28/11/2025: Very disappointed and didn't get lunch today because I received fish instead of meat. Only the Coke and fries matched my order (see photo). As luck would have it, when there's a mistake, it's never in the customer's favor. Unfortunately, there's no Burger King on my way, so I'm stuck with McDonald's. Cheaper, but not as good. In the end, a little detour won't make me miss a meal.

24/11/2025: It's a shame they no longer do their daily rounds (like before) to clean the street of the various packaging that their valued drive-through customers throw on the ground after consuming their "meal" in their cars, especially in the parking lot across the street...

25/10/2025: A very charming hotel in an incredible location, I really liked it. The area is also incredible and very beautiful. This establishment has its own history, and I love the wood.

07/10/2025: I arrived the last day before the hotel closed last week. We were 10 customers, almost all cyclists. The hotel is located in a beautiful valley, it is really impressive. The service was good and nice, and the room was nice as well. It would merit a 5 star, but the reason I give a 4 star is the price. It was too expensive for the quality it gave. But I might come back to explore the valley.

03/07/2025: The tapas are good but the service is complicated... Very long wait, music too loud despite several requests to lower the volume.

18/06/2025: A wonderful discovery! We spent 4 days in Luchon, and we went there for 2 evenings! Top-notch tapas, and the à la carte dishes are limited, a true guarantee of quality. And as a bonus, the service was top-notch. Kudos to the waiter on the evening of June 17th, who performed like a master, single-handedly!

04/01/2026: Delicious food and truly impeccable service. The staff are so friendly and attentive; I wanted for nothing. Honestly, I don't think I've ever had such good pizza in the Toulouse area. I highly recommend this pizzeria.

24/11/2025: I came to eat with my dad. We had the daily special and a goat cheese and honey pizza (which was delicious; it had been a long time since I'd had such a good pizza). We really appreciated the service. It felt like home. Thank you so much, and see you soon!

06/12/2024: A lovely discovery! The setting, the welcome, the service at the top. Everything was super good! Honestly when I see comments about the portions I'm surprised because we came out with full bellies. The menu to let yourself be carried away consisted of: Amuse bouche of hummus with harissa and bread, beet salad, typical broth, fish and its revered rice, couscous and a fruit salad! (For those with a sweet tooth, we missed the typical sweet touch :p) In addition it adapts to allergies and pregnant women's restrictions so it was really very pleasant! Can't wait to try it again with the kids.

30/11/2025: I must say I just don't understand the negative reviews here. I think this is a wonderful bar where you are quickly known and welcomed as a regular. I go several times a week for coffee and drinks and the experience is always top quality. It's a bar where I feel like a member of the family, and Ines and Fabrice certainly treat me like that. I suspect some of the bad reviews and incidents described here are the result of too much alcohol consumption by the customers in the evenings. I very much recommend this bar as a friendly place to come and meet your neighbours from the quartier. It's a real gem of a local institution.

I had to go there because the only place open at 4 p.m. to eat The sandwich that was served to me is far from what is shown in the photo. Even the onion wasn't cut well I should have gone for a kebab, I would have had it cheaper and less salty

29/12/2025: A truly unpleasant experience with a sour waiter/owner. It was my first time at this place with my girlfriend. It will be the last. I asked if they offered plant-based milk (I'm lactose intolerant) for the hot chocolate, only to be met with a disdainful response: "Oh no, I don't make hippie drinks here. We only serve real milk. If you want your stuff, go see the hippies further down the road." A simple "No, I don't have any" would have sufficed. I strongly advise against going there.

06/12/2025: What a welcome!! I wanted to go to the restroom while my friends were ordering, and I was stopped by a security guard who was practically aggressive. The problem isn't that you have to order to use the restroom, even though I find that ridiculous; the problem is the rudeness!!!! Very aggressive security guard!!! I won't be back!

03/12/2025: Terrible service. Slippery floor, they don't replace spilled drinks. Hygiene needs improvement.

13/12/2024: The saleswoman is not friendly, bordering on brittle, I ordered 2 croissants and 1 coffee the bag of croissant was slammed on the display and the small coffee served in a very small cardboard cup as small as a dice sewing machine was downright terrible, the saleswoman neither bothered to ask me if I wanted milk with my coffee, nor gave me a paper napkin and I was treated to a ridiculous packet of sugar and all that for 3 euros 50! to flee therefore.

20/11/2024: Very welcoming and friendly staff, the paninis and bagnats are delicious. I come here several times a week.

18/09/2025: Pleasant setting and very warm welcome. There were no vegetarian dishes on the menu, but they prepared an excellent vegetarian dish for us (I suggest they put it on their menu, or another vegetarian dish).

19/08/2025: It's definitely helpful, but let's face it, the snack bar is awful, between the microwaved crepe, the frozen waffles, and the fries that are served but have been sitting out for a while... Luckily there's ice cream... Dried fries for 3 euros, that's a pain... I think I'll have to make do with the things he doesn't cook.

27/01/2026: Truly deplorable. When placing an Uber Eats order, an unavailable item was replaced without our consent, even though standard procedure is to contact the customer before making any changes. Worse still, the replacement was a cheaper item, with no clear adjustment or explanation. No call, no message, no options offered: just an imposed change. Having worked at McDonald's, I know this isn't how things should be done. It's unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for the customer.

26/01/2026: A McDonald's that's always packed, not because of its popularity but because of its slow service. If that were all, forgetfulness is commonplace, and the item you paid for is almost always replaced with a cheaper equivalent or one with fewer options. To top it all off, the food is often cold even after you pick it up at the counter... They say one McDonald's is as good as another, but this one is worth less.

16/01/2026: Review of the brasserie: Very good experience. A great place for dinner, just steps from the train station. The croque-madame was wonderful, a must-try for those who love it :)

02/01/2026: The experience I just had was surreal and has definitely discouraged me from ever returning to this establishment, which, admittedly, makes good pastries. I ordered a latte with oat milk and insisted twice on whether they had oat milk. Leaving Sandyan, I realized I'd been served cow's milk, to which I'm severely intolerant. So I went back to ask them to change the milk—I barely received an apology. And then, to top it all off, they replaced my €6.50 latte with an espresso-sized coffee with a tiny splash of oat milk because, and I quote, "we forgot to charge you for the oat milk supplement!" Seriously, how outrageous! Half the good cafes don't even charge extra for oat milk, but on top of that, after a mistake on THEIR part that could have made me SICK, they reduced my coffee by a factor of four under the pretext that they forgot the oat milk supplement. I protested, and the woman simply transferred it to a larger cup, adding oat milk which, by the way, is bad and acidic (don't expect Oatly). According to Article L.217-4 of the French Consumer Code, businesses are obligated to provide a service that conforms to the order. Serving a product different from the one explicitly requested constitutes non-compliance. Under Article 1103 of the French Civil Code, the contract is binding between the parties. An internal error by the business (forgetting an extra charge, billing error) cannot, under any circumstances, justify a unilateral modification of the service or a degradation of the product served. Replacing a paid-for latte with a less expensive drink without the customer's consent is contrary to the principles of consumer law and fair business practices, as outlined by the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). Finally, Article L.421-3 of the French Consumer Code imposes a safety obligation. Serving cow's milk despite an explicit request for oat milk, in the context of a reported food intolerance, constitutes a serious breach of this obligation. In the event of an error attributable to the professional, the only response that complies with the law and business ethics is a replacement with the same product or a full refund, at no extra cost. Shameful, unprofessional, despicable behavior. Never again.
