16/08/2026: We've been coming here for several years now. Fresh produce, everything is homemade, only quality products. I highly recommend it; a very good culinary experience to share with family or friends.

13/08/2026: The owner was very unfriendly. There were no tables outside, and you couldn't choose which one you wanted inside. In short, we left.

09/10/2026: Lunch with colleagues, we had booked just in case, the set menu was excellent, the free-range chicken was nice and plump, and the raspberry dessert was very light, a perfect ending to the meal. Special mention goes to the "7-tier salad" starter, presented with originality. The service was quick and friendly from the staff. 👍👍

12/10/2026: An absolute must-visit in Bayonne! A hidden gem tucked away at the foot of the Old Castle. Everything is perfect: the specialty coffee is excellent, and the brunch/lunch options are a delight. You can immediately taste the freshness of the local produce and the homemade quality in every dish (we especially loved their pastries!). The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, the decor is stylish, and the staff is very welcoming. Just be sure to arrive early, as the place is very popular, but it's well worth the wait. Go without hesitation!

30/09/2026: A very beautiful setting, as well as a pleasant terrace, the price may be a little high, but it was very good.

15/10/2026: The service was terrible. We waited half an hour to order, and when we finally ordered food, two of the four items we wanted were unavailable. We asked for a minute to look at the menu again and find alternatives. That minute we spent deciding turned into 20 minutes with the waiter pretending not to notice us so he wouldn't have to serve us again. Finally, another waitress came and told us the kitchen was closed.

25/08/2026: Several experiences at different times of the day. Coffee in the morning. Lunch at midday. After-work drinks in the evening. Lovely waiter. Simple and delicious food at a reasonable price. Warm atmosphere, a place where locals of all ages seem to enjoy meeting up. I recommend it.

24/09/2026: The restaurant "Chez Julien" in Thèze is renowned for its delicious home-style cooking, fresh ingredients, and excellent value. However, if you're curious or simply want to browse the catering menu, you'll find a wide selection of succulent dishes, including veal sauté with forest mushrooms or sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, offering a taste of fine French cuisine. 14/08/2026: We contacted Julien for our wedding, and we have absolutely no regrets! I recommend him without hesitation. From the appetizers to the end of the meal, everything was impeccable: the organization, the service, and of course, the food itself. A fantastic team, with servers who were attentive yet discreet, polite, and considerate. Thank you again for everything; we had a wonderful evening. Thank you for making it so special.

And a huge plus: dogs are welcome 🐶❤️ One small drawback: it's a shame there's only one non-alcoholic beer option… although the one they offer is really great! 🥳

04/09/2026: Disgusting food! I've never seen anything like it in the Basque Country where we've lived for 10 years. Probably a staffing problem, but that doesn't excuse anything!

09/10/2026: This Friday, October 9th. The manager was pathetic and disrespectful. I returned after receiving the wrong burger, and she clearly told me it was my fault and that I should have checked the screen myself, even though they had completely made a mistake. Not even a gesture of goodwill, nothing at all. Shameful. It's unacceptable to react like that. Unbelievable!
