12/07/2026: I regularly use Click & Collect with the option that automatically detects my arrival near the restaurant. Unfortunately, with my last three orders, I encountered the exact same problem. Each time, I received a notification that my order was ready, then I waited several minutes in the parking lot without anyone bringing it to me. The first time, I didn't say anything, thinking it might have been a one-off. The second time, after waiting for almost 10 minutes, I went to ask about my order. A staff member told me, "We can't know you're here." Yet, the restaurant is entirely glass-enclosed, the app signals my arrival nearby, and even displays the make, model, and color of my vehicle. The whole point of this service is precisely to avoid the customer having to enter the restaurant. Today, the third time: same scenario. After waiting a few minutes despite the notification that my order was ready, I went straight inside. The bags were already prepared and waiting on the counter, with no one bothering to bring them out. The result: cold fries, lukewarm food, and half-melted ice cream. It's a shame to offer a Click & Collect service with proximity detection if it doesn't work properly. When a customer chooses this option, they legitimately expect their order to be brought to them without having to enter the restaurant.

07/08/2026: The security guard practically assaulted us to make sure we'd ordered before going to the restroom. Unacceptable, especially since we'd only placed a small order to get the code and change our baby. We even showed him the cups. He was threatening for absolutely no reason... in short, avoid this place. Besides, the restaurant was filthy, with sticky tables and floors, and overflowing bins.

05/08/2026: Our order was incomplete; we only realized this when we got home. I tried to report it on the app, but it says it was a click and collect order, whereas we ordered for in-store pickup. We are unable to confirm our claim. Thank you for your response.

04/08/2026: If I could give zero stars, I wouldn't! This restaurant doesn't even deserve one. I've been coming here for years because it's the only one near my house. There are only oversights and mistakes, and this happens with every single order, without exception. The manager of this establishment refuses to hire competent staff. The worst part is that there are mistakes on very simple orders, and what's more, sometimes there's no one else there except my order. It's unacceptable! I'm thinking of contacting the higher-ups because I'm fed up with eating cold food because I have to go back to the McDonald's in Grenade to fix something I forgot or made a mistake. Nothing works at this place!

17/08/2026: I was very disappointed with this McDonald's, but why, you might ask? When I walked in, I almost lost my flip-flop because the floor was so sticky, not to mention the smell of vomit in the restaurant. After that, my friend and I decided to eat on the patio, and imagine my surprise when I saw a rat, then a second, a third, and then a fourth! I felt like a kid again, watching the movie Ratatouille. More seriously, hearing rat noises and seeing them near the tables is rather unpleasant. One customer even mentioned it to an employee who had the nerve to reply that there are rats in every restaurant. I don't know what restaurants you go to, sir, but for your own health, I suggest you reconsider your choices. In conclusion, I advise you to avoid this restaurant, unless you're a Pixar fan.

17/08/2026: We went to eat at the McDonald's in Blagnac this evening, and I had an experience I'd never had before, which prompted me to post a review to raise awareness among as many people as possible who might be considering it. Right from the start, the smell of vomit upon entering the restaurant already gave us clues about the hygiene and cleanliness of McDonald's, but this was confirmed when we first stepped onto the sticky floor, with fries, empty sauce containers, etc., scattered everywhere. It was already quite disgusting, so we decided to sit on the patio. What a surprise to see that we weren't the only ones eating, as rats had joined us on the tables and in the trash cans. We saw at least four of them wandering around. Other people who were also on the patio, just as outraged as we were, went to speak to the restaurant employees, and their only response was, "But there are rats in every restaurant in France." " The only advice I can give is: go somewhere else; it will only be better for your health."
