28/01/2026: We were very warmly welcomed and had a great time; the cocktails were good and the tapas were too.

22/12/2025: My friend paid for a drink with a €50 note. The owner gave her €10 in change. He denied making a mistake. As a responsible manager, the least he could have done was say he would check the till and call her back if there was an error. Stay vigilant.

31/12/2025: Our Lapsang tea arrived in New Zealand yesterday in perfect condition, and we enjoyed our first cup today. Absolutely delicious! Thank you for the prompt and efficient delivery of our package, as well as for the two samples. We just tasted your Earl Grey tea sample, which was delicious. However, Earl Grey isn't our favorite tea at the moment; we'll stick with Lapsang! Lapsang is available here in NZ, but not of the same quality as your Thé des Muses. 03/01/2026: There was a hair in my crêpe. When I asked for a new one, we were initially served the same crêpe again, told it was a new one. Only after we pointed this out did we actually receive a new crêpe – by which time we had lost our appetite. There was also a hair in my friend's crêpe. It was a case of conflicting accounts, so we ultimately accepted it. As an apology, we were offered a bottle of wine.

25/12/2025: The place is generally very nice, but unfortunately their blueberry pie was disappointing (it was completely undercooked, practically raw). To top it all off, the person charged me for it (which I didn't mind), but they should have at least offered a minimal apology for the cooking. Nothing! Anyway! I won't be going back, even though I know the person doesn't care. It's just a matter of personal feeling, and their indifference made me quite uncomfortable. (This person will easily recognize themselves, and I'm not talking about the nice waitress.)

22/01/2026: A warm and lively place, with rich and delicious traditional cuisine. (If you're on a diet, this isn't the place.) But you don't go to a Stub to eat only salad. In short, good beer, good food, and excellent service. I keep going back because life there is so pleasant.

20/01/2026: We came today for the daily special, but unfortunately, there were no seats available in the dining room (about 15 people). What a shame! But thankfully, the management found a compromise and offered a replacement menu, admittedly a bit pricey, but very, very good. The place is pleasant, spacious, the service is very professional, and the management is attentive to its customers. We can't wait to try the terrace as soon as the weather improves.
