14/01/2025: Very clean and modern hotel, the staff received us very well, very professional. We had a room with a view of the Dordogne and the Orgues, incredible sunset! The restaurant and breakfast are of very good quality and plentiful. A big thank you for the welcome, I recommend!

28/08/2024: Booked a family room and was pleasantly surprised by getting 2 connecting rooms. Reasonable sized rooms and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. An enjoyable stay.

03/04/2024: Arriving in the evening in great shape, leaving the next morning with a blocked back thanks to a "broken" mattress. Frequenting hotels very regularly, this is the first time I have seen this. To sum up, never again in an ibis style.

11/09/2024: What a pleasure to be served by two people (Émilie and Gaétan) who are as smiling as they are pleasant. Gaétan is a good salesman to offer current offers and Émilie is super efficient in serving you quickly. I would happily return to this bakery

24/08/2024: We showed up around 5:30 p.m., almost more bread than baguettes, no choice. Two unpleasant sellers. We want to have pizzas and there is no choice but quarters so we choose 5 quarters of pizzas. And we realize that in the end we got pizzas worth €17, which is crazy.

03/09/2024: Magnificent setting by the lake and in the shade of the trees. Fast service, waiter and waitresses available despite the numerous customers, cuisine and service without any particular comments. A good time around a good meal.

28/08/2024: The setting is absolutely heavenly and the food and the kindness of the staff only enhance it. The pizzas are excellent, the dough very thin, the products of good quality and in good quantity. The fries, certainly homemade, are not too salty, just what they need. The prices remain very affordable and the soundtrack! At the top, very tasteful!

01/12/2024: More and more disappointed with the carrefour mcd always order errors plus it melts errors at the exchange places and leaves the error prefers to throw it in the trash. Not to mention the cleanliness and mediocre. Most of them in the kitchen don't have their charlotte and one who doesn't even have the mcd uniform and when he puts his hand in the trash he doesn't even wash his hands. The floor is slippery and not at all practical for anyone. I wouldn't come back to McDonald's, I advise you to go to Malmort or Objat or Terrason.

30/11/2024: Stop by today, order a mcflury and receive this thing New procedure, mix the mcflurys, so we don't know if these a mcflury has already been made for another customer or not, 4.50€ gone in the trash, congratulations macdo, burger king and opposite fortunately for us

11/10/2024: Arrivé le mois dernier dans la commune je suis allé à deux reprises récupérer ma commande . La première fois j ai attendu à mon véhicule 30 minutes . Au bout d’un moment je suis allé récupérer ma commande à la caisse …ils n’avaient pas vu mon véhicule …bref .j y retourne la semaine dernière après avoir commandé .au moment de récupérer ma commande cette fois ci au guichet , nous attendons avec d’autres client 40 minutes , au final ma commande était prête depuis 25 minutes et avait été laissée à part ..un des équipiers s en est aperçu et m’a donnée ma commande froide en me disant simplement « désolé «  . Je déconseille fortement ce restaurant en précisant que si je souhaite manger mac do j’irai ailleurs ..hélas .

21/09/2024: Arrived at 11am, long service and menu served cold!!!!!!!!!!!! Reported to the counter, I am told that I will be served again..... More than 15 minutes pass but nothing happens!!!!!! I ate part of my meal completely cold, the rest I didn't touch because it was cold and therefore not good at all!!!! Service that leaves something to be desired, it has fallen into oblivion, just a “sorry” not even a small gesture!!!!

22/08/2024: I have the impression that this bakery, tea room has changed ownership, check... The pastries and pastries are excellent. All that remains is to change the blind which must date from the last century and to spruce up the exterior and interior so that we no longer want to come home and enjoy it, it would be a shame to miss it.

01/09/2024: The MERCURE-ACCOR promise is absolutely not kept! Lunar! A hotel “slammed to the ground”..!! If you want to sleep well, go your way!! Disgusting carpet in the room. An air conditioning that sounds like a helicopter. A floor so damaged in your toilet that you will have to force it to close the door. Disgusting tiles cleaned 20 years ago. Moldy shower seals. You sit in the armchair in the room, you understand that it dates from the ice age... A swimming pool inaccessible before 10:00, so when you have an evening stopover, it's dead. Cups for your tea that warp in the heat and burn you. And to round it all off, bedding worthy of a crappy 3rd zone IBIS with cushions probably bought on Alibaba... 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Everything is like that..... Honestly, big, big fuck-up for a “Mercury”. When you pay for that with ACCOR points thinking of making your partner happy to enjoy the swimming pool on a trip back from vacation, honestly, it stings..!! And then everything is gray, sad... 😭 Fortunately, fortunately the staff is friendly and welcoming!! 🙏🙏

30/08/2024: This hotel is far from the usual standard of 4-star Mercure hotels. Our room was OK, but the hotel as a whole could do with a serious renovation. The hallways, doors, carpets are dirty.
