12/12/2025: A €15 plate of tasteless meat and an expensive mini plate of fries. I went there between two hospital appointments, and I definitely don't recommend it.

13/09/2024: Leggo commenti discordanti, io posso solo dire che il croque-monsieur che abbiamo preso era veramente buono, come il cappuccino e che è stata piacevole la colazione seduti sulla grand rue. Per questo motivo, a parte la coda quasi perenne la mattina per ordinare, posso solo consigliarlo e parlarne bene.

20/01/2025: The staff was super friendly and willing even though they only speak French. The problem is that the cake dough is completely rubbery and soft, not at all crunchy as it should be. The cheese board comes mostly with fetas, something unthinkable in a country like France. Could improve a lot

I was particularly impressed by the chef's generosity: the bread was very generously filled, with a perfect balance between the meat and the raw vegetables from start to finish. Special mention for the fries, perfectly golden and crispy, just the way we like them, which is becoming rare. They're serious about quality, both in terms of quantity and quality. I'll definitely be back!"

25/01/2026: Very high quality Chinese food. It is catered to European tastes (not spicy) - I prefer a bit of heat but understand many dont, includingmy kids. Very much enjoyed.

13/01/2026: The dishes suit my taste quite well. The staff are friendly and attentive. The restaurant is conveniently located near the city center. Prices are reasonable and offer good value for money.

16/01/2026: Cédric's espresso martini is the best, served in just the right amount and dosage – we love it!

06/01/2026: The café is cozy and has a good vibe for having drinks. Their coffee is good, but ordering a hamburger was an honest mistake.

31/12/2025: Drawn in by the window display, I tried this pastry shop with its colorful but tiny pastries priced between €3 and €4, including an éclair with overly runny cream that threatened to ruin my clothes, and most notably, a galette des rois (king cake) for €20!! The filling was meager but quickly became cloying, perched atop an excessively flaky, carelessly assembled, and tasteless pastry base.

27/09/2025: It's good, but €6 a portion for maxi-eclairs for 6... more expensive than individual éclairs in Paris in the 16th arrondissement... it's up to you...

17/12/2024: Acudimos en familia a tomar un brunch, todo estaba delicioso, tostadas y zumos muy ricos. Tuvimos que hacer una pequeña cola al entrar, pero avanza rápido y merece la pena.

11/12/2024: Ci siamo recati in questo splendido e suggestivo posticino per fare un brunch nel centro di Strasburgo. Pietanze molto buone e particolari, ricche di sapori e presentate molto bene, sia il salato che il dolce. Lo consigliamo!!

15/10/2025: You can play pétanque. If it's still available, on Mondays there's a buy-one-get-one-free burger, which might be a good idea for students. However, it's quite busy, so orders take a while to arrive.

13/09/2025: Mediocre service. The staff made a mistake with an order. When we politely commented, the waitress threw our plate on the table and left. As the evening progressed, the waitress walked by us, huffing and puffing, without us understanding why. The final straw came when we got the bill, where a Wégé hot dog was charged at the same price as a burger, i.e. €7 more. Of the eight orders, six arrived cold. The first orders arrived 30 minutes before the last (unfriendly). I do not recommend.

01/10/2024: We suddenly decided to have dinner there and it was much, much better than in another famous restaurant recommended in travel books where we had booked the day before. The food was delicious, the service was quick and friendly. Only to recommend.

29/12/2025: We were enjoying the Strasbourg Christmas markets and wanted a sit down type restaurant for a nice dinner! This place was quite busy and very festive for the Christmas week rush! We were seated promptly and ordered some wine along with the mushroom tartes flambees as well as the veal blacotts (veal is typically not my thing but wanted to try this parisian dish). Both dishes tasted good and were on-point (not amazing but certainly tasty). The only thing odd was the server claimed that they don't serve craffe of water which we know most place always offer!

23/12/2025: Espresso advertised at 2.70, paid 4.40. I didn't realize I'd gone to Paris for the price of coffee...

29/01/2026: The baguettes are fresh, high-quality, and delicious! However, two female waitresses (two short women, one of whom wears glasses) are unfriendly, disrespectful, aggressive, insolent, and incredibly frustrating! They significantly detract from my positive perception of the bread sold at this establishment! When I wait 15 minutes every day and, just as I'm about to be served, they aggressively criticize me for taking too long to choose how I want my bread done, it's outrageous! I could easily be annoyed at having waited so long to be served, and yet, I remain cheerful! Especially since I know exactly what I want quickly: bread that's not overcooked! It's not my fault if they don't always understand which baguettes I want! I can understand them being in a bad mood because of low wages and difficult working conditions due to staff shortages! However, I shouldn't have to put up with their deplorable attitude for a situation I'm not responsible for! If they're not happy, they should resign and go work elsewhere, leaving their positions to serious and friendly people who will legitimately focus on satisfying the customer!

10/01/2026: As a long-time customer, I'm a big fan of their specialty breads... And apparently, this bakery has become a place that only sells baguettes, especially on Saturdays. I'm disappointed every Saturday morning... I'll probably stop going.
