20/07/2026: A truly mediocre experience. Customers smoke with impunity in the bar area near the entrance, and the wait to be served is incredibly long. You might say this when waitresses take hits between orders in the back room near the terrace (so much for hygiene!). The buffet is mediocre and poorly laid out, with people bumping into you without apologizing, reflecting the overall image of the restaurant… And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

16/09/2026: We had our wedding on September 12th at La Grange. And we wanted to thank Marion for her dedication, professionalism, and kindness! But we also wanted to thank everyone who made our wedding run perfectly, because the staff was incredible and the food was perfect! And what can we say about the venue… magnificent!! We are so grateful to La Grange aux Ormes for this wonderful day and we highly recommend it!!

16/09/2026: Truly an incredible venue, from the very first visits where we fell in love with it to the end of our wedding. Marion took care of everything, from quotes and explanations to advice; she and her colleagues managed everything perfectly. The staff is amazing! On the big day, Saturday, September 12th, everything was beautifully coordinated. The food we tasted beforehand was incredible, a 10/10. The master of ceremonies was fantastic! The venue was magnificent. Their availability and helpfulness in resolving the little problems that can arise during wedding planning—something everyone knows—were handled to perfection! They recommended a fireworks company: Aquareves, and the fireworks display was simply incredible!! 🎆 Go for it without hesitation!! A thousand thanks again, you were the best! 😍

22/09/2026: Best bar in Metz, I've been going there regularly for several years and the bartenders are great, especially Zoé, the best!

10/09/2026: I ordered Belgian beer at two places here in Metz. They are beautiful cafés, making you think they know how it's done. But (how is it possible!), you get it in a lemonade glass. That ruins everything. A Paix Dieu in a lemonade glass! How do they come up with that? In Dijon, they've got it better at Café Delirium.

07/09/2026: Please check that Uber orders are complete; given the price we pay, it will prevent refund requests. The service and quality are much better in Rother; it used to be the opposite. The fries and potatoes are always cold when you eat there.

26/08/2026: I just got McDonald's takeout: vegetarian nuggets from the Best Of meal and a Happy Meal with a cheeseburger. I get home and find chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger. I tried calling them to sort it out, but I couldn't get through, and since I have a young child, I can't go out again. It's understandable that they made a mistake, but being unreachable is unacceptable.

09/08/2026: The service is getting slower and slower, both in the restaurant and at the drive-thru… We saw a family with a toddler who waited an hour before being served, and we ourselves were stuck at the drive-thru several times with an infant waiting in the car with us… It's really disappointing for a McDonald's… I hope you improve your service soon…

09/08/2026: Mac Fleury glittery ice cream cone with a large empty space in the middle. The establishment was only moderately clean: sticky floors and tables.

19/09/2026: I stopped by the Subway at 13 Rue du Four Banal in Thionville while visiting the area and had a very good overall experience. I ordered the steak and cheese sub, and it was delicious—fresh, hot, and prepared just the way I wanted. The customer service was also very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of seating inside, which was nice because I could sit down and enjoy my meal comfortably. There were a couple of things that could be improved. I noticed quite a few flies around the soda machine, and that area could definitely have been kept cleaner. Parking is also a bit of an issue. I had to park about a 10-minute walk away and walk over to the restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed the food and the friendly service. With a little more attention to cleanliness around the soda machine and better parking options, this would be an even better experience.

10/08/2026: I went around 2 PM. I never complain, but the service was ridiculous. I ordered an Ultra Box, which was served in a bag that was way too small, so I had to stand in it. And they handed me the drink, which is normal... how am I supposed to roll around holding it? When I asked for a stand, they looked at me like, "What am I asking for?" Seriously, it's a shame I can't post pictures. The fries were soggy and undercooked. Frankly, it had been a while since I'd been there, but this time, I definitely won't be back. Disappointing.

09/08/2026: It just arrived and it's not even our order, not even enough for two people. It's shameful, especially considering the price! They couldn't even be bothered to check the order, and there's no way to contact the delivery driver, of course.

23/08/2026: Positive points: The food was very good and the cuisine was excellent. Negative points: Unfortunately, the service needs improvement. There was no welcome whatsoever (not even a greeting upon entering), and we were seated very coldly. Things didn't improve from there: when I simply handed a dish to my grandmother to save the waiter from having to go all the way around the table, I was reprimanded. The same thing happened when it came time to pay: we were waiting to be charged, and the waiter, in a particularly bad mood, practically yelled at us for blocking the way (even though the checkout area is right next to the kitchen...). It's a shame, because the food is good, but the staff's lack of politeness and rigidity spoiled the experience.

23/08/2026: We came as a group of 10 for a birthday celebration and thoroughly enjoyed trying the American BBQ! Everything was homemade, the portions were generous and well-cooked – in short, it was delicious. Special mention goes to Mathieu and Sullivan, the two servers, who kept us entertained all evening with their infectious good humor.

06/09/2026: For me, this is one of the worst kebab places in the area: zero portions, dry meat, no sauce, absolutely nothing about it... and the service is seriously lacking, plus they won't be accepting cards in 2026... In short, it's changed a lot; it wasn't like this 10 years ago.

27/09/2026: The service at the McDonald's on the roundabout at Place de l'Europe in Saint-Avold is unacceptable. Endless waits, ignored customers, and total disorganization. We were forced to go to the McDonald's near Cora to get decent service. It's high time this establishment reorganized.

23/08/2026: The place is very clean, but the employees tend to forget things in orders.

06/09/2026: No one has to go to Kebs in Crehange, it's 10 times better.

18/08/2026: Order placed yesterday at 6:15 PM (bowl, kebab, naan). We were told delivery would be between 7:30 PM and 7:40 PM. At 7:55 PM, still nothing. I called and was told sometimes that the driver was "about to leave," sometimes that he had "already left"—contradictory answers that were not reassuring. The delivery finally arrived at 8:20 PM, even though we live only 10 minutes from the restaurant. As for the quality: the kebab was noticeably lacking in sauce, and the whole thing was far too salty. As a result, my child was sick after the meal. Between the delay, the lack of transparency regarding the delivery tracking, and the disappointing quality, it's difficult to recommend. Avoid at all costs.

25/07/2026: Hugo was very professional and attentive to the customers, which is a welcome change from other restaurants. A simple "How are you?" is always appreciated by customers. Thank you for your work. McDonald's Thionville

06/09/2026: We came on a Saturday night at 10 pm for an Irish coffee, and the waiter refused to serve us, saying the coffee machine had already been cleaned, even though they close at 2 am 😡 We went back on Sunday afternoon. The weather was nice, and we wanted to sit outside and add another table since there were several of us, but the waiter still refused. Even if we moved a table, we would have put it back when we left. The waiter is really unfriendly and even arrogant. No wonder there are fewer customers 😡 We've been here before, and the other waiter was much nicer, and even the bartender was. Oh well, they lost some customers, and we went somewhere else where it was nicer 😊

14/08/2026: We ordered a half-pint of sparkling wine to start while we waited for our cocktails. The waiter, turning his back and walking away, replied, "We don't have any!" I wonder where the friendly atmosphere is! We left...

22/09/2026: Not many customers, some dirty tables, and a somewhat long wait. Within acceptable limits.

13/09/2026: Pauline and Cindy, from the McDonald's in Manom, are two rare gems. Always smiling, professional, and naturally kind, they make every visit a pleasure. We need more people like them in this profession. Thank you for your excellent work, girls!
