28/06/2026: A small restaurant where the owners are happy to welcome you. I have nothing but praise for both the food and the service... I was delighted with my visit to Sowok. The only downside is the difficulty finding parking.

18/09/2026: A Chinese self-service restaurant that does its job very well. The food is very fresh and the variety of dishes and recipes is delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient. You can go there without hesitation.

16/09/2026: We went there on September 16, 2026, at lunchtime. We were extremely disappointed by the buffet. All the fried food was overcooked, truly inedible. We pointed this out, but they didn't care. The leg of lamb was overcooked, as was the Peking duck, cut into large pieces and without sauce. The chicken curry was very average, the caramel chicken was good, but the rest was really not good at all. The desserts were varied but of mediocre quality. In short, we do not recommend this restaurant.

06/09/2026: Simply excellent! We go there very often and are never disappointed. The prices are very affordable for everyone, the dishes are hearty, and the portions are generous, whether it's for main courses, appetizers, or even drinks. Special mention for the Peking duck, which is simply excellent! And a huge plus: everything is already laid out on the table to accompany the dishes: salt, pepper, nuoc-mâm sauce, chili paste, whole green chilies, Chinese vinegar, Sriracha sauce… It's truly amazing and allows you to season exactly how you like it! 🌶️ Even when it's busy, the service remains just as quick and efficient, which is really appreciated. A very good restaurant, simple, unpretentious, with good food and reasonable prices. We highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

07/09/2026: I didn't originally intend to give it a star, but the cashier was busy and unwilling to process our payment, which resulted in an extra 32 minutes spent getting back to Rennes city center.

03/07/2026: We were in the neighborhood and wanted to eat Asian food, so we found this restaurant and, what a surprise! A warm welcome, flavorful cuisine, and delicious dishes. The restaurant is clean (including the restrooms) and the atmosphere isn't too noisy. In short, we were won over. And to top it all off, a hot towel to clean our hands and face, something I hadn't seen in a restaurant for a long time. I highly recommend it.

11/09/2026: It's unfortunate that online delivery isn't available, even though a "delivery" tab appears. The message "delivery only during opening hours" consistently appears! This was indicated when I visited the store, but nothing changes.

09/05/2026: It's great, I used to go there often when I was little. The ladies who work there are welcoming and very friendly. Superb, I highly recommend it!!

18/08/2026: A bit disappointed at lunchtime today; it's usually very good, but I found the quality to be down. The Chinese noodles were rubbery, there was a green fly in the sushi... they need to get their act together quickly.

12/08/2026: I used to come regularly, it was really great. Having recently returned, we came for dinner tonight, and what a difference! It's much worse in every way. The welcome was just okay, the food was sparse, much less appetizing to look at, and indeed, not as good. Luckily, drinks were included because, frankly, the price... pffffff. In short, very disappointed.

30/08/2026: The price-quality ratio is absolutely perfect! After a movie, we stopped here; the service was welcoming and we were served quickly. I recommend it.

24/08/2026: We waited less than 10 minutes for our order. By the time we sat down, the food had already arrived. It was delicious. There was a lot of shrimp in the super, which surprised me.

05/06/2026: The more I go, the worse it gets... I remember when the food was better. It used to have flavor... now it's all mass-produced. And the worst part is, it's become expensive for what it is. The dining room is deteriorating and lacks character. And as for the service, don't expect them to be friendly... that would be forcing them to say hello. Seriously, I arrived. No "hello sir/madam," just a curt "Eat in or take away" as they whizzed past us. What a shame.

06/08/2026: The shrimp were old and reheated. They smelled bad. A complete lack of care. The toilets were a breeding ground for infection. I will never go back.

06/08/2026: My experience at City Wok in Metz was very disappointing. The food seemed stale, and the shrimp had a bad odor. They were rubbery, making them seem unfresh. Furthermore, desserts were often unavailable, and several dishes were out of stock. The serving trays were constantly nearly empty, giving the impression that they were deliberately underfilled, making it difficult to serve oneself properly. The lack of customer service is evident. I am very disappointed with this restaurant and will not be returning.

17/08/2026: One of the best Thai meals we've ever had. Refined dishes, bursting with flavor. The same goes for the dessert. Warm welcome.
