07/03/2026: So, as someone who loves McFlurry ice cream, I'm so disgusted. It's been months since I last had one... I find a long hair in the middle of my ice cream! Paying over €4 to eat just a few spoonfuls 😖

19/02/2026: I'm giving it one star to avoid zero. We wanted to have a pleasant time with the children, what a disappointment! It was cold, and you have to keep your jacket on to eat! The children's play area is disgusting; the floor is sticky even though they ask the children to take their shoes off! So much for hygiene! In any case, I will never set foot in this so-called restaurant again!

31/03/2026: To begin with, you don't even deserve one star! We came to eat Sunday evening with our children, and the service was a complete disaster. We had to send my husband's 280g order back three times, our son's 280g order once, and the cheese order once... Then, around 9 pm, four out of the six of us, including children, started feeling unwell with diarrhea and abdominal pain. But it didn't end there. Our 8-year-old son has been vomiting since Sunday, with diarrhea and stomach pains that are beyond words! I complained and spoke to a competent person who said she would pass the information along and keep me informed. I didn't hear back, so I called again today and got an incompetent, bitter person, bordering on rude, who still asked me what we had eaten for breakfast and lunch, as if it might have come from our house... Only our three children, who had Happy Meals, were unaffected... There's definitely a serious problem! If my son isn't better tomorrow, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to McDonald's headquarters and the health and safety inspectorate.

29/03/2026: Ordered via Deliveroo. Very disappointed by the quantity: €6 for a half-full jar is clearly excessive. The quality/price ratio is completely unacceptable. At this price, a full portion should be the standard!

28/01/2026: This is my second time there, and both times I've had an amazing time. The food is excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients beautifully presented. The place is very clean, and the service is incredibly friendly.

18/03/2026: We arrived before the evening rush, around 6:45 pm, and yet the overall condition of the establishment was already very poor. The restrooms were particularly unacceptable: overflowing trash can, paper towels strewn across the floor and sink, a wobbly and unstable faucet, and damaged seals. Such a level of neglect inevitably raises questions about hygiene in the kitchen. One can also question the management of the establishment: is there a manager present to supervise and maintain minimum standards? I come once a year, but this experience confirms that even that's too much. In short: high prices for mediocre quality in a dirty environment.

17/03/2026: This is the second time I've been to the McDonald's in Santa. I figured things could go wrong sometimes, but this is beyond the pale. The service was on par with a 4-star restaurant, but the state of the McDonald's leaves much to be desired. If you want to claim to offer 4-star service, you should at least clean up properly!

28/03/2026: The atmosphere is nice. Positive point: The waiter is great! Always friendly and helpful, I have nothing to complain about. Negative point: I still find the prices a bit excessive, especially for a cocktail that's often juice/syrup-based, sometimes with lemonade or sparkling water... it's not cheap. But overall, it's still good value for money. Let's just say the atmosphere and the warmth of the place somewhat compensate for the slightly higher prices. I recommend it!

19/12/2025: A friendly restaurant where we regularly go with colleagues. The variety of dishes offered is truly impressive; there's something for everyone. The cold appetizer buffet is a real bonus, with a special mention for the cold roast 😄 From start to finish, everything is delicious and well-prepared. A sure bet in Marly for a pleasant time over a great meal.
