02/03/2026: I had a drink at this bar last night.
Nice...but two problems:
You can't order at the bar; you have to sit down and wait for a server to serve you... A real shame when you're very thirsty and want to serve yourself directly at the bar...
And also, it's a shame they don't offer beers from Brasserie Nationale (which is only a few hundred meters away).

Your waiter with the shoulder-length hair and beard was very unpleasant.
He claimed we ordered a Monaco, which we never requested, and threatened to ban us from the bar if we didn't pay for this drink, which he completely made up.
To make matters worse, he was very rude and condescending.

It had all the ingredients for a perfect moment with friends.

12/02/2026: Excellent restaurant. I stop by every time I'm in Angoulême. Their chicken curry is a real treat, and whether you eat in or order a bowl, the service is fantastic. Their chicken tiramisu is also good, as is their hot Winx. A great place to go if you're visiting Angoulême. And the staff is very friendly.

11/03/2026: Visiting Angoulême for the day, we stumbled upon this restaurant around noon.
So we decided to give it a try...
The welcome was impeccable, the service perfect, and the setting pleasant.
And we weren't disappointed with the dishes we ordered.
All this at reasonable prices.
We highly recommend this restaurant.

22/02/2026: Horrible! I accompanied my friend to the bathroom (girls, you know, we always go in groups) and then, a crazy woman started banging on the door, yelling at us. My friend didn't even have time to get dressed before Pedro opened the door to yell at us again, as if she were on some unknown drug, and then violently pushed us out of the toilet. Very aggressive. Never go there, horrible experience.
21/02/2026: I was peeing, my girlfriend was holding the door open… the boss opened the door, I was shocked but it was hilarious

26/02/2026: Getting a dish delivered that had nothing to do with our order was already unacceptable. But on top of that, it wasn't even good. Way too much sauce, making it look greasy. It was the first and last time I'll ever eat at this restaurant.
