25/08/2026: A warm welcome and healthy products, with a variety of ingredients to keep things interesting. I had a lentil bowl with spinach leaves, chicken, guacamole, marinated cucumbers and zucchini with a honey mustard sauce, as well as some desserts; it was very good.

18/07/2026: I discovered this on Thursday and I think this concept is fantastic. You choose your base (pasta, green salad, etc.), then add four ingredients to go with your salad. There are many choices, as well as a variety of sauces. I'll definitely be back.

16/08/2026: We've been coming here for several years now. Fresh produce, everything is homemade, only quality products. I highly recommend it; a very good culinary experience to share with family or friends.

12/09/2026: A fantastic time by the Nive River! A truly lovely setting by the water in Bayonne. Everything was perfect, from the delicious tapas to the fruity and delightful local Kupela cider. An excellent place to unwind and enjoy a great meal; I highly recommend it!

13/06/2026: What a fantastic find! While on holiday in Bayonne, I went twice because I loved it so much! The café has a great vibe, the waitresses are lovely, and most importantly, the coffee is delicious. I tried the latte and the iced latte, both excellent. I also highly recommend the dark chocolate and hazelnut cookie – it was amazing!

09/06/2026: A lovely setting for afternoon tea. The vegan brownie was simply divine. Everything is delicious. The terrace is fantastic. I highly recommend it!

26/09/2026: This used to be my favourite restaurant in Saint Jean de Luz but for some reason it has changed. The quality of the food has gone down unfortunately. Our waitress was very rude and when my husband complained about different portion sizes(his cheesecake was literally half the size of mine) she just said they’re the same and walked off. I also think they should change their opening hours on google. They will not serve you after 13:30 despite google saying they are open until 14. We won’t be returning and it is a real shame.

25/08/2026: Several experiences at different times of the day. Coffee in the morning. Lunch at midday. After-work drinks in the evening. Lovely waiter. Simple and delicious food at a reasonable price. Warm atmosphere, a place where locals of all ages seem to enjoy meeting up. I recommend it.

From the appetizers to the end of the meal, everything was impeccable: the organization, the service, and of course, the food itself. A fantastic team, with servers who were attentive yet discreet, polite, and considerate. Thank you again for everything; we had a wonderful evening. Thank you for making it so special.

13/09/2026: We went to eat at Le Georges wondering if it would be just another tourist trap… and we were pleasantly surprised. We sat on the terrace and everything we ordered was excellent and piping hot: the entrecote with fries was cooked exactly as I asked, rare, with all the trimmings, and the desserts were amazing (the panna cotta with red berries and the café gourmand, with its slice of Basque cake, both delicious). The service was very good, with plenty of attentive staff. The only downside: the tables on the terrace are very close together, and to get out you have to move the ones next to you; even so, it's so comfortable that afterward we went inside to the bar for a drink. Highly, highly recommended.

And a huge plus: dogs are welcome 🐶❤️ One small drawback: it's a shame there's only one non-alcoholic beer option… although the one they offer is really great! 🥳
