Special mention for Chloé, an adorable waitress, whose kindness contrasts pleasantly with certain receptions that are sometimes a little cold in Alsace! The glowing reindeer in the corner adds a truly charming decorative touch. THANKS :)

The waitstaff were incredibly polite and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. The duck was phenomenal – truly out of this world – and my friend couldn’t stop raving about her vegetarian option. The appetizer was also a standout, setting the tone for a fantastic meal. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a memorable meal in Strasbourg!

19/12/2024: La Hache in Strasbourg is worth the wait, even without a reservation! While we waited about half an hour for a table, the experience was well worth it. The food was absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and impeccable presentation. The desserts were equally impressive, rounding off a fantastic meal. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic French bistro cuisine in a charming setting.

06/07/2024: There’s not much I can say that hasn’t already been said in other reviews but this place is very, very good. I sadly didn’t get to go when the kitchen was open for hot food (the menu looked amazing) but the cake I had AND the sandwich AND the coffee I had were delicious and high quality.

14/09/2024: Wir haben das Menu Dégustation genossen. Die Gänge waren hervorragend zubereitet, toll angerichtet und super abgestimmt. Ein echter Genuss! Die Weinkarte ist toll aber ziemlich (über)teuert. Lage und Service ist super. Bei der Reservation unbedingt angeben, dass man im Pavillonteil unter dem Glasdach essen will.
