29/01/2026: Honestly, I don't understand the 4.1 rating. We were extremely disappointed. There was no choice, the staff were incredibly unfriendly and unkind, and everything was truly awful—absolutely nothing good. Even the chips were soggy. We ordered a wok with garlic sauce, and I ended up with curry. The hygiene is appalling… Avoid this place!

10/11/2025: A truly traditional Chinese restaurant—I mean, no all-you-can-eat buffet. In return, the food is made with fresh ingredients, and there's a varied menu. The only downside is the ambiance, limited seating, and it's wise to make a reservation. The portions are generous. The cook is Asian, as is her husband, who also manages the service. A meal including an aperitif, a drink, and a coffee will cost around €40, which is perfectly reasonable. Please note: they don't accept credit cards; cash or checks are required.

16/10/2025: I did not enjoy this restaurant. The service is extremely slow...they favor takeout orders. After 1 hour we only had spring rolls...next time I will order takeout because the food is good. The room is not welcoming, it was smelly when we went there.

We are vegan and we find what we're looking for here and enjoy a delicious meal every time. Suitable for everyone. Well done to the whole team.

25/02/2026: We always enjoy returning to Shanghai Wok. I often order the vegetable wok with a grilled item. My eldest daughter loves the sushi, and my youngest enjoys the fries and nuggets. The desserts are varied, and the all-inclusive drinks offer a great deal without any unpleasant surprises.

16/01/2026: A small, family-run restaurant that's very welcoming and warm! The service is very responsive and attentive despite having only one waitress and one cook. The price-quality ratio is good considering the wide selection of dishes. I highly recommend it and thank them for their attention to their customers' culinary desires :)

09/02/2026: I love trying all kinds of Asian restaurants. I kept walking past it during the renovations, and finally, the opportunity to go in presented itself! The restaurant was almost full (main dining room), but we managed to get a table as a family. The wait times were relatively short, and the food was delicious. Beautiful presentation, impeccable service, a warm welcome, and attentive staff! If I could give it a sixth star for the noise level (which could have been higher, but it wasn't at all), I would! (family with hearing difficulties)

17/01/2026: A one-hour wait... at least three tables occupied after ours were served before us, no gesture of goodwill whatsoever... first time and last. We were fed up and left having barely eaten. Unbelievable, I've never seen anything like it.

10/02/2026: A beautiful place, the food is exceptional. The chicken is halal for Muslims. Just when I was there, some people tried to leave without paying and threatened the cashier. But the cashier stood his ground. Otherwise, the place is simply incredible and I highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: I came for lunch on Saturday, February 28, 2026, around 4:50 p.m. with my older brother. It's not the first time I've noticed a problem with the service, but this time it's too much. We were regular customers. We came regularly as a family: my husband, my children, and my mother. Back then, the previous servers were friendly, smiling, and respectful. Today, the level of service has clearly declined. The waiters and waitress lacked professionalism. No smiles, no friendliness. While we ate, they stayed at the counter and watched us, which was very awkward and uncomfortable. The young waiter showed no politeness whatsoever. The waiter with the tattoo on his left arm adopted a haughty and disrespectful attitude. The waitress also made noise moving equipment, with no regard for the customers' comfort. As we were leaving, my older brother wanted to leave a tip. Personally, I believe that unfriendly service doesn't deserve a tip. A tip is a thank you for good service, not an obligation. If a comment was made about the two euros left, it was completely inappropriate. Unacceptable service from beginning to end. Two particularly rude waiters and a noisy waitress, handling equipment and sauces inappropriately during service. These preparations can and should be done before customers arrive, not during the meal. As we were leaving the restaurant, my brother clearly heard a waiter ask how much we had left as a tip. The answer: “Two euros.” Commenting on customers' tips is a complete lack of professionalism. Tips are earned. So is respect. Let me be clear: being friendly is part of the job. If you don't have a sense of service, you shouldn't work in the restaurant industry. A smile costs nothing. I'm addressing the owner: supervise your staff and ensure the quality of service. A restaurant thrives thanks to its customers. Respect must be mutual. I am deeply disappointed.

25/02/2026: Honestly, I ate very well for a great price. The dining room is extremely compact: no privacy, but it does allow you to chat with your neighbor. My only complaint is the lack of smiles...

03/03/2026: My wife and I wanted to give this restaurant, which we've known for years, another chance. Renovations were recently completed, and at first glance, the establishment appears clean and modern. However, the atmosphere remains rather cold, mainly due to the exclusively white lighting, which lacks warmth. Unfortunately, the disappointment comes with the food. The stir-fried rice noodles with various meats are particularly bland and sorely lacking in flavor. The homemade soup doesn't improve matters either. As for the shrimp rice crepes, supposedly a must-try, they are the culmination of our disappointment: a tasteless, characterless sauce that leaves a feeling of incompleteness. A successful renovation isn't enough to compensate for uninspired cuisine. For us, the experience didn't convince us, and we won't be returning.

03/03/2026: We went to this restaurant on Chinese New Year. The service is quick and impeccable, but you feel a bit rushed by the waiters to eat quickly when it's busy! You get the impression of being constantly watched so you can make room for someone else: it's a little awkward. Otherwise, the food is good, but it's not for big eaters…
