28/08/2026: I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The dish I ordered arrived cold, which is really disappointing for a restaurant meal. Furthermore, I find the prices particularly high compared to the quality offered. €4.50 for a simple can of Coca-Cola is really excessive.

29/08/2026: Honestly, a huge disappointment. We came for Chinese food and expected to have a good time… unfortunately, we mostly regretted coming. The dishes were frankly awful: bland, tasteless, and far from what you'd expect from a restaurant. Even though we were hungry, some dishes were hard to finish. At that price, it's clearly outrageous. The value for money is catastrophic. You pay to eat, not to leave wondering why you didn't just go somewhere else. I absolutely do not recommend it and I definitely won't be going back. A very bad experience.

31/07/2026: The staff were very pleasant and attentive to the customer, although the service was slow, with dishes arriving gradually, which could be a little annoying. The spring rolls and noodles were excellent, but I didn't find the salmon and beef and cheese sushi particularly interesting. The portions were reasonable. Nevertheless, the restaurant's ambiance was very pleasant; we visited in the early evening on a weekday, and the restaurant had plenty of seats.

17/07/2026: I don't know what their food is like, but I have some advice for the owner: learn a little humility. When you show up at her restaurant as an Uber Eats delivery driver—and politely greet her with "bonjour" or "bonsoir," as is customary in France—she never responds and always looks at you arrogantly. If you don't like managing orders, simply turn off the Uber Eats tablets; that way, you won't receive any more orders or have any more delivery drivers visit.

23/06/2026: I bought a Paris-Brest along with my other items at this bakery and was disappointed. The choux pastry was hard, not at all soft as it should be, and the praline cream was dry, a sign that it wasn't fresh. It's a shame, because I usually have no problems, and it's the best Paris-Brest I've found in the neighborhood. For the price of a pastry, you expect better in terms of freshness.

19/04/2026: A very varied all-you-can-eat buffet at a very reasonable price

27/03/2026: It's open because it's the only all-you-can-eat restaurant open in Moulins. The first time I went, the shelves were only stocked sporadically, the quality wasn't great, but it was edible, not good at all. Last night I went back because it was the only one open, thinking my first experience wasn't a good day for them, so we'll try again anyway. The quality leaves much to be desired, and today I got food poisoning. Thanks a lot.

06/09/2026: The restaurant is closed indefinitely due to renovations; everything inside has been gutted. When calling, a recording plays in Chinese. Upon arrival at the restaurant, it is chaos. Many customers come to look, like us, because they are unclear about the opening hours. Well, I want to report that they are not opening anytime soon as stated. It is not right that they do not mention that they are closed due to renovation 🤔🥲

01/09/2026: Dinner was on a Saturday night, so it was quite busy, and there wasn't much room to move around the buffet. There was slightly less choice than in other restaurants, but overall it wasn't bad for this type of establishment. Unfortunately, some dishes were cold even though we arrived at the beginning of service, which was a shame. We tried everything, and no one got sick. The service was pleasant. The prices were reasonable (soft drinks included).

18/08/2026: Very limited selection, and I'm not sure everything was fresh. I love fried rice, but this one tasted rancid. The toilet hygiene leaves much to be desired, and as for the kitchen, I was shocked to see how dirty the walls were. They were black with grime. All I hope is that I don't get food poisoning. I won't be going back.

16/08/2026: I was a regular at this restaurant when I lived in the neighborhood before 2013. I went back for lunch today, eager to see the menu again. My first surprise was that the Asian staff had disappeared, replaced by a family of nice people who were clearly not up to the standard of what they were offering. I ordered a spring roll and a Bobun. The spring roll was tasteless, even with a few sprigs of fresh cilantro, and the dipping sauce wasn't homemade but industrially produced; mine was a masterpiece in comparison. The result was certainly not worth €4.50. The Bobun was even more disastrous: the same old dipping sauce at 80 cents a liter, the spring rolls were defrosted and barely cooked—even the ones from Picard are better! The worst part was the beef marinated with completely inappropriate Indian spices. Is there Garam Massalia in the Bobun? Why not ketchup? No balance, no flavor, no texture, no Nuoc Mam. A disgrace. I thought some of the comments here were exaggerated, but I understand why the former customers of Rouleau de Printemps are so disappointed, even if there will always be people who can't tell the difference between an excellent neighborhood eatery and a soulless, talentless tourist trap that, hopefully, won't be able to fool its customers for very long.
