Nothing is going well, the service is really more than deplorable. The staff is very rude and has no sense of customer service and welcome. The orders are all wrong and they don't even apologize for it.
The service is the longest I have ever seen, there is nothing fast anymore.
This McDonald's is a shame!

30/03/2024: A big thank you and congratulations to the young man who was there today at noon outside to take drive-thru orders on this rainy day bordering on torrential rain.
In addition there are 2 McDonald's closer to me but I prefer to come to this one which is much better, stay like that

05/04/2024: I went to this McDonald's this evening to drive through. I was there alone car. It was quick to place the order. To pay I waited 5 minutes....no one wanted my money!!!! After waiting at the collection counter for almost 10 more minutes....I saw my bag through the window but no one came to give it to me. I would like to point out again that I was the only car in drive....I imagine during peak periods!!!! I had to complain to get my bag with just “excuse us” from the waiter.....
It is unacceptable. Don't go to this McDonald's. I won't go anymore and I won't recommend it and it's also expensive to eat almost cold so...
30/03/2024: Disappointment they no longer use reusable tableware. Normal quality. A fork was missing for the potatoes with cheddar

31/03/2024: Came with family, 4 errors on the order, sure an order for 68€ autemp go to a restaurant.. I brought back a Royal bacon twice for a serious problem, even a dog would not have wanted to eat.. no played nest drinks for the 2 children's menu. All had a tangy taste, we left while distributing our menus to the table next to us. It was dirty everywhere. The child's play door is blocked. I almost had to break down the door to get my children out. In short, she will never be ashamed again.

Poorly served, I ask for sauces, it's extra (while Mc Do Chaponnay NO), and in the happy meal, my dessert and the book were missing....
For sure, I would NEVER go back....

Impossible to remove the paper from the wrap.. It remains stuck to the cake and tears it apart.. Impossible to hold in the hands, it decomposes!! .
EMPTY McFlurry (just a background) and 10 kitkat balls dueling!! ..photos added to the page!!
Next time I'll do 4km more to Limonest with the competition!!

02/04/2024: We went as a family for ice cream today..
They bring us completely melted ice creams, where the caramel is absent.
We complain that the price is increasing but the quantities are decreasing!
Sunday being (was) my favorite ice cream, ordered in McDonald's all over France, I can tell you that I have never had ice cream like this!
When we get the ice cream “given later” we are given an even more ridiculous ice cream (revenge?)!!
Faced with my astonishment at the ice cream presented to me, it is weighed by the “manager”.
He tells us that it weighs 145 grams instead of 143, so we should consider ourselves lucky.
Once I got home I decided to weigh it and I saw that it was 102 grams and 130 g with the caramel!!
A SHAME for an ice cream for €3.75!!
I hope dear sir that you will see my message and that you will realize that it is unacceptable to treat these customers in this way!
