30/03/2024: Unique experience. I'm not a big meat lover but I admit that I have never eaten such tender meat. Very warm welcome and the waiter (Lionel) gave very good advice. Everything was perfect. Would not change a thing.

The servers are friendly and attentive. They know what they're talking about. In particular Yassine, a top-notch server. A word of advice, keep it! He was able to make up for a mistake in an honorable manner. The mistake turned into a good moment. Being in the restaurant business myself, we feel that the guy has the trick. Thanks again!

28/03/2024: A real discovery, a warm welcome in a splendid setting where everyone feels at home. I had the pleasure of tasting a white beer with a slice of lemon, pure joy. What followed was a sauerkraut with 6 meats, what can I say, nothing, a pleasure perhaps a small downside, my stomach too small for so much generosity, a treat!
I witnessed a magnificent ballet of the two waitresses who took care of the tables while ensuring the service of the takeaway flamenckuch, without ever disturbing the customers. A true pleasure of discretion and valor.
I would come back with great pleasure to discover other culinary wonders.
28/03/2024: Great restaurant, waiters and really good service, really affordable and very good dishes with quality products, I highly recommend it if you want to taste traditional Alsatian cuisine

La choucroute royale y est exceptionnelle avec une généreuse portion de viande tendre et savoureuse, témoignant de l'attention porté a la qualité des plats . La viande était servie bien chaude, signe d'une cuisine fraiche et soignée, et les portions sont copieuses pour se régaler sans frustration. Mais ce qui m'a vraiment marqué, c'est l'équipe en place, incroyablement sympathique et accueillante, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j'ai hâte d'y retourner pour découvrir d'autres délices culinaires !
