30/06/2024: Dîner et dormi une nuit la bas avec ma belle sœur...et franchement il y a tout pour plaire....chambre très jolie et nickel...Le repas fait maison très bon...et comme nous étions la bas la veille d'un vol en montgolfière le patron et sa compagne qui ont l'habitude nous ont bien renseigné et on étaient très arrangeant pour l'heure du petit déjeuner et sur l'heure de départ de la chambre....en bref tout por plaire😜

28/05/2024: De retour à l'Auberge des Fontilles, après y avoir séjourné l'année dernière à la même période, nous avons passé 3 jours. Nous avions un vol en montgolfière le samedi matin. Que du bonheur, le patron, la dame qui l'aide dans ses activités sont charmant, gentils. Les repas faits maison, sont bien garnis et toujours variés, les spécialités du patron affluent dans nos assiettes. Si vous passez dans le coin, soit pour faire un vol en montgolfière, un vol en ULM (l'aérodrome se trouve à 2 km, idéal pour être à l'heure), où en temps que marcheur, alors foncez sans hésitation dans cette Auberge sympathique.

18/08/2024: Delicious meal in the garden on the Lot river. A truly special location where you can enjoy a relaxed and relaxed meal. The dog was also immediately given a bowl of fresh water, sweetie!!

09/08/2024: Un très bon petit resto qui a malheureusement cédé son bail et c'est bien dommage mais je comprends mieux quand je lis les commentaires vraiment négatifs et nuls, il y a de quoi dégoûter un bon cuisinier... Bref c'était bon et pas cher et ça n'est plus, merci les fâcheux sans bon goût ...

25/08/2025: While cycling past, I got a good coffee, good conversation, and a little power for my phone. Great view outside on the terrace in good weather. I can't comment on the room.

26/07/2024: The recipe for the perfect summer stay in Cantal? A wonderful little village, an idyllic setting and hosts, Sylvie and Michel, of incredible kindness. Two of us stayed in the Bertrande room, which was absolutely impeccably clean, very comfortable and with a simple and soothing decoration. The very well renovated and very clean establishment is a true haven of peace. The breakfast is hearty, fresh and served with a smile, which is a real pleasure. Michel and Sylvie were, in addition to all this, very good advice on hikes or walks to do in the area, as well as restaurants, farms where to find good cheese... We were so well received that we extended our stay to enjoy it a little more! We are absolutely delighted to have met you and to our stay in your beautiful house. 23/07/2024: New boss. They are in the process of doing it again, it shows. Coffee is not very expensive (around 3€ for an iced coffee). Well located.

25/08/2024: Arrivée à 13h, personnel pas souriants pas aimables et pas accueillants , boissons servis après plus de 30 min d’attente, la commande de notre repas n’était pas noté donc je n’ai pas eu le plat demandé car il n’y en avait plus… en plus de l’attente d’environ 1 h pour être servi ! Personnel très désagréable et c’était limite normal sous prétexte qu’il y avait du monde ! Dans ce cas proposer un plat unique ! Pour ne pas décevoir les gens 😊 Je déconseille ce restaurant

25/08/2024: Patron exécrable, absolument pas sympathique. Par contre le serveur et la serveuse très sympathique. Repas correct service rapide. Restaurant à fuire à cause du patron.

24/08/2024: Pleasant stay but a few points to improve: The service was correct, and the rooms were comfortable and very cool, which is always appreciated. The pool is a good point, but there is a lack of power sockets in the room which is a bit annoying. The bathroom was large enough, but I miss the bathtub that you have to step over to shower, which is not very practical at my age. A very positive point: the evening waitress was very friendly and friendly. On the other hand, the breakfast was insufficient. There was no buffet or ready-to-serve drinks, and you had to squeeze your own oranges. It's a shame, because the rest, including the evening meal, was pretty good.

11/08/2024: We just stopped to enjoy the terrace with our little dog and eat. Very very good restaurant, we discovered Truffade, an excellent dish from the region. Friendly and attentive staff, we had a pleasant time. If you pass by there you can stop there with your eyes closed.

25/08/2024: This bar is the hub of the charming village of Albepierre, where tourists and locals mingle! A wide selection of local, high-quality products (beers, honey, and desserts) is on offer! The welcome is very warm! A must-see, but be careful, they no longer serve as a restaurant!

28/11/2025: Absolutely avoid this place. Incompetent people who waste your time. I went to this bar to withdraw money that had been sent to me via Western Union. I am a citizen of the European Union. To withdraw the funds, I presented my national identity card. They refused the transaction, claiming I needed a passport to withdraw the money. I was stunned! My country has been part of the EU for almost 20 years, and I have absolutely NO legal obligation to have a passport. Furthermore, if this person had read the terms and conditions for withdrawing a Western Union transfer more carefully, they would have seen that an identity card issued by an EU country is perfectly sufficient to withdraw this money. What am I supposed to do now? Apply for a passport at my embassy? What for? To deal with someone who is incompetent in geography and European law? Perhaps you should close your Western Union location and just continue selling alcohol and cigarettes... that obviously doesn't require too much intellectual skill.

20/08/2025: By far the best bar during the street arts festival. The prices are unbeatable for both drinks and food (less than €2 for a glass of wine!) and the atmosphere is just incredible, especially when it's karaoke night on Tuesday just before the festival starts! An iconic bar not to be missed ;)
