: Here, they don't bother serving you a hot (or even lukewarm) apple pie, but they serve you a cold one. Ice cold. Not much effort.

12/12/2025: The service is truly appalling. Several times, the hamburger from my meal was forgotten, leaving me without a main course. And every time I order a sundae, the peanuts are never there. It's becoming downright unbearable. Luckily, another McDonald's is opening nearby very soon: I'll go there from now on, because here, between the oversights and the lack of professionalism, it's become impossible.

18/03/2026: I've been waiting 35 minutes for my click and collect order. I called the restaurant, and they told me there are only two of them with several orders! But so far, there's no one inside, and only one car at the drive-thru! Two guys came out to give an order, so logically, since it was a woman who answered the phone, there should be at least three of them, not two! Honestly, the more time passes, the worse the restaurant gets; it's becoming deplorable! It's a shame; from now on, I'll eat at Burger King, KMC, or La Ruche! I'm really very angry after this last visit!

22/03/2026: I'll say it again: the people who work at McDonald's don't want to be there, and the customers suffer. I went to this McDonald's near my house. A 15-minute wait for two Happy Meals ordered before noon. There were only three of us in the restaurant. I've seen faster fast food places, but anyway, moving on. Back to the employees. A three-year-old girl accidentally spilled her father's drink just as two McDonald's servers were taking out the trays. The servers' reaction: they looked at each other, turned their backs, and quickly went back behind their counter. No cleaning, no alternative drinks offered to the family, NOTHING! The service is simply deplorable! What are your hiring criteria? What are the instructions given to staff in these situations? Nothing? The family moved to another table, but the drink was left there, dripping onto the table and the floor. No one there could have cared less. Bravo! All prices are increasing, but for the rest, it's a freefall!

20/03/2026: Relatively satisfied, but often problems with Click & Collect. Luckily the staff are friendly enough to compensate for this issue.

And it's like that every time...

25/03/2026: Entry refused without valid explanation (discrimination). A staff member at the entrance refused us entry without a clear reason, while other people entered without any problems. I felt I was treated unfairly and discriminatorily. Very disappointing. I hope management will take the necessary steps to ensure fair treatment.

22/03/2026: I was disappointed by my experience at this bar, which had been recommended to me. Upon arrival, we were told it was a private event, which completely took us by surprise, as everything seemed open. The staff wasn't clear, and we felt uneasy, especially after asking a customer who seemed embarrassed to tell us he wasn't part of any private event. We were two Black men, and we wondered if this refusal was related to our appearance. It really surprised and made us uncomfortable. In short, I wouldn't recommend it.

25/10/2025: A very charming hotel in an incredible location, I really liked it. The area is also incredible and very beautiful. This establishment has its own history, and I love the wood.

07/10/2025: I arrived the last day before the hotel closed last week. We were 10 customers, almost all cyclists. The hotel is located in a beautiful valley, it is really impressive. The service was good and nice, and the room was nice as well. It would merit a 5 star, but the reason I give a 4 star is the price. It was too expensive for the quality it gave. But I might come back to explore the valley.
