14/10/2026: Three sips, and all that's left is crushed ice. €13 a glass. At that price, you expect to at least enjoy your cocktail. Either the price is too high, or there's too much ice: one of the two needs to be addressed. You can't ask customers to pay top dollar for so little to drink. And then you shouldn't complain that times are tough and customers are staying away from outdoor patios. Making people want to come back starts with the feeling that they're getting their money's worth. Being ripped off once is enough.

05/10/2026: Clearly my favorite bar in Lyon for the past two years. So many memories at this bar, the welcome is always so warm. The bartenders are always lovely, they recognize us and are so accommodating when we need more space on the terrace. I've celebrated two birthdays there, and even though they can't take reservations, they always do their best to make us feel comfortable and offer us free shots whenever they can. In short, Viktor is the place to be, and thanks to Léo and Julien who liven up our evenings every time! 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻

27/09/2026: I am outraged! My partner and I ordered two Happy Meals. He ordered a hamburger without mustard or pickles, and he enjoyed what he ordered. However, I ordered a cheeseburger without onions or mustard. Imagine my surprise when I discovered a cheeseburger without onions, without mustard, but also without pickles and without cheese—unbelievable for a cheeseburger! So, where did my cheese go? I was left with a bitter taste of disappointment at not receiving what I wanted.

08/09/2026: There was a very unpleasant smell in this restaurant, enough to make you nauseous. Other customers reported the same thing, but it didn't seem to bother anyone…

08/09/2026: Cold meal, illegal display, especially broken glasses charged for the XL menu, drinks like Vittel (bottle size not specified at the dispenser) not correctly ordered. Words were exchanged between people behind the counter, later corrected by the manager, even exaggerated. There was a strong odor at the entrance of Quick, noticed by myself and several other customers who entered later, including children; I quote, "It stinks in here." After multiple exchanges with the manager that evening, there was absolutely no customer service. This was a first and last time for me, because I admit to making mistakes, but this seems to be a recurring issue.

03/10/2026: We didn't have the chance to try the food and drinks on offer; the waiters didn't bother to pay any attention to us, clear the table, or even bring us a menu while we waited: three waiters for a terrace with 10 tables that was only half full… would a smile and a hello be too much to ask? Very disappointed!

Our Friday ritual with my colleagues is always a pleasure, thanks in particular to the servers who welcome us so warmly and respectfully serve us quickly. Special mention goes to the young trainee waitress who is very dedicated. An excellent place.

The service is excellent at every stage of the process, with careful checking of the ingredients to ensure we're happy with our choices. I particularly appreciated the staff's attentiveness; they didn't hesitate to ask for confirmation about the sauces.

05/10/2026: Very disappointing. It was my first time there, and I wasn't expecting this. When we were seated, we hadn't anticipated that the rooftop had a limited number of tables with a view, so we ended up overlooking the people who did. When several tables left, giving us the opportunity to enjoy the rooftop, another table without a view asked to be moved. The servers who seated them placed them right in front of us, even though other tables with a view that wouldn't have been in anyone's way could have been offered. The welcome was generally quite good, but the service was disorganized. Despite the server's best efforts, it wasn't a success. We weren't asked if we wanted an aperitif, and the wine (a €160 bottle) arrived after the meal had already begun. Instead of a carafe of water, we were given a bottle of mineral water, without being informed of the price. When we ordered, we were told that it was possible to order à la carte, but once again, no prices were listed and the waiter seemed unsure of himself. This sense of doubt persisted throughout the entire meal. We then placed our order. Immediately afterward, the amuse-bouche arrived. Five to ten minutes later, the waiter returned to inform us that the only vegetarian dish was no longer available because they had sold out. We changed our order, much to our disappointment, because if we had known, we wouldn't have ordered the full menu. No other vegetarian options were offered. We were still waiting for the wine, which finally arrived at the same time as the appetizer. When it came time for the appetizers, the waiter came back to ask us again what we had ordered for our main course, and if it was indeed the fish (spoiler alert: we hadn't ordered the fish). We figured the meal was going to be a long one. We were served quickly for the rest of the meal, with the waiter still in sight, looking a bit lost, but overall it was fine for the remainder of the meal. As for the food, everything we ate was good, even if it lacked a certain something. I particularly enjoyed the green lentils with coconut and the passion fruit flan. Everything else was well-prepared, but with a distinct chef's touch. Therefore, I found the menu expensive, especially since I left with a slight sense of disappointment and a little voice in my head telling me I probably wouldn't be back.

22/09/2026: So, between the unpleasant waitress, the crepe that was mislabeled, and the waffle that was as hard as a potato chip, nothing's going right, so please replace your unpleasant waitress ASAP!!! And make sure your waffle batter isn't so hard because I feel like I'm eating a bunch of potato chips rather than a waffle with Nutella spread all wrong. And next time, be more careful with the rum when you put it in the crepe and don't skimp on the caramel. Thanks!

03/10/2026: Good morning, Madam/Sir, you have a rating of 3.8, which is not a good score, and I know why. Yesterday, my friend and I were there. The owner served us well, however, her employee who took over was incredibly rude! I don't know if she's frustrated with her life, or if she has a disability (if so, I apologize, but that's no excuse), she is completely unprofessional! I am a trained head waitress in the restaurant industry. I have worked in renowned Parisian establishments, and I can tell you that your waitress, the rather large "Dame Blanche," is therefore unprofessional in terms of interpersonal skills, professional conduct, and communication! There are training courses offered by France Travail on verbal and non-verbal communication with customers. Customers are what keep the business afloat, not the other way around, so it is very important to know how to communicate and serve them well!

21/09/2026: A wonderful time on the terrace, the food was delicious and generous, and the service was very friendly. I highly recommend it.
