21/01/2026: It's always quite difficult not to seem invisible when ordering at a bar. I've already left because, clearly, I don't even deserve a glance. Furthermore, this bar is teeming with mice upstairs. I thought it was an isolated incident, but judging by the comments, it seems not. I've witnessed it myself. How can you serve them in a place like this?

06/12/2025: Excellent kebab shop in Hettange; I've been going there for a long time. The sandwiches are generously filled and delicious. The owners are always smiling and very friendly. I highly recommend it.

12/12/2025: I took a drive-thru order, I don't have a receipt, there was no ice cream in my meal which I paid for instead of my daughter's children's meal, potatoes instead of fries and a really basic hamburger, that said the very friendly manager of McDonald's called me to find a solution and I thank him.

25/01/2026: Arrived Friday around 3 pm, no customers, the restaurant was filthy, our shoes were sticking to the floor, it was so disgusting, breadcrumbs everywhere on the stairs. The toilets... no comment... once is enough, never again! I don't understand how you can stay open knowing you've been getting the same complaints for months. At least train your staff in basic hygiene standards!

21/01/2026: Great experience at the KFC in Metz Jouy! Fast service, very friendly staff, and well-prepared food 🍗👌. The meals are delicious, and the tenders and burgers are nice and crispy. Pleasant atmosphere for eating in or taking away. I highly recommend it!

22/10/2025: He's stingy with portions, he's too stingy with the doses, even though he's a loyal customer. He wants to fool me by putting them on a plate instead of on a tray. Disappointed.

Cuisine bonne, service décevant, on ne nous a pas demandé si nous désirions prendre du vin avec les plats, Nous nous sommes déplacés pour aller chercher une bouteille d’eau.Verre cassé au sol dangereux, verre fêlé sur la table, éclairage un peu léger. . Prix corrects. Bonne soirée.

29/01/2026: Stopped in for a late lunch to take away. Friendly staff. Food tasted fresh and presented well and reasonably priced. One guy working in his own doing a fantastic job, I’ll always support businesses like this over big chains.

25/12/2025: Avoid this place at all costs! I found a 5cm bone in my kebab sandwich (see photo)! The establishment refuses to refund me and offers to make me another sandwich. A truly unacceptable experience.

08/11/2025: Update following today's visit (November 8, 2025). We decided to give them a second chance. No regrets! We were served by Coralie. Thanks to her, the rating is now a perfect 5. Very pleasant and smiling. It immediately makes you want to come back. No complaints. (Except thank you for the excellent service.) What used to be the only weak point has now become one of the strong points. — The food is very good, no complaints there. However, the state of the tables was disappointing… They were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The person who greeted us wasn't smiling and was very rushed, just to serve us quickly. Our meal was placed on their tray in a hurry without a goodbye, a "enjoy your meal," or a "bon appétit." Seriously disappointed…

11/12/2025: I just ordered a simple hot chocolate and a mini chocolate donut. There was no one there; it was around 4 PM. I left with just a milk, then turned around. The waitress didn't even know she was supposed to give them a packet of powdered milk; she was directed to a colleague. I left again and discovered a white chocolate donut. The server took ages to bring me my order and ultimately didn't give me anything that matched what I asked for. If I'd had the time, I would have turned right around. I'm not going to McDonald's anymore. This was a one-off, and it confirms that I won't be going back. At every McDonald's, the staff is incompetent and slow.
