06/09/2024: A very dated motel; The outside door was very open, inside it could hardly be called clean. Painted walls. Crappy wicker chairs. And we definitely had bed bugs in the bed there, judging by the itchy bumps on our legs. The price was not high; there could be no quality associated with that.

03/09/2024: Magnificent setting by the lake and in the shade of the trees. Fast service, waiter and waitresses available despite the numerous customers, cuisine and service without any particular comments. A good time around a good meal.

28/08/2024: The setting is absolutely heavenly and the food and the kindness of the staff only enhance it. The pizzas are excellent, the dough very thin, the products of good quality and in good quantity. The fries, certainly homemade, are not too salty, just what they need. The prices remain very affordable and the soundtrack! At the top, very tasteful!

17/09/2024: Hotel.com reservation for one night from Saturday to Sunday Arrival around 7:20 p.m., not very pleasant welcome. We are asked if we are eating at the hotel restaurant. I ask for the menu. The card was brought to me without comment. We decide not to eat there due to lack of information and motivation. We are offered breakfast. Without being told its composition and price. 8.5€ announced. I ask for the times which we would not have had. We arrive in the room, it is already occupied The receptionist does not apologize and only indicates that he did not understand our name. We find it strange that he does not have the information of the previous arrival in this room. 2nd attempt OK. It is not very hot in the room but a small electric fan is available. The toilet flushes once then no response when pressed. System D to avoid an additional round trip to reception. Plenty of bath towels, clean sheets, overall clean and welcoming room (floor-shower tray connection a little dirty) Hot water takes a while to come, the shower is spacious. Large bed, pretty headboard, pleasant decor. Small TV that works. Peaceful night after the village festival fireworks. Hearty and well-stocked breakfast. Some local products (cheeses in particular) The sun is already illuminating the Bort Organs. I pop onto the terrace overlooking the Dordogne: magical! Price of breakfast increased to 10€ A better welcome and the rating would be better

11/09/2024: What a pleasure to be served by two people (Émilie and Gaétan) who are as smiling as they are pleasant. Gaétan is a good salesman to offer current offers and Émilie is super efficient in serving you quickly. I would happily return to this bakery

24/08/2024: We showed up around 5:30 p.m., almost more bread than baguettes, no choice. Two unpleasant sellers. We want to have pizzas and there is no choice but quarters so we choose 5 quarters of pizzas. And we realize that in the end we got pizzas worth €17, which is crazy.

28/08/2024: Booked a family room and was pleasantly surprised by getting 2 connecting rooms. Reasonable sized rooms and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. An enjoyable stay.

03/04/2024: Arriving in the evening in great shape, leaving the next morning with a blocked back thanks to a "broken" mattress. Frequenting hotels very regularly, this is the first time I have seen this. To sum up, never again in an ibis style.

25/06/2024: The boss is nice, that’s undeniable. But last night's experience wasn't great... Our stomachs turned upside down 1 hour after eating. The boss is the only one to manage so we're not going to blame him, few people would last more than a month working 6 days a week, and I think he's overwhelmed by the orders. I hope the next experience will be better, because you are the only ones on Egletons, and out of the question to take pizzas from a competing distributor, without social contact.
